Dear Sirs,<br />
Herewith we would like to use the opportunity to share a problem that we are meeting since May 2016,<br />
having our ads run properly on Facebook.<br />
For 6 years now our Bulgarian online store www.dreshnik.com used with great success various range of<br />
Facebook services.<br />
In March this year we have started our Romanian, Greek and European online stores: www.dreshnik.ro,<br />
www.dreshnik.gr and www.dreshnik.eu<br />
Relevantly we have added new ad campaigns for our new international online stores, and unfortunately few<br />
weeks later our ad account, which we have used for over 5 years, has been blocked.<br />
We have decided to try the Business Manager option and to use different account for each and every online<br />
store. After all every ad account has been flagged within short period of time.<br />
We have provided ID copy, as required, however no response has been received by now.<br />
The following ad accounts are flagged for unusual activity and our payment method has been blocked:<br />

Since 2010 we are trading with original branded sport shoes and using Facebook platform to promote<br />
exclusively our products and may I say with great effectivity and a lot of happy customers, being all out for<br />
to provide useful information and excellent service.<br />
We have constantly kept ourselves informed about all the updates that Facebook platform offers and have<br />
put all efforts to adhere to the Facebook Policies and Community Standards.<br />
Therefore please help us giving the official reply on blocking our ad accounts, as advertising on Facebook is<br />
fundamental for our business.<br />
Hereof we offer to send you any documentation (company registration, VAT reg., invoices, bill of ladings,<br />
bank references, etc.) that might be required, with an appeal for rehearing our case.<br />
In conclusion we would like to highlight once again that we are extremely happy of our partnership with<br />
Facebook and truly do not want to use any other advertising service.<br />
We honestly believe that long-lived accurate partners like us are highly valued by Facebook and kindly ask<br />
you for your support.<br />
We are officially informing you to work strictly in accordance with the rules and terms of service Facebook in<br />
any operation.<br />
