Forward:
In this third edition, we bring more balance and expand the
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft philosophy more.
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft is a philosophy that is meant to
continue to evolve because a faith that does not evolve is a
dead faith.

The philosophy of a Rocker
After 45 years of pursuing this dream, I realized rock -n roll
was my philosophy, my music and my philosophy was not
separate they were one. I revamped Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft when I became clean and took out what would
have kept me using and I am 13 years clean.

A brief History
Know Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft was not
always named such.
I have been studying philosophy, theology and
religion since I was eight and at 13 I started my
first coven, over the years the name has changed
many times, members have come and gone, and
I feel anybody that feels the Wiccedite path is for
them should be able to make Temple of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Church their home and this
also presents a more united front and let us not
forget there is strength in numbers.
So yes, the church is a coven but not a traditional
coven and to save on confusion we just simply
agreed to call it a church.
A lot of people that have walked this path I have
created have been left confused, disillusioned and
distracted, I did that with point blank reason, I did
not ever want to be a religious leader but times
have changed and whether or not I have is not
important, I have a calling in which I have spent
too much time going to great lengths to avoid and
know I will spend the remainder of my life doing
as I was called.

Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft is not an easy path to
walk, it takes dedication and determination,

shaking off the chains of ancient and archaic
ideals is not idle play or for the weak hearted but
the rewards are splendid.
Changing a generation’s washed brain is time
consuming work but the effort will prove most
fruitful and patience is rewarded most
wonderfully.
So, I welcome you to the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft path and congratulate you on making
a positive change for your life because that is
where positive change in the world begins -

The soft petals of the Black Rose distract one’s
soul from the sharp and randomly poisonous
thorns, no warning, sometimes not so much as the
feel of a prick till you finally recognize the
familiar blood drops of your soul but then the late
is darker than any light can illuminate and no
brood of demons or angels can pry your soul from
the hands of the Black Rose Sorceress.
A Gal named Sarah:
I was an adrenalin junkie, I was also in love with
playing games of chance where the stakes where
the highest, my life, I also enjoyed to the fullest

eing “dawg dead” drunk and “astral tripping”
high.
I remember when I was about 15 or 16 I was
taking guitar lessons from a wine-o and at some
point, he said he taught my all he could and if I
wanted to be a really good guitarist I needed to
get some livin and I took it to heart because as a
poet I already knew if I wanted to write more
than love poetry and fantasy I needed to
experience life outside my little world.
I know that was short but trying to figure out
how to get to the point without writing a 2,000-
page book, because I have had the most
interesting of lives so as I was saying, I was in
the beginning enjoying my addictions, some of
my most happy moments occurred when I was
wasted, and I had material and inspiration from
all that to last me a dozen life times, don’t get me
wrong, it was not always sunshine and rainbows,
I drifted, lived on the streets, I loved and I lost,
there was tears, laughter, pain, I’ve had to give
permanent goodbyes to friends, I have said hello
to Heaven and have had to endure Hell, than it
happened, the most horrific pain I have ever
experienced all my life.
I had lost my entire world and all I knew could
not stop it from happening, I was completely

powerless to stop it, my addictions quickly
became a burden as I desperately sought to numb
the pain in my soul, for the first time I needed a
crutch just to get up in the morning and every
night I begged for death, wanted death, it was no
longer a game I wanted to win, I cried every day.
I tried to carry on some normalcy, went to
college, volunteered as teacher assistant helping
children that were like me when I was in school,
always in trouble or having a learning disability,
I was given both.
Eventually I had destroyed even that and my
dream of being a musician,
guitarist/singer/songwriter/poet that became a
distant memory as I corkscrewed my life full
steam ahead into the dark abyss of addiction.
But still I could not it seemed, to physically die
what are horrific fate to die emotionally every
day but being sentenced to live. Why the hell
was I still alive, why am I not dead already, it
was not from the lack of trying.
Than one day like a bullet from some unseen
place I got shot with the realization if whatever
won’t allow me to die I better get on with living
but how? All I ever knew was how to survive
and I knew surviving was not living than there
was the whole massive rabid dog of addiction

