PARQUE NACIONAL NATURAL UTRIA
Utría, como todo el Pacífico Colombiano, es una muestra de la
exuberancia de la naturaleza. Selvas tropicales y mar se
mezclan haciendo de este Parque Natural una réplica exacta
del paraíso.
La ensenada de Utría es la entrada al Parque, una inmensa
laguna de agua marina inserta entre la selva y rodeada de
playas grises y manglares, en absoluta calma, contrasta con el
bravo océano Pacífico no lejos de allí.
El Parque tiene una alta diversidad biológica en el área marina,
entre las principales especies que se encuentran en el Pacífico
están tiburones, ballenas, rayas, chuchos, trompetas, sierras,
atunes, pargos, jureles, buriques.
Dentro del parque es posible caminar por un largo puente de
madera sobre el manglar, que permite apreciar mejor el
entorno, así como algunas aves, insectos y cangrejos que viven
allí.
Utría, like the entire Colombian Pacific, is an example of the
exuberance of nature. Tropical jungles and sea are mixed making
this Natural Park an exact replica of paradise.
The Utría cove is the entrance to the Park, an immense lagoon of
marine water inserted between the forest and surrounded by gray
beaches and mangroves, in absolute calm, contrasts with the brave
Pacific Ocean not far from there.
The park has a high biological diversity in the marine area, among
the main species found in the Pacific are sharks, whales, rays,
chuchos, trumpets, saws, tunas, snapper, jureles, buriques.
Within the park it is possible to walk along a long wooden bridge
over the mangrove swamp, which allows a better appreciation of
the environment, as well as some birds, insects and crabs that live
there.
Income for nationals costs about $ 15,000 and for foreigners $ 40,000.
It can be reached by boat from Nuquí and Bahía Solano
