Philosophy of JCSS
The philosophy of Jephthah Comprehensive
Secondary School is succinctly hinged upon
2 Timothy3:16-17” All scripture is given by
inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness”. We believe
that the Bible is the only inspired and
infallible
authoritative Word of God who is the
author of all truth. To this end, we provide
an atmosphere in the school that promotes
spiritual, mental, social, and physical
development as indicated by Luke 2:52 (And
Jesus increased in wisdom and stature,
and in favour with God and man). We
believe that the total education of each
Student necessitates active collaboration
with parents whom God has given the
primary responsibility of educating the
child.
Vision
Statement
The vision statement of Jephthah is hinged
on Proverbs 22:6 KJV. Train up a child in the
way he should go and when he is old, he will
not depart from it.
JCSS
Mission Statement
Jephthah School provides a comprehensive
educational experience in a supportive
environment that promotes self-discipline,
motivation, and excellence in learning to
ensure that students become independent,
self-sufficient, adaptive and God-fearing
adults who will succeed and contribute
responsibly in a dynamic global community.
Worship:
We constantly stand in acknowledgement of
the awesomeness of the Almighty and
reflect this value through continuous
sessions of praise, demonstrated in activities
like the Bible club and daily morning
and evening devotions. We teach that
worship should be done in a way pleasing to
God. We place great emphasis on worship
because the Bible commands us to worship
the Almighty (Ps 96:9 “...Oh, worship the
Lord in the beauty of holiness!)”
GOD OPENS JEPHTHAH FOR US !
Academic excellence: The
school places high priority on academic
distinction in consonance with Deut.
28:13 “We shall be the head and not the
tail”. Our records of excellence are
detailed in our publication, “Let's Blow
Our Trumpet”.
Leadership: The Bible affirms
the need for leadership at various
levels. The Almighty is a God of order
and hierarchy. The armies of the Lord
are also structured in leadership (Josh
5:14
“…. but as commander of the army of
the LORD I have now come”). As such,
we have an organized system of student
leadership with the senior prefect at the
apex of the structure. We prepare them
for various leadership positions to
contribute in making decisions that
would affect a large majority. Jephthah
also emphasizes the responsibility that
comes with leadership as illustrated in 1
Chronicles 9:27 “…because they had the
responsibility, and they were in charge
of opening it every morning. Our
prefects have daily work schedules
which they are made to adhere to.
6
Discipline: This is o f u t m o s t
importance in Jephthah according to
Prov. 19:18 “Discipline your son while
there is hope… This value is not
compromised at any level. Our children
are trained to conform to instruction
and direction. In this vein, the ability to
conform to time schedules and tables is
imprinted on them. They are
conditioned to do the right things at the
right time seeking to make them
proficient time managers in consonance
with Eccl. 3: 1, “To everything there is
a season”.
Service: True champions are identified
by their level of service to others. We
see this in the lives of Biblical heroes
like David who rendered service as a
shepherd to his father, Jesse in 1 Sam
17:35 and that same altruistic spirit saw
him face the philistine, Goliath in
1 Samuel 17:44. Nobleness is measured
on account of what you do for others
rather than for ourselves. We teach that
there is always reward for service. We
demonstrate that rewards are according
to levels of service. To this end, we
encourage all manner of community
service.

HOW STUDENTS CAN MAKE
EFFECTIVE USE OF TIME
Be disciplined: Try to live a discipline
life as a student. Be punctual to every
school activity. Obey school rules and
regulations so that you will not enter
into problems that will distract you academically.
Avoid idle talk: Excessive chatting
or visiting of friends and gossips.
These activities consume your
precious time. Remember that any
time wasted can hardly be retrieved or
regained.
Be careful of the time you spend
watching films, browsing the internet,
attending parties and so on. Most of
these movies stars have discovered
their talents and are using you to earn
their living. You need to discover and
develop your talent while in school.
Avoid wandering thoughts especially
when you are reading. Each time your
thought wanders [absent mindedness]
from one boy or girl or from one problem
to the other with your book open
before you, you may achieve virtually
nothing.
Avoid laziness: To be lazy simply
means not being willing to work or
avoiding activity or class work. Lazy
boys/girls enjoy whiling away time
and providing excuse for any work he/
she did not do. Remember that there is
no food for a lazy man
Make friends with those that are
serious and time conscious because
those you relate with also determine
how far you’ll go in life. So relate with
serious minded people and those that
will encourage you to study.