how do I put that dog down, I am not a Christian
and no miracle in Heaven or Hell would ever
change that, I have my reasons know that and
leave at that besides at some point if you
dedicate yourself to this path will eventually
know but for now recovery is our subject.
The change, the rediscovery and a wounded
animal
I was 35 going on 36 when I entered recovery,
my body was tore up from the sky down and
from the ground up, my mind was shredded and
it felt like I had no soul left, I was a smoldering
shell.
I went to both A.A. and N.A meetings the more I
attended the more agitated I got, all the talk
about God, what about just a Higher Power that I
understand, but I wanted recovery so I dealt with
it, when I left that rehab I still was not sure I had
the strength to stay clean, so I entered a second
rehab, where things were pretty much the same
but I did not care if I had to live in a rehab for
the remainder of my life I was going to stay
clean.
Than one day I was out smoking a cigarette
when this dog came up to me, he kept pulling on
the sleeve of my shirt, the dog was dirty, skinny I
could tell it was one of the many critters trying to
make it living on the streets and was looking for

food but as I stood there looking at this dog, I got
the feeling there was something wrong, so I
followed the dog, where he led to me to an
abandoned house, inside was another dog that
was bleeding pretty bad and I as approached the
dog was in the middle of trying to give birth but
the deep, blood gushing wound on her side was
making giving birth difficult and a puppy’s head
was sticking out, I quickly got to work without
even thinking, I ended up pulling three puppies
out, who all survived, while doing what I could
to stabilize the momma, unfortunately I was only
able to save the puppies, the daddy gave a ton of
licks, now there were at least two other people
out back where I was smoking a cigarette and
this dog picked me as if he knew I had the skills
to help, that is the moment I knew I had to rely
on what I knew to build a recovery program I
could dedicate myself to, that moment I knew I
had to rededicate myself to the philosophy I
founded.
A drastic change
We believe to break the chains we need a change
so drastic that it causes our “old” self to be
extinguished and a new self to be “reborn”.
With that in mind, we come to accept and live by
a new doctrine that will bring about that drastic

change and because of that drastic change we
experience a spiritual self-transformation.
Every Days
When I got clean I was shattered like a glass hit
by a bullet, for the first time in my life I had selfdoubt,
I had lost all confidence in myself for the
first time in my life I was scared shitless, I
always had confidence in myself, some who
knew me would say I had so much confidence it
was annoying, it was in my talk, in my walk,
when people were in my presence they could feel
it, I was always the one someone in trouble could
come to and know if I could not help there was
no help for them, I was the one that become a
reluctant leader now here I was, shattered, I had
no clue what to do, I never tried to have
confidence, I never tried to be self-reliant and
self-assured it always just came naturally for me
and before my recovery I could never understand
the need for these droves of self-help books, but
standing there in rehab looking back at my first
day clean I got it, I understood, I was once
blessed with that natural ability now here I stood
shattered and the one question that haunted me,
was what I had naturally and took for granted
still there lurking about waiting for me to
rediscover it or wake it up?

Then I went back to my psychology training and
began to awaken in me what had been violently
put to sleep, I had gone back and discovered
what made me who I was and plotted the best
course back and studied a few self-help books
through all of this I further developed the
philosophy Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft and
rededicated myself to it and now I give it to you,
and I know this works, I know the whole
program works I have 13 years clean by Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft only

self-transformation and to build our children a
strong and sustainable foundation for their future
and strong safety net to support them in their
time of need to cover housing, medical needs,

spiritually. The purpose of the church shall be to
unite faiths in fellowship for spiritual
development and for the winning of all people to
greater knowledge and service to our fellows.
Declaration of Faith
We do not believe in a god or goddess, we
believe in two Higher Matriarchs and we call
them Satan and Lucifer, Satan she does represent
knowledge and Lucifer she does represent vision.
We believe in Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft, The
Sarahith Bible as divine inspiration from Satan
and Lucifer and is a guide and right path for our
life, Lilith and David as our Matriarch and
Patriarch, the 18 commandants of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft, the SSWC Code: Help
people have a Spiritual Transformation that has a
positive Impact on their life and community
We are Wiccedites our belief is many and varied
and constantly being added to by new principles
found through the joy of discovery on how to
best bring about a unity among the entire human
race, keeping those apparent to achieve this goal
and rejecting those that are in confrontation with
this goal and as we set forth what we have
discovered and use to build a stronger
foundation, that being said, let us also say this

foundation will be added upon and updated so as
to have a faith that continues to grow and not get
stagnant, for a faith that grows is not chained by
the past and builds a stronger future.

actions even if all we are doing is reacting to
somebody, we are still responsible for how we
react, we do not believe in a devil made me do it
attitude.

