SLOVENIA<br />

Slovenia is a country in Central Europe bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Neighboring countries include<br />

Austria, Croatia, Hungary, and Italy. Despite its small size, Slovenia controls some of Europe’s major transit<br />

routes. The Alps dominate northern Slovenia, and numerous rivers lie in the east. The government system is<br />

Slovenia has a mixed economic system in which the state is considerably involved in centralized planning, but<br />

CROATIA<br />

Croatia is a country in Central Europe and Southeastern Europe on the Adriatic Sea. Neighboring countries<br />

Serbia is a landlocked country located at the crossroads of Central and Southeastern Europe, covering the<br />

central part of the Balkans. Serbia is bordered by Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo,<br />

Macedonia, Montenegro, and Romania. The geography of Serbia is varied and includes fertile plains,<br />

limestone ranges, and in the southeast: the Dinaric Alps and the Carpathian Mountain range. The government<br />

Serbia has a mixed economic system in which the presence of the state in the economy is considerable, but<br />

Buildable land plots are located in the eastern side of Split, Croatia, in the Kila district, directly adjacent to the City<br />

Center One Split shopping mall. The land is zoned for commercial and residential development.<br />

The project contains plans for construction of 8 commercial and residential buildings (128 residential units, 8<br />

holiday apartments, 113 parking spaces, 44 outdoor and 15 covered outside parking spots). A construction permit<br />

has been issued for the project. The building permits are valid, since construction site had been duly registered.<br />

The building land plot can be easily be reached by car of public transport. Proximity to the City Center One shopping<br />

mall makes these land plots very attractive. Split is Croatia’s second largest city (220,000 inhabitants) and one<br />