Avoid over feeding: This will
eventually lead to laziness or
oversleeping.
Get a wrist watch or a table clock
that will be guiding you daily to know
the time of the day so that you can
programme your day well.
Have a personal time table apart
from the school time table: Endeavour
to follow your distribution of time in
the time table religiously. It is
ridiculous to have a time table that is
not followed.
Wow! I actually can’t believe that I’m
through with Js2. It was hectic although
still very interesting, full of drama and
sometimes tears. I felt as if I was placed in
the most horrible class you could ever
imagine. It was noisy, distracting and all the
people in the class, including me, were
stubborn. But this new session, everything
is going to change!
I am finally the senior of junior school. It’s
not that much of an achievement but it’s
still something. I have a new class, some
new classmates, a new form teacher, new
teachers, a new hostel and best of all, a
new beginning. Hopefully, this session, I
can correct some of my past wrongs and
try to rectify my mistakes. I want to be
friendlier this session because there were
some people who I didn’t treat so nicely
and I just want to make peace. No matter
how annoying, disgusting or straight-out
rude they were, I’ll still forgive them.
A new session means a higher level, which
comes with harder assignments, CATs and
exams, so this session I’m looking forward
-Uche-Okorocha Chiazota
school, there are a lot of changes.
Students are made to take responsibility
for their actions especially in organizing
themselves in the hostel. It may not seem
very smart; well, it still doesn’t
but that’s what I’m looking forward to. I
this new system will work better.
want to see how all the changes are going
to affect the way my school (Jephthah)
runs. For some time now, students have
complained about the school menu and finally
it has been changed. I really want to
taste the new things that were added. It
may be better or worse.
to studying harder. Now, that’s not something
you hear many students say, but I
must admit it’s actually interesting and
sometimes
fun; but don’t get me wrong, it could be
stressful and I think it’s actually worth the
headache and pain because it could really
pave the way for your future. In my
8
I am now a senior so I have a lot of responsibilities
and I’m ready for them, to
serve my juniors but also to make them
serve when I need to. I will have to discipline
them, only with permission anyways. I
won’t be a bully because I won’t like anyone
to bully me. I will be nice but firm. I won’t
allow my juniors to take advantage of me
either!

TO A NEW SESSION
Josiah Etieno
Hmm! A new session! What a
wonderful scenario that will be.
Done with all my examinations,
graduated from junior school and
rolling my box up to senior school.
I Can`t wait!
This is actually very surprising. It
seems like yesterday, when I
entered into secondary school
for the first time. I vividly remember
what happened that day. All
the crying and the rush. Well, I`m
glad that it’s over and the story is
more interesting. I am really
looking forward to a new session.
Trust me; I have lots of plans. This
session will be one of a kind for
me. First of all, I`ll be entering
into a new class, with new
teachers, new system of learning
and more things to worry about –
God help me! I don’t want to
discourage myself but, I have a lot
of work to do to prepare myself
for a new class.
I will have to read ahead and
forfeit television programs, games,
internet, phones, music and things
that are capable of distracting me.
That almost sounds like a
nightmare, but because I have to
reach the top. I will do whatever it
takes, but, obviously not
cheating. Also, I plan to drop some
things from last session that didn’t
help me. And by things, I mean
style of reading. After seeing my
results from the previous terms, I
was encouraged to try harder. My
plans are not just reading my
brains out or just being attentive
in class, it`s way farther than that.
They say, “all work and no play
makes Jack a dull boy”. Well, in
this case I`m a female. Regardless
of that, I plan to indulge in
extra-curricular activities like
leadership roles and other things.
I pray that God will see me
through as I work towards
achieving these plans.
How I Spent My Holiday
My last holiday was really one of a kind. It
started on the 16 th of July and trust me, going
home was the best thing I could ever think of at
that moment. It was like quenching a burning
flame.
I would not really say that my last holiday
was the best, but it was very enjoyable. I left the
school compound and got on my way home at
about 12:00pm. In my mind, I was praying real
hard for the car to move faster, rather, the journey
was long. It did not really bother me, because
I knew I will definitely get to my house. I
got home at about 2:30 pm – Yes! The journey
was that long. I was really happy to be home
finally after third term.
