Adverse Reaction: Dizziness or faintness, dryness of the skin,
fever, frequent urination, joint pain, muscle aching or
cramping, side, lower back, or stomach pain
Interactions: Simvastatin: Using simvastatin together with
niacin may increase the risk of a rare but serious condition
called rhabdomyolysis that involves the breakdown of
skeletal muscle tissue.
