The life God has given you is an invaluable gi . Are you making the 

most of it? Actually, nothing on earth is more important than 

making the most of your life. In fact, the greatest challenge each 

one of us faces is ful lling Gods plan for us. 

Your success or failure can be answered by this question: What are 

you building your life on? A life that will stand up to Gods glory 

can t be built on fame, fortune, or pleasure because those things 

alone are empty and shallow and will pass away. 

Since we cannot build our lives on fame, pleasure, money, or 

power, then what can we build them on? Our lives must be built on 

God and His Word because Gods Word will stand the test when 

everything else passes away and fails. If we ll let the light of the 

Word shine on us, we will become instruments of the power of God 

in our world. 

What foundation you build your life on is up to you. If it s on the 

Rock the Lord Jesus Christ then the light and love of God will 

shine upon you, saturating you until it shines out of you to others. 

You may think your life is unimportant or insigni cant. But God 

can make something valuable of it, no matter what has happened 

to you in the past. Commit your life to God. Don t just sit still and do 

nothing for Him. Rise up in God and make an impact on your 

generation!

Today's Scripture 

“...put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 

bearing with one another, and forgiving one another.” 

Colossians 3:12-13 

Blessings in Disguise 

When people want to build up physical strength, they need to work against 

resistance. That s why people li weights and do isometric exercises. The 

process can be uncomfortable at times. That s why there is the saying, No 

pain, no gain. 

The same principle applies to building Godly character. In order to develop 

patience, we need to be put into situations where patience is required. That 

gives us the opportunity to develop our patience muscles. In order to 

become more forgiving, we need to have things to forgive. That enables us to 

strengthen our forgiveness muscles. 

In order to become more loving, we need to have people in our lives who are 

dif cult to love. Sometimes that can be quite challenging. When it is, we can 

ask God to change our hearts and give us His love for those people. 

Such trials enable us (by Gods grace) to develop character qualities which will 

bear good fruit for eternity. If we can get a vision for the valuable end results, 

then we will be able to see each trial as being helpful. That will enable us to 

count it all joy to consider it something to be grateful for, rather than a 

problem to endure. The Apostle James said, "My brethren, count it all joy 

when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith 

produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be 

perfect and complete, lacking nothing. (James 1:2-4) 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father, today I clothe 

myself with peace. I clothe 

myself with mercy and 

patience. I choose to walk 

in Your ways so that I can 

live as an example of Your

Praise Should Be Our Lifestyle 

The secret of a victorious life comes through praise! Prayer has to be mixed 

with faith and praise in order to produce results. 

David said I will praise the Lord at all times. David said my heart is xed, that 

it doesn't matter what happens, I am going to worship the Lord. I am going to 

praise the Lord AT ALL TIMES. Davids praise was not conditional, not just in 

good times. 

At all times is not referring to just the beautiful days when all the roses are 

blooming and everything and everyone is perfect; no, AT ALL TIMES refers to 

AT ALL TIMES. That includes the times when you are broken, the times when 

you are hurting, the times when everyone and everything is against you, all of 

that is included in AT ALL TIMES. But let s take it a step further, at all times also 

includes those times where you don t understand why God is allowing certain 

things to happen. It also includes those times where you are taking a complete 

faith walk and you feel like God is really silent during the tests that you are 

facing and you honestly wonder if He s abandoned you. It includes the times 

where you don t feel like blessing the Lord. Yes, all that is included in AT ALL 

TIMES. 

When we fail to praise Him, God is still good AT ALL TIMES. When we fail to 

realize what He brought us from the last time, God is still good at all times. 

When we aren t good AT ALL TIMES, God is still good AT ALL TIMES. 

Today, I encourage you to evaluate your perspective. Choose to li your eyes to 

God no matter what is happening in your circumstances. Remember, as you 

set your perspective in the right direction, your life will follow. When you keep 

an attitude of faith and expectancy, you open the door for His blessing in every 

area of your life! 

Prayer

Father, I choose to bless 

You at all times. I declare 

that You are faithful! I li

Stand In Victory 

HAVE YOU EVER considered that the rst four letters of the word testimony 

spell t-e-s-t? You can t have a testimony without passing a test. The great 

news for believers is that every test we face is an open book test all the 

answers are found in the Bible! There isn t anything we face in life that 

Jesus has not already given us the ability to conquer and triumph over. 

That verse didn t say that God leads us out into a dry, barren place. It didn t 

say that He leads us into traps, snares, and plots of the devil so Satan can 

beat up on us. No! God always leads us where? Into triumph. Into victory. 

How o en does He cause us to triumph? Always! He cause us to triumph? 

Always! Isn t that good? We can always count on God. He is faithful and 

reliable. And He always brings us through to victory. 

That s why it s so important for us to stay connected with God and in 

tune with His Spirit. We must keep our eyes on the Word and remain 

attentive to His voice. When we do, we cannot fail and we will not be 

defeated. Why? Because the greatest Winner Who ever lived, lives on the 

inside of us. And we are winners in Him! 

I encourage you to act like Jesus today and refuse to quit. No matter what 

comes against you, no matter how many times you might get knocked 

down, just keep getting up! Remember, God always causes you to triumph in 

Christ. He always causes you to stand. You re going to stand on His 

promises. You re going to stand on your redemption. And you re going to 

rise up every single time

Heavenly Father, I come

your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring” 

Isaiah 58:11 

Change Your Focus 

If you have been depressed, lost your joy, or have been grumpy to those 

around you, I challenge you to change your focus. 