That day, nothing special happened, we just celebrated
a little, prayed and I slept off. The next
day, Sunday, we went to church, did a few
things and the day was over. In the morning,
when I woke up, I checked the time and it was
9:00am and I was like, “Eh! It`s badly late, if I
was in school, I would be seriously learning.” I
quickly rose, did my house chores, freshened up
and started my holiday officially. I went ahead
to check my school e-mail and joined all the
online classes. After doing that, I visited some
friends and that day was over.
The week went by and everything was okay. The
next day came and I checked my online classes
again and guess what? I saw a whole lot of assignments.
I gave a huge sigh and started doing them
immediately. Some of them were easy though,
but they were just too long. The rule in my house
was, “assignments now, fun later”, so I was
stuck with assignments. I had to do all my
10
-by Josiah Etieno
Assignments first before I could even think of
travelling or enjoyment. I finished my
assignments like one week later, and I was
relieved. I was actually thinking of travelling,
but my father told me that I was going to attend
iCamp which took place in my school, There
was no room for refusal, so I just agreed. I went
for it on the 7 th of August, and to my greatest
surprise, I enjoyed it so much. The program lasted
for two weeks, and it was fun-filled; at the
end of the program, I was awarded for some
things – Yay!. In my mind, I was like, there was
no need to travel again. So I just stayed at home,
relaxed and I had lots of fun. I read my books;
played around, slept a lot and visited my friends.
The holiday was actually long, I was counting
the days that were remaining for me to go back
to school. I knew I would miss home immediately
I stepped into school, but I just couldn’t wait
to go back. I was really missing my friends in
school.
Finally, the day I’ve been waiting for
arrived! I left home at about 10:00am and got to
school at about 1:00pm. That was it, my holiday
was over! Well, I learnt that ‘there is no place
like home,’ though I didn’t travel, I enjoyed
myself a lot.
My holiday was very interesting. Honestly, I
enjoyed myself more than I had expected. I had
fun with my brothers, though they left me
half-way. I am really looking forward to another
wonderful holiday, and I know it will be better
than my last.

HOW I SPENT MY
My holiday started on the 16 th of
July 2016. It was another successful
session not just for me, but for Jephthah
as a whole. I spent my holiday in a very
stylish way. My holiday kicked off when
my family and I went to Obudu Cattle
Ranch.
We spent two weeks there. It was
an unforgettable experience. The
place was as cold and good looking
as Chicago; even to the extent that I
did not want to leave. Every
morning when we wake up we go
for breakfast at the steak house, but
if we go late we will pay extra
because breakfast was from 7:00am
to 9:00am. It wasn’t all bad because
it taught me to manage my
time well.
I was never bored because there were
many things to do there. In the
afternoon, we go for lunch and order our
BY: UCHE-OBI RICHIE
food; there was a difference between
lunch and breakfast. The difference was
that, during lunch you are allowed to
serve yourself but you can’t have that
privilege during breakfast. I learnt a lot
about farming and agriculture because
that is what they specialize on there. I
milked a cow, picked strawberries and
saw different types of animals and
plants. There was a water park that was
open twenty-four hours for seven days
and that was the place I went to the
most. They had cable cars, canopy walkways
and my personal favourite, a very
big arcade room with different types of
games. We took a lot of pictures and
videos. There was a place where you can
see Cameroon, it was my dad’s favourite
spot. They also had a Holy Mountain
which my mum visited every day to seek
God’s face in prayers.
INTER HOUSE SPORTS!!!
Hurray! The great event we all wished
for has finally come. It was a great
success through God’s infinite
mercies.
A month before the inter- house sports
we had the heats which was meant to
enable us to select qualifiers for the
main event. The competition was
among the four houses FAITH, JOY,
HOPE AND PEACE. And not
forgetting that before the heats we had
it was really frightful and stressful but
in the end we arrived at the results.
Wow! Hope house was really fierce
they had all the complete amour to
drive themselves to the top and same
thing with joy house so impressive.
The heats was a really tough area because
20% of the participants sustained
injuries and most students complained
that participants did not keep
12
to their lanes but after much toils and
struggles, we arrived at an end.
Results were ready and it was time to
prepare for the main event. The
school’s 19 th annual inter house sport
competition held on the 4 th of
February 2017 at the school’s
Montessori ground. It was really an
exciting day because, everybody was
eager to witness the great abilities of
the students.
