Grey Matter has created training programs for professionals and organizations that are busy, result oriented and do<br />
not want to spend resources on ineffective training solutions.<br />

KAIS BADRAN<br />
Kais is a leading Learning & Development consultant, coach and facilitator with over 19 years of experience in the learning and<br />
development industry and luxury retail.<br />
Kais has established himself as a business coach and a creative speaker, drawing on his involvement in leading projects globally.<br />
He uses his experience in coaching, retail, media and entrepreneurship to develop powerful training that helps companies<br />
and individuals to achieve success. Kais engages his audiences both emotionally and intellectually through presenting living<br />
experience, strong visual illustrations and heartfelt stories.<br />
Kais’s business experience includes leading the training function for the number one luxury retailer in the Middle East for six<br />
years, working on nationalisation initiatives in the GCC and North Africa and cooperating with local and international organisations<br />
such as the United Nations and the World Bank. Within the retail industry, Kais has trained thousands of people across 97<br />
nationalities in 12 countries and 60 brands that include LVMH, PPR and Armani Group and he led the training for the first Bloomingdales<br />
store outside the USA. In addition to an academic background in artificial intelligent and Organisation & Relationship<br />
System Coaching, Kais diversified his personal portfolio to include general studies in Improvised Comedy and holds a Diploma<br />
in Movie Directing from the London Film Academy. He is also a master practitioner of the healing techniques NLP (Neuro-<br />
Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy.<br />
Kais was a judge and a consultant for the prime time MBC TV reality show “The Investor”, a joint-venture between Business<br />
Edge (a training programme owned by IFC), the World Bank and MBC. The aim of this programme was to enhance the entrepreneurship<br />
spirit in the Arab world.<br />
