The <strong>Campus</strong> <strong>TV</strong> team is delighted to announce our recruitment for new members for the 20<strong>17</strong>-20<strong>18</strong> school<br />

year. We will be taking in applications from now till 9 June 20<strong>17</strong>. Please fill and submit the following form<br />

with a video entry to apply for the coming school year. Current members would have to submit this form<br />

whether they are continuing their service or not. However, only new applicants would be required to submit<br />

a video entry. We look forward for your applications! :)<br />

Notes:<br />

1. This form can either be submitted online at www.officialvsacampustv.com OR as hardcopy to any<br />

person listed in the contacts below. Please do not do both.<br />

2. The video entry must fulfil the following criteria:<br />

- Lasts for 4-7 minutes;<br />

- No inappropriate content without prior permission (e.g. nudity, gore, violence etc.);<br />

- filmed in the recent school year (2016-<strong>17</strong>).<br />

3. (*) Members who chose this option, please complete questions marked with two asterisks (**).<br />

4. New applicants must submit a completed form by 9 th June 20<strong>17</strong>, but can request to postpone the<br />

deadline for their video entry to 1 st September 20<strong>17</strong>. This is to allow students to film throughout their<br />

summer holidays. However, kindly note that whoever fails to meet this new deadline will be<br />

blacklisted from joining <strong>Campus</strong> <strong>TV</strong>, takes permanent effect until further notice.<br />

5. <strong>Application</strong> results will be announced by 8 th September, 20<strong>17</strong>.<br />