Healing but believe there needs to be a perfect
balance between Alternative Healing and
Modern Medicine.
we believe the philosophy Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft is a daily cycle, yes there is one
weekly "Dark Mass" but the philosophy of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft is meant to be a
daily routine.
We believe everybody has the right to believe as
they wish so long as they don't force their belief
on others.
We believe in equality under the law
We believe true Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft is
based on individual freedom, Intelligence and the
government is there to defend that individual
freedom and it is our right and duty to affect
change to support freedom, learn the tactics of
the enemies of freedom and use them against
them so to protect freedom and if necessary wait

the face of intolerance based on race, ethnicity,

factor, we will work together with our neighbors

nonprofit to be a church.

We define Gender Identity as such, Gender
identity is defined as a personal conception of
oneself as male or female and that “Birth”
Gender and Gender Identity are two separate
identities.
We practice rites to attune ourselves with the
natural rhythm of life forces marked by the
phases of the Moon and the seasonal Quarters
and Cross Quarters.
We recognize that our intelligence gives us a
unique responsibility toward our
environment. We seek to live in harmony with
nature in ecological balance offering fulfillment
to life and consciousness within an evolutionary
concept.
We acknowledge a depth of power far greater
than that apparent to the average
person. Because it is far greater than ordinary it
is sometimes called ‘supernatural’, but we see it
as lying within that which is naturally potential
to all.
We conceive of the Creative Power in the
universe as Lilith and David and they are
manifested through polarity – as masculine and
feminine – and that this same Creative Power

interaction of the masculine and the
feminine. We value neither above the other
knowing each to be supportive of the other. We
value sex as pleasure as the symbol and
embodiment of life, and as one of the sources of
energy used in magical practice and religious
worship.
We recognize both physical worlds and
psychological worlds sometimes known as the
Spiritual World, the Collective Unconsciousness,
the Inner Planes etc. – and we see in the
interaction of these two dimensions the basis for
paranormal phenomena and magical
exercises. We neglect neither dimension for the
other, seeing both as necessary for our
fulfillment.
We do not recognize Lilith and David as any
authoritarian hierarchy, but do recognize them as
the Creative force behind creation as in our
belief of Human Evolution
We see religion, magic and wisdom in living as
being united in the way one views the world and
lives within it – a world view and philosophy of
life which we identify as Sarahith
Calling oneself ‘Witch’ does not make a Witch –
but neither does heredity itself, nor the collecting

of titles, degrees and initiations. A Witch seeks
to control the forces within her/himself that
makes life possible and accepts responsibility for
her/his actions in order to live wisely and in
harmony with nature.
We believe in the affirmation and fulfillment of
life in a continuation of evolution and
development of consciousness giving meaning to
the Universe we know and our personal role
within it.
Our only animosity towards Christianity, or
towards any other religion or philosophy of life,
is to the extent that its institutions have claimed
to be ‘the only way’ and have sought to deny
freedom to others and to suppress other ways of
religious practice and belief.
As SSWC Witches, we are not threatened by
debates on the history of the craft, the origins of
various terms, the legitimacy of various aspects
of different traditions. We are concerned with
our present and our future as such we have
created an opportunity for all witches to unite
together under one “Banner”
We do not accept the concept of a supernatural
evil, but rather evil is a human condition and the

only “Evil” is in ourselves. We do not seek
power through the suffering of others, nor accept
that personal benefit can be derived only by
denial to another, nor do we believe in a
supernatural savior, we believe we all have the
ability to save ourselves.
We believe that we should seek within Nature
first that which is contributory to our health and
well-being and then seek modern practices.
We admitted that through being totally
committed and dedicated to the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft path we no longer had to be
powerless – that through the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft path our lives can become
manageable again.
We Came to believe that Satan and Lucifer, a
power greater than ourselves could restore us to
sanity and decided to turn our will and our lives
over to the care of the philosophy of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft.
We Made a searching and fearless moral
inventory of ourselves.
We Admitted to ourselves being the exact nature
of our wrongs and became fully committed to
accepting responsibility for our actions and
reactions.