I want to encourage you to focus on positive things every day. When I am 

tempted to become negative about my circumstances, I focus on the Apostle 

Paul. If anyone had a right to develop a negative attitude about life, Paul did. 

He was put in prison, whipped ve times with 39 lashes, beaten three times 

with rods, and stoned once. He was shipwrecked three times and spent a night 

and a day adri at sea. And yet he declared, Who shall separate us from the 

love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or 

nakedness, or peril, or sword? . . . Nay, in all these things we are more than 

conquerors through him that loved us (Romans 8:35 37). 

Paul was saying that in spite of these circumstances, he kept a positive attitude 

because in Christ, we are not just conquerors, we are more than conquerors. 

Every time I read those verses, adrenaline begins to ow through me. I trust 

that as you are reading this, you are feeling the presence of the Lord Who is 

right beside you and ready to help you ght your battle and come out 

victorious. 

Abandon yourself to His care and guidance, as a sheep in the care of a 

shepherd, and trust Him utterly. No matter, though you may seem to yourself 

to be in the very midst of a desert, with nothing green about you, inwardly or 

outwardly, and may think you will have to make a long journey before you can 

get into the green pastures. Our Shepherd will turn that very place where you 

are into green pastures, for He has power to make the desert rejoice and 

blossom as a rose. 

I challenge you to focus on Gods ability. When you do, He will empower you 

and cause you to be successful in every area of your life. 

Prayer

“For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with 

their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. You will trample upon lions and 

cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet! The Lord says, “I will 

rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name.” 

Psalm 91:11-14 

God s Protection And Provision Are Yours! 

This entire chapter of Psalm 91 is lled with the goodness and power of God. 

Great reminders that He faithfully works on behalf of those who love Him. 

And at the end of it all, God gives 8 reasons of why we do not have to fear. 

1. God will protect you, 2. rescue you, 3. be with you, 4. answer you, 5. honor 

you, 6. satisfy you, 7. give you long life and 8. His salvation. If you make God 

your refuge and your shelter! We just have to trust in Him and He gives us all 

that. What a priceless bargain! 

Don't fret. God sees all you are struggling with today. He wants you to know 

that He loves you with His everlasting Love. He wants you to know that He 

alone knows all about you and every hope and dream you hold so dear. He 

alone knows the issues in your life. He alone knows the way it will all turn out, 

but You Must Yield To Him. God's plan is the best plan. His plan will make you 

skillful at His calling. His plan for you will enable you to go forward with 

con dence. His plan will prevail. 

God wants to bless you right now. He is giving you strength for this day and 

hope for the future. He is giving you peace. Just receive all that He has for you! 

Rest in the fact that He is looking upon you with graciousness and favor. You 

are His beloved. 

Don t ever doubt God! He reminds us over and over again that we're not alone. 

And though He never says that we won't face hard times, He does say He'll be 

with us in it, rescuing us, and shining His favor over us.

Better To Be With Jesus 

Despite the multitudes that pursued JESUS daily, very few followers made the 

commitment to go with Him. Only a handful of disciples decided to walk away 

from the past, to leave family and friends, to give up homes and occupations, 

to sacri ce their own lives for the lives of others. In the end, just a small band 

of ordinary men were willing to surrender all they possessed for the hope of 

what was to come in eternity. 

You and I have a choice to make today. We can follow Jesus or we can go with 

Him. We may watch and observe from a distance or we can be right next to 

Him, close enough to feel His touch, hear Him breathing and see the 

compassion in His eyes. We can be there when He prays to the Father and 

when He is tempted by the world. We can know Him intimately, as a friend, as 

a brother and as a Savior. 

When we decide to go along with Jesus we do more than watch passively from 

afar. We become a part of His life and He becomes part of ours. What He does 

affects us and what we do affects Him. In essence, we are yoked with Him. 

There is no longer any space or separation between us because we are living 

together. We are both one in the Father. 

There is a price for following Christ. But there also are blessings. Too o en, we 

look so long at what we have to pay, to give up, because we are Christians that 

we forget about the bene ts. We concentrate on the dif culties, the problems, 

the personal struggles or the intense suffering. Instead, we should be focused 

on what we have been given. 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father in heaven, thank You 

for the works of Your hand 

that cry out the awesome 

truth of Your care for me. I 

pray that you will teach me 

your ways as I avail myself 

and sit under your feet. 

Grant me the courage to 

walk with you and abide with 

you and your word in and

you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.” 

Ephesians 3:19 

God s Love Gives You Strength! 

My friend, no man can truly enjoy living in this world without Gods strength 

in his life, Gods favor in his work and relationships, Gods protection for him 

and his family, Gods increase in his nances, and Gods health and healing for 

his body. Likewise, no woman can survive emotionally, socially or physically 

without Gods tender touch, loving presence, sweet assurance and words of 

life in times of need. 

If you were to thank God for something today, what would it be? For me, it 

would be thanking God for giving me Jesus. For when I see Jesus on the cross, I 

see the love of God overcoming everything for me. It causes me to say, Thank 

you, Jesus! I love you, Jesus! I worship you, Jesus! Bless you, Jesus! Hallelujah! 

As we worship and celebrate the love of Jesus in our lives, we will nd 

ourselves changed, and we will see the mighty power of God displayed for us 

and through us. 

This was the case in the life of David. His personal times of worship, of being 

absorbed in God s love for him, changed him from a mere shepherd boy to a 

lion killer, bear killer, giant killer and nally, a king over Israel. 

Beloved, as you feed on Jesus love for you, you will be lled with the fullness 

of God. Like David, Gods anointing will begin to operate powerfully in your 

life. And when you encounter spiritual lions, even the devil himself when he 

comes like a roaring lion against you, your loved ones or your 

possessions you will grab hold of his mouth and tear him apart! 

