DuploFLEX ® is available in 2 carefully selected foams: Whether high quality process work,<br />
intricate line graphics, combination print or dense solid printing without pinholing.<br />
DuploFLEX ® offers the narrow-web printer the correct choice.<br />
• Each of the two foams is color coded: a distinctive advantage in product recognition<br />
and quality management.<br />
• The new proprietary adhesive system provides four advantages:<br />
– easy repositioning without lifting the tape from the cylinder<br />
– reliable bond even during long and fast press runs, no platelifting<br />
– easy and clean removal – no residues left on plate or cylinder<br />
– no shellacking necessary<br />
• The flexible embossed film liner is designed for better handling and virtually bubble free mounting.<br />
• Each individual roll is labeled with its actual thickness: an average value resulting from permanent<br />
gauge monitoring during the manufacturing process.<br />
