Group from Houston, Texas.

has acquired all division
of TIME from O’Flaherty
Holdings Limited, Dublin.

New president
Charles Wiley steps down
after 26 years as President
and 46 total years for TIME
and transitions into a new
role as working member of
the Board of Directors.
Jay Jeffrey is the new
President following 21 years
as Executive Vice President.
New CEO
Finally, Curt Howell is now
CEO of TIME Manufacturing
Company. Curt Howell joins
TIME from BigTex Trailers,
and prior to his time at
BigTex, he spent 30 years
in the automotive and light
industrial industries at a
number of companies.
TIME is expanding its social
media presence with a new
Facebook profile that will act
as an addition to the existing
LinkedIn profile. It is another
channel for company news
on product developments,
deliveries and other
company related news.

Czech, Slovakian and Swiss power supply distributors take delivery of several high voltage insulated
Versalift VSTs and VOs on all-terrain vehicles for live line maintenance.

TIME maintains a solid position among
power companies in Central Europe as
yet another 8 high voltage insulated
Versalifts have been delivered.
5 VOs for CEZ
The biggest order - for 5 overcenter
Versalift VO-355-MHIs - has been
delivered to the Czech power supply
company CEZ in a sale facilitated by the
Czech Versalift distributor Statech. The
units are mounted on 4x4 MAN trucks
with H-frame outriggers and supports
a working height of 19.4 metres and an
overcenter outreach of 14,8 metres.
VST and VO for E.On
The International power company
E.On has also taken delivery of a
Versalift VO-355-MHI for its Slovak
subsidiary, ZSE. This unit is mounted
on an all-terrain 4x4 Mercedes-Benz
Unimog chassis with Heavy Duty radial
outriggers.
The Czech division of E.On (E.On CZ)
opted for the popular articulated
telescopic Versalift VST-5500-MHI fitted
on a 4x4 MAN chassis with Heavy Duty
radial outriggers.
VST for BKW
Finally BKW, a swiss power supply
company, has taken delivery of a
Versalift VST-5500-MHI from the swiss
Versalift distributor Hubitec AG. The
lift is mounted on an all-terrain 4x4
Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5023 chassis
fitted with radial outriggers.
Access Hire Nationwide ETLs
British access rental company Access Hire Nationwide
receives 8 ETL-36-135-Fs from Versalift UK.

ETM-36s with Quick Shift
A detachable superstructure with a Versalift ETM-36
is on its way to Hungary with 7 more to follow.

Access Hire Nationwide has
taken delivery of 8 Versalift
ETL-36-135-Fs (13 metre
working height) installed on
Ford Transit vans. The units
from this order are among
the first to be delivered from
the new, “Euro 6” upgraded
series of ETL and ETM access
platforms. The upgraded lifts
have ground level hydraulic
valves, 230 kg cage capacity
and extended outreach
across the work diagramme
due to the new and superior
LMC control system.
All units have been bought
for a long-term contract hire
to a company in the facilities
maintenance/security sector.
Developed for railway
overhead line maintenance,
TIME International has
designed a Versalift ETM-
36-140-F superstructure
with H-frame outriggers
and a rear platform that is
completely detachable.
In a matter of minutes,
the superstructure can be
detached from its Unimog
U423 chassis (that is
equipped with a raildrive
system by Zagro), allowing
the vehicle to perform
other duties using different
equipment.
The unit is part of a total
order for 8 that will be
delivered during the year.

LAT on cleanup
duty after Doris

In February, the storm Doris
ferociously hit England
causing severe damages to
the country’s infrastructure.
In the wake of Doris, JSM
helped the energy company
WPD fix the power grid using
a Versalift LAT-38-135-H on a
4x4 Isuzu pickup. The unit is
perfect for such off-road tasks
as the pickup can access job
sites virtually everywhere.