May you feed on Jesus love for you, and be lled with the fullness and power 

of God to tear your spiritual lions apart! 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father in heaven, thank 

You for Your Love which 

gives me strength. Fill me 

with Your love so I can be 

lled with your fullness. 

Anoint every area of my 

life to stay in your love all 

the time. I bless You today

“So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift 

you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” 

1 Peter 5:6-7 

Humility Glori es God! 

God gives grace to the humble is because they submit to Him. In other 

words, the humble know they NEED God. God opposes the proud for 

just one reason: because they oppose Him. 

God cares for us. He is mighty. He calls us to humble ourselves under 

Him. Not because He is a controlling God that wants you to bow down to 

Him because you are nothing, but rather because He wants to exalt us 

and care for us. As we humble ourselves, that is when we truly worship 

Him. We re trusting Him with what s going on in our lives and believing 

He is the provider instead of ourselves. 

When you humble yourself and admit that you cannot do it on your 

own, that s when God can enter the scene. That s when He can turn it 

around. A lot of times we think of dependency in a negative light, but 

dependency on God is not a weakness; it s a strength. It enables you to 

tap into His power. When we yield our weakness, that s when God shows 

up the strongest. But when we don t turn to God, really, that s a sign of 

pride. We re saying, God, I don t really need You to help me run my life. 

I m doing okay. I ve got it all gured out. God will step back and let us do 

it on our own. 

Dare to be a humble person because, if you are proud, God will be 

against you in your pride, but if you are humble He will give you grace, 

exalt you in due time, and care for you along the way so that you don't 

have to be anxious. 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father, I thank you for 

the grace you give to 

the humble. I come 

before you today with 

a heart willing to be 

humble and submit to 

you. I cannot do it on 

my own anymore and 

ask that you help me 

remain humble in 

every area on my life.

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke 

upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest 

for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” 

Matthew 11:28-30 

Stop Putting Everything On Your Shoulders 

We are putting things on our shoulders that don t belong there. 

Jesus doesn t seem to be talking about a life that is full of anxiousness 

and weariness as we follow Him. He makes a point to state the exact 

opposite on how we can nd rest in Him. He is speaking to those that 

labor and are heavy laden. 

We are not designed to carry the burden of worry, fretting, and anxiety. 

This load is simply too much for the human body and the central 

nervous system to tolerate. We may be able to manage it for a while, but 

eventually the physical body and mind will begin to break under this 

type of perpetual pressure. Man was simply not fashioned to carry 

pressures, stresses, anxieties, and worries; this is the reason our bodies 

breaks down when it undergoes these negative in uences for too long. 

Jesus loves you so much and is so deeply concerned about you and the 

dif culties you are facing that He calls out to you today, Roll those 

burdens over on Me. Let Me carry them for you so you can be free! 

If you are lugging around worries, cares, and concerns about your 

family, your business, or any other area of your life, why not stop right 

now and say, Jesus, I m yielding every one of these concerns to You 

today. I cast my burden on You, and I thank You for setting me free! .

Father, I come to You now 

and give You my cares and

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but 

not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked 

down, but we are not destroyed.” 

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 

Down But Not Out! 

The Lord asked me to tell someone this day, though you are knocked down, 

you are not knocked out. In life, there are times we are knocked down by 

situations of life but Gods word will keep us from been knocked out. 

To all of you who have experienced an agonizing defeat, because of whatever 

reason, listen to these words: You may be at the end of your ROPE, but you are 

not at the end of your HOPE. You may be down in the deep ditches of defeat 

and despair, but you need not stay there. Through Christ you can get up again 

and go on. As someone has put it: Man's extremity is God's opportunity. 

When we are at our worst, God is at His best. When we are down, God is up. 

When we can't, God can. When we are at rock bottom, God begins to work. It's 

true! Look at the record. 

A righteous man falls seven times and rises again (Proverbs 24:16). So when 

we are knocked down, we must with the help of Christ get back up. With each 

time we will, we become stronger and attain our reward in the end. 

keep getting up when you are knocked down! Keep struggling through the 

tight, dif cult spots! Our trials work for us, not against us. And God is behind it 

all working things according to His will and for His glory and our good. Trust 

God that He is allowing your trials and struggles for your good and for the good 

of others. You may be down, but you're not out. 

Prayer

Father, thank You for 

the promise to bring 

me through every

and adversity I may

empowering me each

“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not 

let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of 

escape, that you may be able to endure it.” 

1 Corinthians 10:13 

Refuse To Quit 

Did you know that every minute you remain in faith about something, you are 

a minute closer to realizing the ful llment of what you are believing for? But if 

you give up and quit, you stop your blessings in their tracks. And that's what 

Satan wants. He is doing everything he can in this earth realm, in the realm of 

your senses, to try to get you to back off from believing and trusting God. 

You are going to have to persevere through the pain, the obstacles, and the 

thoughts and feelings that come to tell you that God's Word is not true or that 

it's not true for you. 

You see, the blessings of God do not come automatically. Yes, Jesus paid the 

price for your victory, deliverance, health, and prosperity. But to have the 

abundant life He came to give, you must ght the good ght of faith. How do 

you do that? By refusing to give up on God s Word, even when the 

circumstances don t line up. Start talking abundance, healing, and whatever it 

is you need before you ever see it in the natural. What you say and continue to 

believe will be what you ultimately experience. 

