• All Booth Holders must pass our Due Diligence Screening<br />
• Payment Terms – Registration Fees are 40% on signing of agreement and 60% , 14 days prior to when the <strong>Showcase</strong><br />
goes live on the 1 ST September 2017.<br />
• Registered Booth holders will be required to enter into one of our Initial One Year <strong>Virtual</strong> Promotional Contracts, as per<br />
the Membership Categories below. 12 months from 1 st September 2017<br />
• The Booth holders monthly payments will begin on 1 st October 2017 for one year. i.e. 1 month after launch<br />
• Booth holders are entitled to upgrade their Membership benefits with 1 months advance notice.<br />
• The Registration & Set up fee includes all design and set up work. Tutorials and ongoing help<br />
• Booth holders will be given Priority Invites to attend Global Physical Investment <strong>Events</strong>, should they wish.<br />
• The Registration and Set up Fee a Booth is £ 50,000 + VAT