The Versalift VTX-240 is now available for the 3.5 t Renault Maxity and Iveco Daily
chassis making the ‘up and over’ rental unit accessible to a wider audience.

Lift/crane combo for Publilux
Publilux takes delivery of a rather unique Mercedes-Benz Antos truck
featuring both a 17 metre platform and a 2 tonne knucle boom crane.

The performance is similar
to the performance of the
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
mounted unit with a
maximum working height of
24.2 m (with full capacity)
and a maximum outreach of
12.5 m (at 80 kg or less). The
cage capacity is 220 kg.
Legal driving with Versalift
Both the Renault and the
Iveco units stay well within
the legal driving limit of the
3.5 t GVW class with enough
leftover payload for a driver,
a passenger and a full tank.
Roadshows and exhibitions
The Renault Maxity mounted
VTX-240 is set to join the
caravan for the upcoming
French roadshows and
it will also be making an
appearance on several
exhibitions in the spring.
Business is up and running
in France as several units are
being delivered to customers
including these 1-man ETLs.
LAT-38 on tractor
DISTRIBUTOR NEWS

David Czapnik & Sons, the
Israeli Versalift distributor, has
installed a LAT-38-135-H on a
Landini tractor for a client.
The Belgian signage and
advertising company Publilux
has taken delivery of a
custom-made unit with both
a 17 metre access platform
and a knuckle boom crane
from the Belgian Versalift
distributor, HDW Belux.
Chassis
The base of the unit is a
Mercedes-Benz Antos (19 t)
with custom chassis height
and 2 sets of extendable
H-frame outriggers.
Access platform
The truck features a 17 metre
Versalift VDT-170-F access
platform fitted with a custom
aluminium cage with a
capacity of 230 kg and 2 x 85°
rotation. The FPC controls
of the access platform has
advanced features including
self-pack (home function).
The maximum outreach is 11
m (with 120 kg or less).
Crane
Mounted at the rear end
of the chassis, a Palfinger
PK10002 SH knuckle boom
crane completes the unit. It
has radio controls, a capacity
ranging from 450 to 2050
kg across its diagram and
a maximum outreach of 14
metres.

A new patent pending 180° cage rotator is available for Versalift access platforms.

A steel plate located within the cage mount extends as the cage rotates
The 180° cage rotator rotates in an arch providing access behind obstacles
The new cage rotator is extremely compact in the transport position
A compact and innovative
180° cage rotator is now
available for Versalift cages.
Unique design
Gears extend and retract a
steel plate inside the cage
mount which in turn rotates
the cage in a compact arch
up to 90° in either direction.
This unique design has two
key performance enhancing
characteristics.
First, the design allows
operators to reach behind
obstacles for added
versatility, as the steel plate
travels out in the rotated
position.
Second, the stowed
dimensions are compact, as
the steel plate is completely
retracted in the transport
position.
The innovative, mechanical
design is currently patent
pending. Check out the

Several Versalift access platform vehicles have already been displayed for
current and potential customers on fairs in The Netherlands and Finland.

is full of exciting events and
Versalift has already been
promoted on two European
tradeshows in January.
Infratech
HDW Nederland exhibited
a fully equipped Versalift
VT-155-FZ mounted on a
MB Sprinter van on the
Infratech expo in Rotterdam.
Infratech is a tradeshow for
infrastructure contractors.
Network 2017
VEHO Oy attended the
Network 2017 Energy fair in
Tampere, Finland with a van
mounted Versalift VDT-170-F
while Janneniska, the largest
access rental company in
Finland, displayed a Versalift
LT-30-110-TB on a 4x4 VW
Amarok pickup on their
stand.
TIME Danmark has installed
a TIME Smartbox module
onto an MB Antos truck for
SEAS-NVE, a Danish power
company. The box houses a
generator used for powering
entire communities in case
of a power outage. The
workshop module is fitted
with several unique features
including a rear door for easy
access to power cable reels
and a bus door for easy entry.
