How to fit a blade?
Snap-on system blades
1. Have machine running
2. Ensure hinge is placed down
3. Slide the blade on to the hinge
4. Click into place with your palm
or finger tips
5. Make sure you hear the click
and the blade is securely on
6. To remove the blade ensure the
machine is turned off!

Do I want a #7 or a #7FC?
It’s a question we commonly get asked, especially by students and it is up to you which blade you choose;
it all depends on the look you want to create...
A #7 blade (skip tooth) will leave a layered look on the coat, as it has two sets of teeth on the blade,
for a natural finish. Commonly used for a pet clip.
A #7FC blade (full tooth) will leave the coat one length, as all the teeth are on one level, for a
smooth finish. Often used for show dog styling.