I encourage you, look beyond the natural facts to the greater facts of Gods 

Word. God is greater than your circumstances. And if you will hold on to Him 

and His Word, you will enter the place of victory in Christ that He has provided 

for you. 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Heavenly Father, thank 

you for your word. Today I 

choose to stay strong and 

focus on your word and 

promises. I refuse to quiet 

and give up even when I 

cannot see my way out. 

Help me stay focus on

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have 

been called according to his purpose” 

Romans 8:28 

Stand And Dream! 

When God puts a dream inside you, He has already gone before you! 

God has spoken to every one of us at some time in our life. He s given us 

dreams, visions, and things to accomplish for Him. I want to inspire you 

to get a new hold on those dreams. Pull them down from the shelf, dust 

them off, and get moving! But I just don t see how it s possible, you 

may say. I know God has spoken to me, but I can t do anything. 

Remember Joseph? He dreamed that his brothers were bowing to him. 

Upset about his dream and jealous of his relationship with their father, 

Josephs brothers threw him into an empty pit. Then they sold him to a 

passing caravan bound for Egypt. I m sure Joseph thought, God, what 

is happening? This is not the way I dreamed it! Later, when he found 

himself working as a servant in Egypt and then thrown into prison, he 

could have said, Wait a minute, Lord. You re making a mistake! 

However, even though it seemed his dream was shattered, Joseph kept 

believing God. And years later, his dream came to pass just as God had 

given it. His brothers bowed before him. 

Your dreams can come to pass too. When it seems as if the devil has 

shattered the dream that came to you from God Himself, reach down, 

pick up those pieces, and continue to drive for success. Dare to believe! 

Believe in yourself. Believe in what God said for you to do. Take the 

impossible and turn it into the possible with Him this day. Dream the 

dream, because the time for victory in your life is now! 

Prayer

Father, I know that You 

have chosen me for such a 

time as this. I may not 

understand everything 

that has happened in my 

past, but I choose to trust 

in You. I believe that You 

are working all things 

together for my good. Give 

me faith so I can boldly 

pursue the dreams You

“They will fight you, but they will fail, for I am with you, and I will take care of you. I, 

the Lord, have spoken!” 

Jeremiah 1:19 

The Fight is Fixed 

God didn t promise Jeremiah an easy life. He faced battles and 

dif culties. God even told Jeremiah he would stand against the whole 

land. Now, I don t know about you, but having the entire country turn 

against you isn t something to brag about. But again, God says, I am 

with you, and I will take care of you. God told Jeremiah that people 

would rise up in opposition, but they would fail. 

Remember, even when you face battles, even when you feel like you are 

in the valley of the shadow of death, you can trust that God has victory in 

store for you. If God is for you, who can be against you? The ght is xed 

in your favour! 

When you focus on God and acknowledge His presence, He ll ll you 

with His peace and joy so you can stand strong in the battle. No matter 

what you are going through today, God is making the same promises to 

you that He made to Jeremiah: I am with you, and I will take care of 

you. You can be con dent that your security lies in Gods hands. 

Your enemies shall fall. They shall fall no matter what. 

Prayer

Father, I bless You and 

praise You today because 

You are good! Thank You

knowing that You are

Your Enemies Flee Because Of Jesus 

Some people think that Jesus and the devil are always confronting and ghting 

each other. But when I read my Bible, I don t see ghts between the two. What I 

see is the devil having to ee whenever he encounters Jesus! 

You see, neither the devil nor his demons can stand before Jesus. They may be 

able to torment people for a while, but when Jesus comes on the scene, they 

know that that is the end of their stay. They will have to ee! All it took was just 

one word from Jesus, and the entire legion of demons had to come out of the 

man and ee into the swine. 

As a child of God, you exude a spiritual fragrance which evil spirits can detect 

and which causes them to tremble. It is the life of Jesus inside you. And He who 

is in you is greater than he who is in the world. (1 John 4:4) That is why no 

curse, spell, accusation, scandal or destruction planned against you can 

succeed. Your enemies may come against you one way, but the Lord will 

confuse them and cause them to ee before you seven ways! 

Jesus paid with His life to give you this victory over your enemies. A er His 

arrest in the garden of Gethsemane, the Jews and Gentiles were united for the 

rst time with one common objective: Torture Jesus and have Him killed. King 

Herod of the Jews and Pontius Pilate of the Romans were long-time enemies, 

but because of Jesus, they became friends. (Luke 23:12) 

My friend, Jesus enemies were united and had victory over Him. But 

because He triumphed over them through the cross and rose again, today, 

your enemies will be scattered and you will have victory over them!

Fix Your Mind 

What you think about determines the quality and direction of your life? 

Naturally, people who think positive, upli ing thoughts have happier, longer 

lives. They are less stressed, more vibrant, and enjoy better sleep. That s why 

the Scripture encourages us to think on good things, things that are true, 

noble, and lovely. Some translations says to x your mind on them. When 

you x your mind on noble things, you close the door to the negative voices 

and open your heart to allow God to work in your life. 

Many people wonder, Why am I not receiving Gods best? My kids are not 

pulling their weight in school, my spouse doesn t treat me right. It doesn t 

seem like my prayers are ever answered! When someone says that, I usually 

encourage them to look at what they just said. Perhaps the answer lies in their 

attitude. Given the choice to worry about a situation or pray about it, too many 

people feel it s much more effective to worry! And worry always highlights 

what we can t control rather than what we can control. Prayer begins by 

admitting we re not in control! 

Have you ever considered that maybe the Lord is waiting for you to be thankful 

for what you have before He will bless you with more? The Word instructs us to 

pray with thanksgiving in every circumstance. Develop an attitude of 

gratitude and see what God will begin to do. Let the screensaver in your mind 

always ash, THANKS, LORD in every situation. 

