What we do
First Capital Cashflow is a sector leading Direct Debit payments
bureau, approved by Bacs and regulated by the FCA. We offer
all business entities from SMEs to Corporates, Charities through
to the Public Sector, simple, compliant and secure Direct Debit
processing solutions with or without Bank sponsorship. This
removes the complexity and concern around regulation, IT
development, security and risk, whilst ensuring collections are
made on time, every time.

Conrad is the Managing Director of First Capital Cashflow,
and overseas the sales and marketing division alongside
Helen.

Jo manages First Capital's operations and in-house
development team. Jeanette looks after the Client Services
operation and HR activity - any HR related questions

Kevin Lee, Operations Manager
Kevin maintains the operation of First Capital Cashflow’s
client facing web portal, Emandates. As Operations Manager
Kevin helps Jo manage the in-house development team. New
starters should initially seek advice from Kevin with any
issues they may encounter.

These layout diagrams are to help you find your way
around First Capital Cashflow . All departments are very
friendly and will help you on your way if you can't find
what you are looking for.

Office Etiquette
Some House Rules
We encourage employees to take a break - no food is to be consumed at
your desk as employees are encouraged to use the break-out area.
Drinks will be allowed on the first floor but should not be taken up and
down the stairs. There is a hot water dispenser available on the first
floor.
No items should be left on the window sills.
At First Capital Cashflow we promote a 'clear desk policy'. Therefore all
work should be filed away or kept tidy on your desk when you leave in
the evening.
All rubbish should be placed in the bins which will be emptied daily.
All glassware, cutlery and crockery should be placed in the dishwasher
before the end of the day.
All new employees will be issued a key fob to access the building.
Dress code
Smart business attire is the usual rule at First Capital
Cashflow as we believe a smart approach assists a
professional environment.
Fridays are dress down (we do draw the line at tracksuits
and trainers...)

Here at First Capital Cashflow we encourage a postive environment at all times. We include the following perks and social activities to
encourage you and give you the opportunity to be a part of the First Capital Cashflow culture.
Social activites
We like to have an active social calendar at
First Capital Cashflow. Throughout the year
we attend a variety of social functions,
including days out at the races. In 2016 we
celebrated our 15 year anniversary and to
celebrate, treated our staff to a trip to Jersey!
Pizza Friday
On the last Friday of the month, the
First Capital Cashflow team are treated
to Dominoes pizzas !