We were entirely ready to work on ourselves to
remove all these defects of character.
We humbly accepted the 18 commandments of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft to turn our
shortcomings into strengths, and committed to
memory the 11 Everydays
We made a list of all persons we had harmed,
and became willing to make amends to them all
by making positive changes in our life.
We continued to take personal inventory and
when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
We sought through meditation to improve our
conscious to improve on ourselves and
community, asking only for knowledge, vision
and the strength to continue improving our lives.
Having had a spiritual awakening, we learn how
to carry this message to the world and to practice
these principles in all our affairs.

About Deity
We believe in two Higher Matriarchs and call
them Satan and Lucifer Satan She represents
knowledge and Lucifer she represents vision, we
call them Higher Matriarchs because they should
always be sought after.
We believe in a Matriarch and we call her name
Lilith, Mother Matriarch and we Believe in a
Patriarch and we call his name David, Father
Patriarch.
Lilith and David represent the first humans that
evolved into modern Homo Sapiens, Lilith and

Lilith and David are equal partners in creation,
we recognize the duality of male and female in

Lilith and David had four daughters, Katrinah,
Lucifer, Gaea and Satan and a son Adam.
Katrinah is the Matriarch of all storms and
carries in her bosom and chalice the wisdom of
the storms and perfect humility, Lucifer is the
Matriarch of vision and Satan is the Matriarch of
Knowledge, Adam is the Patriarch of Wisdom
And Gaea is the Matriarch of the Earth.
Evil- We believe evil is a human condition void
of supernatural deity reigning over it, we do not
subscribe to a "devil made me do it" philosophy,
this leads us to a strong belief that we are
responsible for both our actions as well as our
reactions.

Wicced- one authorized to perform the sacred
rites of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft, the same as
a priest or priestess in other religions.
Wiccedite- A follower or believer in the
philosophy of Sarahith.
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft- A system of
philosophy and Witchcraft founded by Wicced
Sarah Schultheiss based on music and the arts,
elements of many religious and philosophical

Constitution
ARTICLE I Name
The name of this church shall be Temple of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church
ARTICLE II Affiliation
The church is not affiliated with any other
church. The church will always strive to
cooperate with others of like or different faith
while maintaining its privilege of self-rule.
ARTICLE III Confession of Faith
We believe in Satan and Lucifer as our Higher
Matriarchs.
We believe in a Matriarch and we call her name
Lilith, Mother Matriarch and we Believe in a
Patriarch and we call his name David, Father
Patriarch.
Lilith and David represent the first humans that

evolved into modern Homo Sapiens, Lilith and
David are our Creation Matriarch and Patriarch,
Lilith and David are equal partners in creation,
we recognize the duality of male and female in
all things.
Our system of philosophy shall be known as
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft.
The church believes in the privilege of all to seek
and follow that which is right in their own faith.
The church holds faith in the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Code "Help people have a Spiritual
Transformation that has a positive Impact on
their life and community " and the Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft doctrine and in such
necessary corollaries and axioms as the code and
doctrine entails. Our faith is based on Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft.
ARTICLE IV Purpose and Mission
Mission: Help people have a Spiritual
Transformation that has a positive Impact on
their life and community
Section 1. The purpose of the church shall be to
encourage open-minded inquiry into world
religions, philosophy, science, and the arts to
understand the wisdom of the ages, respect the
unity of all life, and help people have a spiritual

self-transformation and to build our children a
strong and sustainable foundation for their future
and strong safety net to support them in their
time of need to cover housing, medical needs,
help them maintain a healthy diet and grow
spiritually. The purpose of the church shall be to
unite faiths in fellowship for spiritual
development and for the winning of all people to
greater knowledge and service to our fellows.
Section 2. In order to achieve this purpose, the
church, in the unity of minds, shall use the gifts
that Lilith, David and the Universe has given it,
use of brands we acquire and the sale of
merchandise.
ARTICLE V Membership
Membership in the church is granted to all who
apply, declare their acceptance of the Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Code and the church’s
doctrine including the 18 commandments of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft as a guide for life,
and seek the greater knowledge.
ARTICLE VI Officers
The officers of the church shall be a President, a