Choose today to x your mind on good things. Do whatever you need to do in 

order to keep those good thoughts before you. Confess Gods promises for your 

life and declare His blessing on a daily basis. As you x your mind on the 

goodness of God, you will rise higher in every area of your life. You will be 

lled with Peace and victory, and you will see the dreams and desires in your 

heart come to pass.

Painful But Gainful Forgiveness 

A er everything Jesus went through on the way to the Cross, a er being 

beaten, mocked, rejected, humiliated, scored, whipped and nailed to a 

tree, the rst words out of His month were words of forgiveness. He 

certainly didn t forgive because it was easy or painless. He was setting 

the example for us and all of humanity. 

When you ve been hurt or offended, sometimes it s tempting to hold on 

to unforgiveness. But we have to remember, when people wrong us, our 

battle is not against esh and blood. In other words, that person who 

hurt you is not the real enemy. The Bible says that your adversary is the 

devil, and he knows that if you don t forgive, then your prayers won t be 

effective. Unforgivness puts up a barrier in your life to the power of 

God. In fact it we don t forgive others, we can t be forgiven by God. We 

acknowledge that every time we pray the Lords Prayer, Forgive our 

trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. But when you 

choose forgiveness, you open the door for Gods healing power to ow 

through your life. 

Disarm the enemy in your life today by choosing forgivness. Bless those 

who curse you, and pray for those who wrong you. Look at what Jesus 

did, when He was betrayed, beaten, mocked, and disrespected, He 

chose forgivness. That was the beginning of His victory.

Our God is so loving, so merciful, so faithful. Even when we become too 

discouraged to believe, God does not forget what He promised. Maybe 

you feel discouraged today. Maybe your life hasn t turned out the way 

you had hoped. Maybe you prayed, believed and worked hard, and it 

didn t work out. Now you re thinking, Hey, I m never going to be happy 

again. I ll never be married. I ll never accomplish my dreams. 

Remember today, not only does God remember you, He remembers the 

promise He placed within you. He knows what He s destined you to do. 

You may have already said, Forget it; it s never going to happen. The 

good news is that you don t have the nal say. God has the nal say, and 

He says, What I started in your life, I m going to nish. That dream you 

gave up on, God didn t give up on. He remembers you, and He is with 

you, leading you and guiding you to the place of victory. 

What God starts, He will nish. He is not okay with your partially 

ful lling your destiny. God will make sure you complete what He put 

you here to do. You may not understand how it can happen. It may look 

as though you're too old, you missed to may opportunities, and it's no 

longer possible. But God has it all gured out. He knows how to connect 

the dots.

He Is Our Dependable Shepherd 

When we say, The Lord is my shepherd we are saying that we are Gods 

sheep. The Good Shepherd knows His sheep by name, cares for them, 

lays down His life for them, and gives them eternal life. He knows when 

we are joyful and He knows when we are sad. He knows when we re 

having a good day and when we re not. He also knows that sometimes 

we need to be quiet, so, like a shepherd, He leads us to places where we 

can just be still and pay attention to Him. God knows us and He knows 

what we need. He will always be with us, caring for us and leading us. 

Hearing Psalm 23 also puts several pictures into our minds: a shepherd, 

green pastures, still waters, paths, the valley of death, a rod and a staff, a 

table, and the house of the Lord. 

A shepherd doesn t just watch sheep, he cares for his sheep. He takes 

them to where food and water are, and he shelters them from storms. 

Because sheep do not have claws or teeth to protect themselves, he 

protects them from other animals that want to eat them. Because the 

shepherd is there, the sheep are protected, comforted, and fed. Without 

a shepherd, the sheep would not last long in the wilderness. That s a 

pretty good picture of how God cares for us, isn t it? 

God is with us as long as we live. He was with us yesterday. He is with us 

today. He will be with us tomorrow. It makes us feel good to know that 

God is always with us. 

Make Him your dependable Shepherd and you shall not WANT!!

Stay Connected Within The Body! 

The Christian life is more than just Jesus and me. 

When we are in fellowship with other believers and encouraging one 

another, we are strengthened, and it is easier to keep our focus in the 

right place. That s why the Scripture encourages us to stay connected, to 

keep meeting together. 

Life is a group activity. We aren t meant to be alone. We aren t meant to 

live the Christian life alone. There s a different dynamic to the blessing 

of when believers gather. Yes, He has blessings in store for us 

individually, but He also has corporate blessings. When we dwell 

together in Unity, the Scripture tells us that God has commanded 

blessing. When we encourage one another, speaking words of faith and 

love, we ourselves will be built up. 

As believers, we are the body of Christ. The hand cannot do its part 

without the arm, and the arm is useless unless it s connected to the 

shoulder. The eye can do nothing apart from the head. You are part of 

the body of Christ. Honor the Lord by connecting with other believers.

Life Transforming Lessons Along The Way 

The real joy you see during your road trips is not the destination but the things 

you see along the way. We have a God who is a God of along the way stage of 

life. We pray for the destination but we must understand that there are things 

we learn about Him along the way that are the most meaningful. We pray 

Lord, hurry up and get me to where you showed me, the place you have 

predestined for me to go; but the Lord will take you to the long way around, 

and take you to places you don t expect and allow you to learn things like 

patience, temperance and calmness and tenacity, how to pray for yourself, 

how to endure hardness as a good soldier; and when you nally arrive at the 

destination, we have a lot to talk about, the things we learnt along the way. 

