Of the Yots that have attended planning meetings eight (62%) have contributed<br />
information about the needs of <strong>young</strong> offenders to the groups. When asked whether<br />
providing an input had made any impact on meeting the needs of <strong>young</strong> <strong>people</strong>, Yots<br />
generally felt that it had not to any significant extent, for the following reasons:<br />
� The impact is the same as for all <strong>young</strong> <strong>people</strong> in that there is still scope to more<br />
fully support those making the transition to independent living (Blaneau Gwent<br />