secretary, and a treasurer.
ARTICLE VII Board of Directors
Section 1. The general administration of the
church shall be vested in a body known as the
Board of Directors. In circumstances or where
law requires action(s) by "Trustees" the council
shall be known as "the Board of Trustees" and
the members of it as "trustees."
Section 2. The board shall consist of up to
thirteen (13) members and no less the three (3)
members, as specified in the bylaws, including
the President, Secretary and treasurer who shall
be members of the board.
Section 3. The board shall organize itself
including the election of church officers in a
manner specified in the bylaws.
ARTICLE VIII Business Meetings
Section 1. Regular business meetings shall be
held at stated intervals, but not less than
semiannually. The annual business meeting shall
be held as near the anniversary of the church
founding as feasible. At the annual meeting,
written progress reports shall be submitted by the
Wicced and by each committee of the church.
The treasurer for the church and each of its

organizations shall submit financial reports.
Officers of the council for the ensuing year shall
be elected by ballot.
Section 2. Members shall be informed of all
church business meetings not less than one week
prior to the meeting. Such information shall
include the date, time of meeting, and an agenda
of business to be transacted.
ARTICLE IX Property
In the event of dissolution, the property and all
assets of the church shall become and be the
property of The Great State of Texas for use as
the state sees fit for the recreation and education
of her residents.
ARTICLE X Amendments
Amendments in harmony with this constitution
and not in conflict with Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft principles and practices, may be
adopted by a two-thirds vote of those present and
voting in an annual meeting of the church,
providing the proposed amendment was
presented in written form at the preceding
business meeting.

By-Laws
ARTICLE I Membership
A follower in the philosophy of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft shall be known as a Wiccedite,
Membership in the church is granted to all who
apply, declare their acceptance of the Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Code and the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft doctrine including the 18
commandments of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft as
a guide for life, and seek the greater knowledge.
Section 1. Admission into membership.
a) Application for membership.
A written application for membership shall be
placed with the President or the secretary of the
Board of Directors or you can apply online at the
official Temple of Sarahith website. Applications
need only state their legal name and acceptance
of the constitution, by-laws, and Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Code, 18 commandments of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft and Doctrine of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft.
b) Transfer of membership.
Applicants from other covens and churches shall
submit letters of transfer when available, to the
Chancellor and/or the secretary of council, who
shall act upon the application according to the
requirements of paragraph a) of this section.

c)Reception of new members.
New members of the church shall be welcomed
at the next service or business meeting of the
church and shall make public confession of their
acceptance of the Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Code as a guide to live by.
d)Classes of membership.
Officers and members of council of this church
or any congregation of this church will be known
as Church Elders. Elders of the church are
charged with the overall business management of
the church under the leadership of the President.
The spiritual and educational needs of the
membership are attended by the Clergy known as
Wicced and who are ordained in accord with the
provisions of these by-laws. From among the
Clergy, the council will appoint two Wicced, one
Female and one Male and must meet all the
requirements for Wicced to serve the
congregation at the leisure of the council in the
position of High Wicced. Together the High
Wicced are known as the senior clergy, each
equally responsible for the spiritual and
educational needs of the church and community.
All other members, accepted by the council for
membership and in good standing will be known
as initiates. Initiates may ascend to any office of
the church in accord with the provisions of these
by-laws.

Section 2. Children of members.
Children of the members of the church and its
constituency shall be nurtured under its spiritual
care when so desired by the child's parents. At
the time, they choose to do so, children may
make application for membership as specified in
Article I1, a) above
Section 3. Responsibility of membership.
All members accept responsibility for their own
actions as they reflect upon the name of the
church. Members are responsible for living life
in a manner that inspires respect for the church.
Members respect the faith of all people and the
right of all to choose a path which is correct for
them.
Section 4. Discipline.
a) Negligent members.
Members who willfully neglect their duties as
outlined in Section 3 above shall be admonished
by the council. If this admonition is not heeded,
they shall be dealt with as erring members.
b) Erring members.
Any member known to err in conduct which
brings discredit on the church shall be counseled.
If he or she does not heed this counsel, the matter
shall be brought to the attention of the council. If
he or she fails to heed the counsel of the council,
the error shall be brought before a congregational
business meeting. Discipline shall then be

