QUALIFICATIONS<br />
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<br />
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field;<br />
significant budget and personnel management experience and demonstrated leadership in developing and<br />
supporting an IT governance structure, plans and initiatives. Experience working collaboratively with<br />
constituencies at multiple levels within and outside an organization.<br />
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<br />
Higher education experience with executive level industry experience. A Graduate degree in a related field with<br />
academic credentials and/or a distinguished career in industry.<br />
