Your wedding day is one of the most 

important days of your life! That is why 

Innovents created this Special Package to 

cover the whole day’s music in one unique 

package. 

The Ceremony 

We arrive at the venue to set up before 

your guests arrive, playing the music for 

your Ceremony if required. 

Often playing the music for the Ceremony 

is done by one of the venues staff or even 

a wedding guest, which can so easily go 

wrong. At Innovents we will professionally 

work with your registrars to make sure the 

music is played at the correct times for 

the following important moments 

• The entrance of the Bride 

• The signing of the register 

• The exit of the bride and groom 

When you book your wedding disco with 

Innovents, we will provide you with our 

unique Innovents wedding music guide, 

to give you help and inspiration for 

planning the music for your special day. 

The Drinks Reception 

& Wedding Breakfast 

We will then play beautiful background music during the 

champagne reception and meal (creating a more relaxed 

and fun atmosphere.) 

Announcements 

We will professionally announce any key proceedings as 

required including the following important moments 

• The Bride and Grooms Entrance 

• The cutting of the cake 

• The speeches 

• The 1st dance 

And naturally any other announcements that may occur.

We provide a full Client Portal to help you 

manage your music and booking online 

24/7. 

This is where our clients have access to our 

online portal. 

In her you get full access to our music planner, 

allowing you to be in complete control of 

choosing the songs you’d like to hear. 

My music planner has the following features 

• General Music Theme list - This allows you 

to select the general eras and genres of 

music you’d like to hear 

• A Must Play List - Allows you to select those 

songs you absolutely must hear 

• A Play If Possible List - This is the songs 

you’d like to hear which we try to fit in if 

they go well with the mood and dancing 

• A Do Not Play List - Allows you to say no to 

certain songs you just don’t want to hear. 

• A Special Songs Section - This is where you 

can choose the special songs, such as your 

first dance, Ceremony Music, Last Dance of 

the Night, etc 

• A Guest Request List - You can give all or 

any of your guests a log on to allow them 

to select songs they’d like to hear. You still 

have complete control over this so you 

can see what people would like and delete 

anything you feel is not appropriate

wedding fair and told him the kind of music we would 

like and from that moment on I knew we wouldn’t

backdrop and LED sparkly dance floor, as well as their 

chocolate fountain ( which was a massive hit with

LED Furniture 

Our LED Furniture is a great way of adding 

colour to your event as well as providing a 

practical service. 

Many of our guests place a LED poseur table 

at each corner of the dance floor to allow the 

guests to safely place drinks while dancing, 

and it also helps to create the perfecting 

finishing touch. 

The LED Cubes are a perfect item to add some 

colour and brilliant for your guests to sit and 

chill out. 

The LED furniture can be set to any colour or 

set to fade through various colours.

be used inside or outdoors.