administered with due regard for the welfare of
the individual as well as the church.
c) Dismissal of members.
Dismissal of a member under paragraphs a) and
b) of this section must be acted on by the church,
which alone has the authority. A two-thirds vote
of those present and voting at a congregational
business meeting is necessary for such action.
d) Forfeiture of rights.
A member who has been properly dismissed
from the church, or has withdrawn membership,
has forfeited all rights and privileges of
membership in the church.
e) Non-active members.
The church council shall have the responsibility
of contacting non-active members prior to each
annual meeting to determine their intention
regarding membership. Further action may be
taken at the annual meeting. All members of the
church are required to have contact with the
church at least once each year.
Section 5. Transfer of members.
Members who move to another community
should soon thereafter identify themselves with
the local coven or church. If there is no Wiccan
church, they should identify themselves with
some other similar church. Application for
transfer of membership shall be made in writing
to the chancellor, who shall issue the transfer to

the church with which a member is joining.
Withdrawal of such membership shall be
reported through the council to the next
congregational business meeting, where it shall
be made a matter of record.
Section 6. Removal of membership.
Request for withdrawal from membership in the
church shall be made in writing to the chancellor
or the council. All requests for removal from
membership of any member will be verified with
the member and will be so honored. Membership
may also be withdrawn from non-active
members who have not had contact with the
church for a period greater than one year, per
section 4e above.
Section 7. Nonmember friends.
The church as a part of its total constituency
shall enroll nonmember friends. The church and
its clergy shall serve them in all their spiritual
needs, and they shall be encouraged to consider
this as their church home. They shall be kept
informed of the activities of the church.
Section 8. Minors
Minors shall not be admitted as members of the
church without parental or guardian consent.
ARTICLE II Clergy
Section 1. The Clergy shall be known as Wicced

Section 1a. Qualifications.
Clergy of Temple of Sarahith shall be known as
Wicced.
The clergy of the church shall include those
members that have studied within the church for
a period of one year and one day, or whose
experience, within the church or as an individual,
is deemed by the board to be sufficient, and have
accepted a calling to the clergy. On request of
any member of the church that meets that
requirement, the President or the board may give
an examination. Such examination may be
written or oral and may include any such
material as the board may from time to time
establish as requisite knowledge of the clergy of
this church. Any member requesting admission
to the clergy that does not meet the requirements
of the examination will be guided and aided by
the President until they are accepted. They shall
by virtue of their call be members of the church
and will be known as Wicced.
Section 2. Duties.
The clergy shall be devoted to the service of the
church, teaching what they know, administering
ceremony, and faithfully giving themselves to the
needs of the church. They shall provide the
church with an accurate record of their
ministerial acts and present a written report to
the congregational annual business meeting.

They shall practice good administrative
procedures and cooperate with the church
council. They shall be members of the board and
all committees of the church. All clergy of the
church are expected to perform those rites and
services normally expected of ministers
whenever asked to do so.
Section 3. Co-operation.
The clergy shall, both in word and precept, work
in harmony with the President of the board of
directors, the board of directors, and the
membership of the church.
Section 4. Ordination.
The clergy shall be ordained at a regular or
special church business meeting and service, the
purpose of which shall be announced two weeks
in advance. The clergy shall be nominated and
accepted by the Board of Directors.
Section 5. Charges against a Wicced.
Charges against a clergyman shall be submitted
in writing to the church council, charging a
clergyman with indiscretion, immorality,
doctrinal error, unethical behavior, or disloyalty
to the church. If in the judgment of the church
council there is substance to the charges, the
council will offer a hearing where the accused
and accuser may state their points. Once the case
is stated by each the accused and the accuser and
any available witnesses or testimony is heard, the

Council will make a decision regarding what
action to take. The decision of the council will be
final.
ARTICLE III Officers
Section 1. Qualifications.
Officers of the church shall be members in good
standing who are active in the support of the
total works of the church. They shall serve both
as corporate officers of the church and of the
church board of directors.
Section 2. Duties.
a) President
The president shall preside at all business
meetings of the church and of the council. The
chancellor shall take care to confer with the
senior clergy in preparing the agenda for such
meetings, and to utilize the counsel that the
clergy may give by virtue of training, experience,
and calling. The chancellor shall be responsible
for leadership of the church services.
b) Secretary.
The secretary shall keep and preserve the
minutes of all congregational business meetings
of the church and meetings of the council, and
shall conduct and preserve all official
correspondence as shall be delegated. The
secretary shall also be responsible for the official