Moses began to tell the children of Israel about the promise land. And they set 

out for a land that they have never seen before; he said to them Follow me for I 

will take you to a land that will ow with milk and honey. Little did Moses 

know that it wasn t so important that he made it to the promise land; it was 

important that he learnt about God as he travels along the way. 

We have a God who will go with you as you process towards your destiny, He is 

a God of purpose but He is a God of process and while you walk with Him, he 

has a way of revealing himself to you in unbeliever way as you travel with Him 

along the way. It is not the place that you hope to arrive at that is important, it is 

not the thing that you have been praying about that is important, it is not the 

breakthrough that you are waiting on that is important. The things that is most 

important to God are the things that happened while you are waiting along the 

way. Isaiah 40:31. He celebrates the waiting place but not the destination. 

When you look back and see the place God has brought you from; you will have 

the courage to say the same God that brought me through yesterday will take 

me through today and forevermore. When you nally get to your destination, 

you will nd out that the things you want to talk about are the things that 

happened along the way.

Passing Through Deep Waters 

No one is immune from trials, tribulations, troubles and distresses in this life. 

These things affect us all. Jesus said: These things I have spoken to you, that in 

Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good 

cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33. 

Throughout life we will have rivers to cross. There will be times when our faith 

is not as strong as it should be; times when sorrow and grief seem greater than 

we can bear and times when challenges facing us come when strength is 

depleted. It is then when we must look to Him! 

As you pass through the deep waters of life and your circumstances, you may 

be wondering, Who can rescue me from this? Be encouraged! Even in the 

deepest of waters, God promises to be with the one who trusts in Him. He 

alone can truly rescue you and keep you from drowning. All you need do is 

take a deep breath of faith, reach out, and take hold of the mighty hand of God. 

Do not fear the deep, murky waters of uncertainty surrounding you. Though 

the way seems dif cult, and at times impossible, you can be con dent in this, 

"Nothing will be impossible with God". 

When we are navigating the rough waters of life, when we feel like life is going 

up in ames, God is there with us. God transforms those rough waters into 

times of cleansing. God changes those ames into a re ning re, burning 

away our impurities. In our toughest trials, in our darkest times, God is there 

with us, working to bring about good within us. Each time we pass through 

water we can be reminded that by these waters we have been claimed. 

Remember who you are. You are loved beyond measure by the God who 

created you, who formed you, who will go to any lengths and rescue you 

whether in the deep waters, storms or in the re. Do not fear, for I have 

redeemed you; I have called you by name and you are mine. You are mine.

results. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed fervently that it might 

not rain, and for three years and six months it did not rain on the earth” 

James 5:16-17 

God Answers the Prayers of the Righteous 

This is a promise that God answers the fervent prayer of a righteous man. 

When we ask in faith and when the prayer comes from a heart of faith, God 

answers. 

Genuine faith is grounded in God's promises and a true understanding of 

God's will. The truth is that if we are born again, we are righteous. We may not 

do everything right; but we are 100 percent righteous through Christ. Always 

do the best you can to behave properly and do it because you love God, but 

remember that He hears and answers your prayers because He is good, not 

because you are. 

A er all, he says, "Elijah was a man with a nature like ours." Elijah wasn't 

supernatural. He was a fallen human being, just like you and I, subject to the 

same passions and fears and ts of depression. But he was a righteous man, 

despite his sin, because he was justi ed by faith. He trusted God, and 

therefore righteousness was imputed to him. And God answered Elijah's 

prayer for re instantly, apparently without delay, Effectual, Fervent Prayer. 

God views us as righteous even though we still make mistakes. Because He 

sees us as righteous, we have a God-given right to pray and expect God to hear 

and answer us. 

Never grow weary in praying because your prayer is powerful from the time 

you start praying even when it seems like God is delaying His answer. 

Remember that He hears and answers your prayers because He is good, not 

because you are.

Then You Will Be Prosperous And Successful 

When you speak the Word of God, it activates power in your life. In fact, this 

verse literally says, Do not let it depart from your mouth. In other words, 

keep speaking and confessing the Word of God no matter what your 

circumstances. 

God also instructed Joshua to mediate on His Word day and night. To mediate 

on something simply means to think about it and to let the meaning sink deep 

down into your heart. Meditation is a spiritual practice that s encouraged 

throughout the Bible. This verse promises that meditating on Gods Word will 

give you success. Mediation begins when we read and consider Gods word. 

Another bene t of meditating on Gods Word is that it will help you keep your 

heart right before Him. 

When you keep Gods Word in your mind, heart and mouth, it empowers you to 

obey all that the Lord commands. Do you need strength today to overcome 

temptation? Do you need to be empowered to walk in love? Get the Word of 

God into your heart, and declare what the Word of God says about your 

situation. Declare that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens 

you. Declare that you have Gods grace for all things. The key to having 

abundance and success in every area of your life is found in the Word of God. 

Today, make declaring His Word a priority. Set aside time each day to speak 

His promises over your life. As you do, you are setting His blessing in motion, 

and you will make your way prosperous and nd success in all you do. 

As you continue to speak the Word, you will be empowered in every area of 

your life, and you will live the life of victory the Lord has in store for you.!

Psalm 17:8 

You Are God s #1 Priority 

To be the apple of someone s eye is to be cherished by that person above all 

others. Therefore, to be the apple of Gods eye is to experience Gods love and 

protection. 

Take your concerns and care to the Father today. He loves to hear you call 

upon Him, and He is waiting to show Himself strong on your behalf. Because 

you are important to Him, He is ready to bless and empower you to live in 

victory all the days of your life. 

