SILKY CHOCOLATE PIE<br />
If you or your Valentine wants to indulge,<br />
try out this silky chocolate cream pie. With<br />
only six ingredients, it’s easy to make, low<br />
in calories, and has a pudding like quality<br />
that could fool anyone!<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
Sugar<br />
3 tbsp. cold whipped butter<br />
1 package firm silken tofu<br />
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk<br />
5 ounces semisweet chocolate<br />
6 reduced fat graham crackers, crushed<br />
RECIPE<br />
1. Combine graham crackers, cold whipped butter, and 2<br />
tbsp sugar and press into pie plate.<br />
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, preheat oven to 375, and bake<br />
crust for 8-10 minutes.<br />
3. Blend silken tofu, almond milk, and 2 tbsp sugar until<br />
smooth.<br />
4. Melt the chocolate and add to the blended mix.<br />
5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for<br />
about two hours.<br />