seal and documents of the church as well as the
records of membership.
c) Treasurer.
The treasurer shall be responsible for all funds
committed to him or her and shall make
disbursements as authorized by the church or the
council. The treasurer shall also present a written
report of the receipts and expenditures to each
regular meeting of the council and to each
congregational business meeting.
Section 3. Election and tenure.
The president, secretary, and treasurer shall be
elected at an annual congregational business
meeting for terms of three years. They shall not
be elected to serve more than two consecutive
full terms in the same office, unless special
circumstance rise.
Section 4. Vacancies.
Such vacancies as occur among the church
officers may be filled by appointment of the
president, with the concurrence of the council.
The appointee will serve until the next annual
congregational business meeting; if an unexpired
term continues beyond the date of that
meeting, the position will be filled by election as
under Section 3 above. Such appointive service
will not disqualify a person from serving two full
terms under the terms of Section 3.
Section 5. Discipline.

Should an officer neglect his or her duties or
become a hindrance to the works of the church,
that officer shall be admonished by the board
and/or the president in a manner consistent with
Article I, Section 4 of these bylaws. Should such
admonition not be heeded, a vote of two-thirds
of the board, with the concurrence of the senior
clergy, will be sufficient to remove that person
from office, the vacancy to be filled as under
Section 4 above.
ARTICLE IV Church Council
Section 1. Qualifications
Members of the council shall be members in
good standing who are active in the total works
of the church.
Section 2. Size, composition, election, and
tenure.
The council shall consist of up to thirteen (13)
members, not including the clergy, who are
members. Those members shall include the
church officers, elected in accordance with
Article III, Section 3 of these bylaws, and other
members, elected as the chairs of administrative
committees as defined elsewhere in these
bylaws. Members shall serve for terms of three
years in such a manner that the terms of
approximately one-third of the members shall

expire each year. They shall not be elected to
more than two consecutive full terms.
Section 3. Duties.
The board in its administrative responsibility in
co-operation with the clergy shall fulfill the
functions defined by the constitution and bylaws,
including the following:
a) Supervise church membership, in conjunction
with the senior clergy.
b) Assist the clergy in nurturing the spiritual life
of the church, in cooperation with the chair of
the board.
c) Establish administrative and program policies
in conformity with the spirit of the church
constitution.
d) Evaluate the total church program on a
continuing basis.
e) Recommend the annual budget, as proposed
by the executive committee, and review
stewardship opportunities for the church.
f) Review and approve the schedule of the
church activities and personnel.
g) Appoint administrative committees and
church workers as defined by the bylaws and as
the council may deem appropriate.
Section 4. Administrative committees.
Implementation of policies and programs
established by congregational or council action
may be accomplished through the following

administrative committees, each of whose chairs
shall be a member of the council as established
under Section 2 above:
a) Ritual Committee.
b) Finance Committee.
c) Outreach Committee.
d) Community Service Committee.
e) Long-Range Planning Committee.
The council member who serves as chair of a
committee assumes responsibility for directing
all congregational activities that fall within that
functional category, in cooperation with the
clergy.
ARTICLE V Committees
Section 1. Executive committee.
The executive committee, consisting of the
church president, the secretary, and the treasurer,
together with the senior clergy, shall strive to
promote effective working relations and
communication in the church. The committee
shall have no legislative power, but shall
function in an advisory capacity to the council,
unless the council or the church shall have
assigned specific responsibilities to it.
Section 2. Nominating committee.
The nominating committee shall consist of not
less than three (3) members, including at least
one member of the church board and one non-

member of the board. These members shall be
elected at the quarterly business meeting prior to
the annual meeting. The senior clergy shall be
ex-officio members of the committee. After
being convened by the church president,
committee members shall elect their own chair
and secretary. The responsibility of the
committee shall include the following:
a) Prepare a ballot for the annual meeting of the
congregation listing at least one qualified
candidate for each office to be filled.
b) Confirm the willingness of each candidate to
serve before listing his or her name on the ballot.
c) Present a complete ballot to the annual
meeting of the congregation. This shall constitute
completion of the committee assignment, unless
it be given specific responsibilities at said annual
meeting.
Section 3. Ritual committee.
The Ritual committee shall consist of the clergy
members of the executive committee and two
members of the congregation selected by the
council. It shall meet at least annually in keeping
with the program and purpose of the church. The
appointive members shall serve terms of two
years.
Section 4. Special committees and task forces.
Special committees or task forces for specific
purposes may be appointed by any duly

