The following reduced fee schedule, applies to all employee’s that are currently covered<br />
through Secure It Insurance Services and have Paramedical coverage through their<br />
Group Insurance Carrier And/Or are covered under the <strong>Victory</strong> Benefit and Discount<br />
Card.<br />
1. Custom Orthotics – As low as $300.00<br />
Includes: - Initial exam<br />
- Orthotic appliance<br />
- Follow up exam<br />
- All taxes<br />

2. Physiotherapy - 20%<br />
3. Registered Massage Therapy - 20%<br />
4. Podiatrist/Chiropodist - 20%<br />

How to use the discounted feature<br />
1. Call the Paramedical service provider listed in your package<br />
2. Give the receptionist your membership number, and inform them that you are a<br />
“<strong>Victory</strong> member”<br />
3. Arrange the appointment<br />
4. Pay directly to the Paramedical office, submit your claim to the Insurance Carrier for<br />
reimbursement (if applicable)<br />
Important: By using this added discount feature, it will enable you and your employer to<br />
reduce Paramedical claims.
