was when my dad passed<br />
away on the finale of a local<br />
beauty pageant in Mumbai. A<br />
day, when everyone was<br />
looking forward to celebrate<br />
even with my smallest<br />
achievement. Everything<br />
crashed! The only way I could<br />
handle it was self-belief<br />
providing time to heal the<br />
agony me and my family was<br />
going through. This was one of<br />
the turning points in my life,<br />
so I took a step back, rethought<br />
about every step that I<br />
would take in future and got<br />
back stronger than I thought.<br />
Staying calm, composed and<br />
focused becomes your first<br />
step towards facing any<br />
challenge. But, I never forgot<br />
that day, dream that not just<br />
me, but, my family saw. Along<br />
with my career, my interest<br />
towards beauty pageant and<br />
modeling never faded. After<br />
moving to Singapore with my<br />
spouse, Prashant and having<br />
daughter Arianna, I decided its<br />
time to fulfill that one<br />
challenge and I participated in<br />
Mrs Global India Expat –<br />
Singapore 2015 in Singapore.<br />
Winning a crown was always a<br />
dream but that day of<br />
achievement truly meant how I<br />
handled my challenge<br />
gracefully.<br />
