Arson Investigation 

Document Verification 

Fire inspectors can actually see residual accelerant 

that has not been consumed by fire. Under UV light, 

carbon residues from chemical fuels on walls, floors, 

furniture and carpeting becomes instantly visible. 

Driver’s licenses, passports, credit cards and many 

other official documents that have invisible fluorescent 

markings become visible and can be quickly and easily 

verified under UV light by a security professional.

Readmission Control 

UV sanitization of tools, devices and work surfaces is an 

important aspect of forensic lab work. UV Crosslinkers 

provide decontamination, including carry-over contamination, 

while preserving the efficiency of hypersensitive PCR

replacing, at the option of Spectronics Corporation, any part(s) of the product which, if properly installed, used and maintained, proves upon factory 

examination to have been defective in materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer, including LEDs.