At first we started with the opening
prayers so we could have a fair day.
The event was hosted by Mr. Omale
and our Vice- principal, Mr. Jide
Owoleke.
We began with the march by the various
departments and the houses. We
marched with enthusiasm. It was intriguing
and fantastic. No doubts, peace
house was really fascinating! Their
colors were so bright that you needed

We had lighting of the torch and the
prefects and sports officers took the
oaths and the event formally kicked off.
The races were fun to watch. Guys
were really fast. You could see the determination
on their faces.
events such as staff races, 100m, 200m,
4/100, 800metres, 1500metres and sack
races went on smoothly. Athletes performed
with great effort to come out
top positions.
The spell Jephthah event was happening
at the background and I give it to
faith house. The green and white slanting
straws came out so beautiful. And
guess what?
Hope house displays
We all waited for the last event which
was the choreography dance by the SS3
students. Their costume was awesome
and the dance beautiful.
Finally, finally, the results….
announced by the administrator:
Match past 1 st position was won by
Peace house, second position by
hope, third by joy, and faith fourth
and for the overalls, we had Hope
house as first position, joy second,
peace third and fourth to faith!
Awards were given to the best male and
female athletes, prefects and so on.
Whoa it was really a great blast.
Both SPs (male and female) where in
Faith house and both represented their
all combined together was a
HOW ATLETICO DE MADRID
STORMED THE WORLD
OF FOOTBALL.
In 2010 a team named Atletico de Madrid
stormed into the world of football with the
help of their legendary coach Diego
Simeone who took control of Atletico.
They soon
became a driving force
with the help of their lead strikers Sergio
Aguero and
Diego Forlan. That year they won the
UEFA Europa League and the copa del
rey. The next season they sold Sergio
Aguero for a big move to Manchester city.
And replaced him with Porto striker
Radamel Falcao.
Falcao had a big
season in 2010/11 scoring up to 20 goals.
Although 2010/11 was not a big season
for Atletico. They returned with strikers
Diego Costa and Falcao leading the front
in 2011/12. In 2011/12, they proved to be
one of the strongest teams winning the
UEFA Europa League. With Falcao
scoring up to 30 goals and above.
Falcao was on fire receiving offers from
Manchester United, Chelsea, PSG and
Monaco.
In 2012/13 after qualifying for the
Champions League. Atletico defeated
Real 2-1 to win Copa Del Rey. In that
season, Falcao gave his farewell to the
team by leaving to Monaco for a deal
worth 60 million euros.
With Diego Costa up front Atletico were a
team with sky as their limit in that season
he scored up to 30 goals and led Atletico
to win the Liga BBVA and they played in
the Champion League Finals which they
lost 4-1 to Real Madrid. After that season
Diego Costa was sold to Chelsea while
they bought French Striker Antoine
Griezmann for 30 million euros. That
season they weren’t on form that is why
they didn’t win any trophy.
In 2015/16 they came 3 rd in La Liga and
once again lost the Champions League
final on penalties to Real Madrid. In
2016/17 Atletico is currently 4 th on the La
Liga table.
Happy Easter!
The Thief on the Other Cross
- A Good Friday Monologue
By Dr. Ralph F. Wilson
I don't belong here. I really don't.
Paradise is the last place I expected to
end up after all I've done. Let me tell
you my story.
I am — I was — an armed robber, I
guess you'd call it. Me and Jake and
the others would live in caves in the
Judean hills near the road from
Jerusalem to Jericho. We made our
living by violence. We wouldn't take on
people in the big groups that passed.
They traveled together for safety. But
a family alone would be an easy mark,
as well as anyone fool enough to
travel by himself.
Brandishing a strong staff would usually
do the trick. Threaten them with a
29
beating and they'd give up without
much of a fight. But I've been known
to break a few bones in my day, God
forgive me. I don't think I actually
killed anyone, but then I never stayed
around long enough to find out.
The first time I meet Jesus is when I
am invited to a party in his honor in
Jericho at the home of a rich tax collector
named Zacchaeus. I am introduced,
we shake hands, and Jesus
looks me in the eye for a long
moment. He can see right into me,
who I am, every crime I have ever
committed. Then he smiles this big
friendly smile. "You know," he says,
"there's forgiveness for you in my
Kingdom, how about it?"