To be the apple of Gods eye, is to value others as He does you. Through the 

prophet Zechariah the LORD says these words: The one who touches you 

touches the apple of my eye (Zechariah. 2:8). I understood this rst as a word 

of warning to those who would seek to injure or harm you as Gods child. The 

one who touches you, the one who harms you, the one who threatens you does 

so as though he/she was touching or harming or threatening me (God), even 

my own eyes. The evil one has no ultimate power over your life nor do his 

accomplices. 

But this verse also gives me a new perspective on the other members of Gods 

family. That when I touch another child of God, whether gently or harshly, I 

am daring to touch a person whom he loves, the apple of His eye. 

Never let anyone intimidate your looks or any part of your body. God see s you 

as the apple of His eye and that settles it. Before any human eye beheld you, 

before any ultrasound peered into your mother s womb, it was Gods privilege 

to be the rst to see you, the very rst to love you, the very rst to welcome you 

into this world; and it is Gods promise to guard you because you are the Apple 

of His eyes.

Ezekiel 37:3 

Resurrection Power 

We all have areas of our lives that sometimes feel dried up and lifeless. 

You may feel like Ezekiel when God asked him Can these bones 

become living people again? Can your dormant relationships be lled 

with vitality again? Can your lifeless dreams thrive again? Can broken 

promises, failed efforts, and emptiness be restored again? Ezekiel gave 

the right answer when he said, Lord, it s up to You. Notice how God 

responds. He says, I am going to put breath into you and make you live 

again! (Ezekiel 27:5b). 

God is saying the same thing to the dry, dormant places in your life 

today. God wants to shower every area of your life with His living water. 

It s to the low or shallow places that the healing waters ow rst. When 

you choose to trust God and release every area of your life to Him, you 

will see His power working in your life. 

When you look at your situation and all you see is a valley of dead, dry 

bones you don t see much hope, do you? It s hard to imagine those 

dead, dry bones having life. It s hard to imagine your situation ever 

getting better. It s hard to imagine life, beyond our present 

circumstances. 

When we are willing to admit that we re surrounded by piles of dry 

bones, when we put it all in His hands, that s when He ll breathe His life 

on us again. Put your dead dreams, lifeless goals, or dry ambitions in 

His hand today, and then watch to see the faithfulness of God!

“When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, Daniel, servant 

of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you 

from the lions?” 

Daniel 6:20 

Dare To Be A Daniel 

Daniel lived a life of excellence and found favour with the king. The king 

continued promoting him and gave him more authority. This made the other 

administrators jealous and angry, so they decided to manipulate the king into 

signing a law that they knew Daniel could not follow. Knowing that the penalty 

for disobeying the king's command would be death, Daniel prayed and 

prayed. But he still found him self in the lion's den. I'm sure Daniel believed 

that God would deliver him. I'm sure he hoped it would be before he was 

thrown into that den of hungry lions! 

And although Daniel's circumstances seemed to get worse regardless of how 

much he prayed. Daniel continued to trust God. Daniel had faith that God was 

working out His plan for His glory. In the end, Daniel was protected and his 

enemies were the ones who were devoured. Because Daniel stood his ground, 

a decree was set forth so that all people were to serve Daniel's God., the Maker 

of Heaven and Earth! 

Daniel didn t know what he would experience in the lions den but he knew 

that God would be with him and he put his trust in God. 

Triumph over trial or temptation in your life is by faith in God. That s how 

Daniel triumphed and stood strong, and how you are to do so as well. Daniel 

had the con dent assurance that God would deliver him, one way or another. 

We can learn a lot from Daniel. When it looks like your friends have turned on 

you and you feel like you are being thrown to the lions, you can stand strong 

like Daniel! Be encouraged, because God has the nal say. He'll shut the mouth 

of the lion, He'll silence your accusers, He'll stand with you in the re and 

bring you out of that pit to a place of prominence.

Blessed Assurance Jesus Is Mine 

In our lives we nd that in order to maintain certain elements, we must 

have various types of insurance. We have insurance for life and 

insurance for death. We have insurance for our health and we have 

insurance for various types of sickness. We have auto insurance for our 

vehicles. One in case we are in an accident and one in case our car is 

stolen or vandalized. We have insurance on our homes and property. So 

just in case it is burnt down or blown down or broken into. Our monies 

are insured, our loans are insured. Every aspect of our life can be 

insured for a fee. This insurance can take weeks and months to take 

effect, and can be canceled in a matter of seconds. 

But you see Insurance is man made, but Assurance is God obtained. 

Insurance is revocable, where as Assurance is undeniable. Insurance is 

costly but Assurance is free. Insurance has limitations, where as 

Assurance is limitless! Blessed Assurance! 

Once we accept the gi of salvation, nothing can remove it. Once we are 

in the hands of God, nothing or no one can take us out of his hands. No 

matter what, we are His......"Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine. Oh, what 

a foretaste of glory divine." That is for sure and guaranteed! 

May we will continue to draw near to God with a sincere heart and with 

the full ASSURANCE that faith brings. And may we also hold rm and 

steadfast the ASSURANCE and the promise of His unconditional love 

for us, for it is free and always available. Shalom!

The Steps Of The Godly 

When you allow the Lord to order your steps, you have something to shout 

about because when He order your steps, you will be blessed going in and 

going out, you will be blessed in the city and in the eld, you will be the head 

and not the tail, you will be above ,and not beneath. And when God blesses you 

like that you ought to praise God with a joyful noise!! 

