Minutes of the 61st AGM MINUTES of the 61st Annual General Meeting of the JPS & Partners Co-operative Credit Union Limited held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at the Jamaica Conference Centre, 14-20 Port Royal Street, Kingston. Commencing at 10:32 a.m. Present at the Head Table were: Miss Natalie Sparkes - President/Chairman Mr. Albert Dawkins - Vice President Mr. Vaughn McDonald - Secretary Mr. Earl Munroe - Assistant Secretary Mr. Delroy Redway - Treasurer Miss Fiona Johnson - Assistant Treasurer Miss Gerlyn Gray - Director Mr. Derrick Tulloch - Director Mr. Dwight Hart - Director Ms. Kim Robinson - Director Ms. Alicia Burnett - Director Miss Joydene Jarrett - General Manager CALLED TO ORDER Having ascertained that a quorum was in place and in accordance with the relevant section of the Rules regarding a quorum of the Annual General Meeting, the President/ Chairman called the meeting to order. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Upon the invitation of the President/Chairman Miss Natalie Sparkes, the Assistant Secretary Mr. Earl Munroe competently read the notice convening the Annual General Meeting. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Apologies for absence were tendered for Mr. Albert Morris, Kayla Morris, Jodi Morris, Linda Miller and June Redway. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA A motion was duly moved and seconded for the adoption of the Agenda by Michael Bravo and Nicole Taylor. The Credit Union pays tribute to retiring Board Members. Joining them in the photograph is the longest serving Vice-President and President of the Credit Union.