I drop my eyes, say something
non-committal, and shuffle away. The
next day I'm in the crowd, hanging on
every word he says. Jesus is talking
about his Kingdom, comparing it to a
mustard seed, calling it the Kingdom of
Heaven. I want so much to go up to
him after he has finished and take him
up on that forgiveness thing, but I just
can't bring myself to do it.
I wish I had. It isn't much later when
me and my friend Jake — the guy on
the third cross — get caught by a
Roman patrol. The others run off, but
they catch us, beat us silly, drag us
into Jerusalem, and throw us in prison.
No mercy for the likes of us.
And so it happens that on the same day
that they crucify Jesus, they crucify me
and Jake -- one of us on his left, the
other on his right. This ain't any normal
crucifixion. Mobs of people are there
just because of Jesus. Self-righteous
Pharisees are swaggering and mocking.
"If you're some kind of messiah," one
sneers, "come on down from that
cross. If you're a savior, save yourself
— if you can!"
Jake begins cat-calling, too, if you can
imagine that. I yell over at him, "You
30
miserable thug, don't you have any
fear of God? Can't you see that we're
going to die just like he is? Show a little
decency! We're getting exactly what we
deserve, but he aren't done anything
wrong."
take quiets down and the Pharisees
lose interest. But I can't get Jericho out
of my mind. I can't forget Jesus' eyes,
his words, and his invitation. And so I
call over to him, though it's getting
hard to breathe and talking makes it
that much harder.
"Jesus!" I say. He turns his head towards
me. "Jesus, I was there in Jericho.
I met you at a party at Zacchaeus'
house. Remember?"
He looks at me for a moment and then
nods his head just a little. He does remember.
"I never forgot what you said. I wanted
to say yes, but just couldn't. And now
look at me — look at us!"

He is in bad shape — exhausted, in excruciating
pain, back oozing, breath labored.
He isn't going to last long. I can
see that. But somehow I can see beyond
all that. He was the Messiah, is
the Messiah, no matter what those
priests and Romans and Pharisees
have done to him. And when he dies,
he will be with God. In a few hours,
maybe less, he will be vindicated. He
will reign in that Kingdom he told us
about.
"Jesus," I call again, quieter now.
He opens his eyes. They are the same
eyes, the same piercing, loving and
honest eyes.
"Jesus," I say, "when you come into
your Kingdom, would you remember
me?"
His words are labored, his lips parched,
but I can still hear him pretty well.
"Truly, I say to you...." His voice
cracks, and then is stronger for a
moment. "Truly, this very day you will
be with me in Paradise."
His eyes droop. He is fading quickly
now. But I believe him. I do! That's
what gets me through those next few
hours until they break my legs to kill
me. I do believe him!
And then I find myself here in heaven,
in Paradise. I sure don't deserve to be
here, but here I am anyway. I guess
that's what a man like me gets when
the King himself grants a pardon. Full
forgiveness, pretty amazing, don't you
think?
Jesus Christ is that forgiving if only
you’ll be that believing!
This story is fictional, of course, though
it is based on the account in Luke
23:32-43.
Hey! Hey! If you know you’re a boy
Then turn to the next page
Gush, here we are! Well gals where do
we begin from. There is so much to talk
about and yell about…to start from the
beginning; that is if anyone actually
knows the beginning. The things that
girls do. Well sha, what do you expect,
girls will always be girls. Where you in
the hostel that day? Oboi it was crazy!
Yells and laughter then more yells. I
decided to take a peep into the girls’
room and totally froze… wait wait, are
you sure no boy is nosing about on this
page and reading all this? Hey! What
are we thinking! I can name a boy or
two, in fact, several, who would stick
their nose to this page eve.. wait but
why are boys so nosy? you would think
they’ll mind their own business. Lets go
on sha anyone of them that wants to
tanda here should tary on…as I was
saying… nosy Boys! Back to the matter,
lets look at the Proverbs 31 girl……
She gets up in the morning without
being crabby and helps around the
house - even more than what’s required
32
of her. She knows the value of money
and doesn’t waste it. She works hard
and does her best
at school, never settling for “good
enough”. Whatever she tries, she always
has good attitudes and gives it her best
shot. She isn’t lazy. She is kind and
compassionate to everyone, regardless
of popularity and personality. She looks
for ways to help those who have less
than she does. She makes wise
decisions and thinks ahead so she won’t
have regrets later. Her family is proud
of the choices she makes. She carries
herself with strength and dignity, not
making a fool of herself. She doesn’t
gossip, gripe, lie, insult or offer
unwanted opinions. She reads God’s
Word and seeks him for wisdom. Her
beauty doesn’t come from what she
wears or how her hair looks. Her
personality is sincere, not self- gratifying
an fake. She is beautiful, not because
guys think so but because she is filled
with a passion for God.