Now it must be understood that having your steps ordered by the Lord does 

not mean that everything will be rosy and smooth for you all the times. While 

the Lord is ordering your steps, there will be times you will face some 

problems, obstacles, setbacks, sickness, pain, disappointments, heartbreaks 

and failures. But through it all, through sunshine and rain, while the Lord is 

ordering your steps, just know and believe that all things are going to work 

together for the good to them that love the Lord, and is called according to his 

purpose. 

You see, when you allow the Lord to order your steps, there will be peace. 

When you allow the Lord to order your steps, there will be joy. When you allow 

the Lord to order your steps, there will be power. When you allow the Lord to 

order your steps, there will be victory. 

You got to believe and know that God is able to order your steps through your 

problems, through your disappointments, through your heartbreaks, through 

your pain, or whatever. Just know and believe that no matter what you face in 

this life, if you allow the Lord to order your step, you will have the victory! 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Dear Lord, No matter how 

bad I may have messed 

u p , y o u a r e a b l e t o 

straighten up my life. I am 

Thanking you daddy Lord

delighting in every detail

Failure Is Never Final 

Gods choice of people with signi cant failure in their past shows that failure is 

never nal. 

It is so good to be reminded that our past failures are not nal and our pain 

need not be fatal. It s good to know that our Creator is willing to work with us, 

to be patient and understanding with us, to give us many opportunities to 

learn and grow. He doesn t cast us away when we fail. He doesn t turn His back 

on us. 

Many, if not most, of the people God chose had personal histories of failure. 

Moses committed murder; David adultery. Abraham the liar, Jacob the 

swindler, Noah was guilty of drunkenness, Jonah disobeyed Gods command 

to go to Ninevah and Elijah was guilty of cowardice. In the New Testament, 

God chose Matthew, a corrupt tax collector. The apostle Peter, who denied 

even knowing Christ. And Thomas, a man of so little faith that he refused to 

believe Christ had risen from the dead until he saw the nail holes in his hands 

and feet. 

Our failures thankfully, do not tie Gods hands. God is a potter who works with 

mud and is able to take that which is marred and remake it into a thing of 

beauty. God loves to restore the broken and brittle and then parade them 

before the world as trophies of His grace. 

Failure doesn t mean you have blown everything. It means you have some 

hard lessons to learn. It doesn t mean you are a permanent loser. It doesn t 

mean you should give up. It means you need the Lord to show you the next 

step. It doesn t mean that God has abandoned you. It means that God has a 

better plan. Failure is never nal unless you give up! 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father in heaven, I receive 

Your Word which is life 

and health to me today. 

Thank you for choosing

imperfections. I le go 

every spirit of failure in 

my life. I choose to 

release old thinking, old 

habits, and anything that 

would keep me from Your

Your Spirit so that I can

Jesus.” 

Philippians 4:19 

Divine Provision 

When the people of Israel were in the desert on the way to the Promised 

Land, God gave them manna to eat. That was good. It sustained them for 

a while, but it wasn t permanent provision. Eventually, the manna 

stopped coming. The people had to move forward, and then God gave 

them quail. They were so excited. That fed them for a while, but it was 

also temporary. 

See, God gave the Israelites temporary provision on the way to the 

Promised Land where they would have permanent provision. The fact 

that God had something much greater in store for their future is what 

kept them moving forward. God could have sustained them with 

manna or quail, but God is a god of increase. He works in seasons, and 

He always has something better in store. 

Don t get stuck in a rut and think that one way is going to last forever. 

Instead, stay open and be willing to change, make adjustments, make 

corrections or try something new. If the manna stops coming, don t 

get upset. Just keep moving forward and be on the lookout for the new 

provision God has in store for you! 

Now quit telling yourself, This is all I ll ever have. I ll never make it. 

Let go of the past and choose to have an abundance mentality. Declare, 

This is not where I m staying. I m blessed. I m prosperous. I m headed 

to over ow; I m headed to the land of More Than Enough according to 

His riches in glory!

Father God, You alone are 

the just and faithful God! 

Thank You for always 

providing for me. Thank

guiding me. I trust that 

You have good things in 

store for my future and 

choose to keep my eyes on

Declare the Shi is Coming! 

Friend, don't ever name your future by your present day circumstances. You 

may have had some hard times in the past, but get that "Ichabod" spirit off of 

you. It may look like you're stuck in a rut and you don't really see how you could 

ever rise any higher, but don't speak defeat over your life. Instead, name your 

future: blessed, prosperous, successful, victorious, healthy, whole, strong, 

talented, creative, wise. Declare what God's Word says so that you can move 

forward in the destiny He has prepared for you! 

Today I declare that a shi is coming. Whatever you need, a shi in your 

health, a shi in your nances, or a shi in a relationship. It may not 

look like anything is happening in the natural, but we serve a 

supernatural God. He s about to breathe in your direction in a new way! 

The enemies you have seen in the past, you will see no more. The 

addictions or bad habits that have held you back are being broken in 

Jesus name. Gods favor is being released in a new way that will propel 

you forward. What should have taken you 40 years to accomplish, God is 

going to do in a split second! 

The shi is acceleration. The shi means going beyond where you 

could go on your own. The shi is seeing Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our 

Provider, do exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond. Now our 

attitude should be, God, I m ready. I m taking the limits off of You. I m 

enlarging my vision. I may not see a way, but I know You have a way. 

I declare I m coming into a shi ! 

Prayer 

For The Day 

Father, thank You for Your 

hand of blessing on my 

life. I li up my eyes to You 

and declare that I am 

ready. I am ready for 

unexpected blessing. I am 

ready for increase. I am 

ready for the supernatural 

shi You have prepared 

for me in Jesus name!
