Energise Me hosted a celebratory event for all schools in Hampshire
and Isle of Wight that achieved Gold for School Games Mark
(national accredited award) on Friday 17 March at the Ageas Bowl.

AMAZING! I ALSO REALLY LIKED DOING
THE CATCHING DIVES IN CRICKET.”

Over 200 primary school children attended
the event, including 50 schools, from
across the county.
Sam Ward, Kellie Hull and Charlotte Dean
were present on the day to engage with
the children through question and answer
sessions, help to deliver the sport sessions
and give out awards during the closing
presentation.
The schools thoroughly enjoyed the interaction they had
with athletes with many saying that it was the highlight of
their day. There were a variety of activities throughout the
day, including hockey, netball, cricket, fundamentals, quiz,
t-shirt design, stadium tour and question and answers.