HOW TO STOP DRY LIPS
If
you are suffering from dry, scaly
lips, a simple home treatment to
remove old skin takes only a small
scoop of Vaseline and an old toothbrush.
Step 1: Put some petroleum jelly on
your lips
Step 2: Use old tooth brush to
massage it in a circular motion
Step 3: Wipe off the excess petroleum
jelly with a paper towel
The purpose of the toothbrush is to
remove the old skin on the lips while
the petroleum jelly leaves your lips
very supple. Do it a couple of times
every day until your lips are no longer
dry.
Lip care
1. If your lips turn black, then stop
using lipstick. Combine white butter
with saffron and apply it on your lips
daily. By the way, you will notice
difference in your lips’ color. Your lips
will be pink again as before. Apply it
only when you are going for a party or
function.
2. To maintain the pink color of your
lips, crush fresh red rose petals and
add a little ghee to make a paste.
Apply this paste on your lips and leave
for about an hour. After that, wash it
with water; you will get soft and
beautiful lips by applying this paste.
3. Daily night massage your lips with
a mixture of honey and almond oil to
prevent the drying of your lips.
4. To retain natural moisture and
softness of lips, spray little powder on
your hankie, put it on your lips and
apply little pressure with hand. By
doing this, the natural moisture of
your lips will be maintained.
5. If you have a problem with dry lips,
then mix olive oil and Vaseline and
apply it on the lips three or four times
in a day. This remedy will help you
get rid of dry chapped lips.
6. Take a teaspoon of coco butter and
half teaspoon of honeywax.in a
vessel, heat wax and add coco butter.
After then, apply it on the lips with
the help of lip brush. Beauty of the
lips will be preserved this way.
7. Take water, honey, glycerin and
almond oil in equal amount and place
them in a bottle. Shake the bottle
well. Apply the mixture daily to get
luscious lips.
8. Apply a good amount of lip balm
before going to sleep at night. You
can also mix some crushed sugar with
lip balm; this will not only give you
soft and supple lips but also make
them pink and pucker. As well, try to
moisturize your lips by applying balm
every few hours.
9. If you are bothered about your
dark lips, then combine glycerin with
lemon juice and apply it on your lips.
Keeping this mixture overnight on lips
will help to lighten it.
Peel and cut the yam tuber into cubes.
Wash the yam cubes and place in a
sizeable pot.
the cubes are soft
Now, strain out the water from the pot
Jesus died between
two thieves
An old preacher was dying. He sent a
message for his banker and his lawyer,
both church members, to come to his
home. When they arrived, they were
ushered up to his bedroom. As they entered
the room, the preacher held out
his hands and motioned for them to sit
on each side of the bed.
The preacher grasped their hands, sighed
contentedly, smiled, and stared at the
ceiling. For a time, no one said anything.
Both the banker and lawyer were
touched and flattered that the preacher
would ask them to be with him during his
final moments.
They were also puzzled; the preacher
had never given them any indication that
he particularly liked either of them. They
both remembered his many long,
uncomfortable sermons about greed,
covetousness, and avaricious behavior
that made them squirm in their seats.
Finally, the banker said, "Preacher, w h y
did you ask us to come?"
The old preacher mustered up his
strength and then said weakly, "Jesus
died between two thieves, and that's
how I want to die."
I have faith
A man goes swimming in the ocean but gets
sucked out to sea. A boat passes by him and
tells him to climb aboard but he says "I have
faith, God will save me.”
The Coast Guard comes by with a rescue
helicopter and told him to climb the ladder
up, but he says "I have faith, God will save
me."
The man is now getting tired but thankfully
a dolphin swims under him and starts to
carry him to shore, but the man pushes the
dolphin away saying "I have faith, God will
save me.
The man dies and goes to Heaven. He asks
God "Why didn't you save me?"
God replies "I tried! I sent a ship, a helicopter
and a dolphin!"