constituted business meeting of the congregation
or by the council according to need, but shall be
automatically terminated at the next annual
meeting unless specifically extended by said
annual meeting.
Section 5. Long-range planning committee.
The long-range planning committee shall consist
of at least one member of the council's executive
committee who is designated by the church
chancellor. The committee chair shall be a voting
member of the council, and the senior clergy
shall be an ex-officio member of the planning
committee. Its designated representative from the
executive committee shall serve no more than
three years.
The responsibilities of the committee shall
include the following:
a) Annually formulate, update, and/or revise a
five-year plan for the church, presenting a report
and plan to the congregation for its review and
approval at the annual meeting or at a special
meeting that has been called for the purpose.
b) After such approval has been obtained,
annually prepare an implementation strategy for
the then-current five-year plan, delivering it to
the semi-annual meeting of the church for its
review and concurrence.
c)Provide advice and support to the council and
to the other committees of the church, which

shall have the responsibility for implementation;
and incorporate into each subsequent review of
the five-year plan such changes as have been
deemed necessary or undertaken by those other
committees.
ARTICLE VI Meetings
Section 1. Public services.
Public services shall be conducted regularly
when deemed appropriate.
Section 2. Celebrating the Sabbats and Esbats
The congregation of the church will come
together as a whole on each of the Sabbats for
celebrating the day. The Ritual Committee is
charged with planning the location, activities and
liturgy of the celebration. The celebration of
Esbats will be coordinated by the Ritual
Committee and will occur at the council's
discretion at such time and place as determined
by the Committee.
Section 3. Congregational business meetings.
Congregational business meetings shall be held
regularly and not less than annually, as specified
in Article VII of the constitution. The president
of the church in consultation may call special
business meetings with the senior clergy or by
the board.
Section 4. Church council and administrative

meetings.
Regular meetings of the council shall be held not
less than quarterly. Administrative committees,
special committees, and task forces shall meet
not less than at a frequency specified by the
council. Their respective chairs may call special
meetings of the council, the executive
committee, the administrative committees, and
the task forces.
Section 5. Organizational meetings.
Meetings and activities of the organizations of
the church shall be planned and conducted
regularly under the direction and supervision of
the council.
ARTICLE VIII General Provisions
Section 1. Quorum.
a) Fifteen percent of the membership present and
voting at a business meeting properly called shall
constitute a quorum.
b) The quorum for the council, committee, and
task force meetings shall be a majority of their
respective memberships.
Section 2. Rules of Order.
All business meetings of the church and of the
boards, committees, and organizations of the

church shall be conducted according to Robert's
Rules of Order.
ARTICLE VIIII Amendments
Section 1. Amendments.

Members of this association are advocates of
those in need, recognizing that we are servants of
Satan and the Matriarch and Patriarch, submitted
to the service of those in need.
We hold ourselves as accountable for our Satan
given ministries. The location and setting has no
bearing on our accountability. The accountability
that we refer to is our professional relationship
to: healees, colleagues, students, faith
communities, denominations and through the
voluntary acceptance and practice of the
principles and procedures expressed in this Code
of Ethical Standards. Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church recognizes that pastoral
healers may function in a wide variety of settings
including, but not limited to: churches, clinics,
hospitals, educational facilities, schools,
colleges, seminaries, social service agencies, etc.
The Code of Ethical Standards herein expresses
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft and biblical
distinctives. The primary focus of these ethical
standards is to promote a therapeutic approach,
according to the scope and limitations of a
Pastoral Healer’s Ministry, designed for

membership and certification, regardless of their
current professional membership standing. These
standards are not intended to be weighty and
oppressive measures, but the highest standards

HIPPOCRATIC OATH
I swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability
and judgment, this covenant:
I will respect the hard-won scientific gains
of those pastoral healers in whose steps I
walk, and gladly share such knowledge as
is mine with those who are to follow.
I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all
measures which are required, avoiding
those twin traps of overtreatment and
therapeutic nihilism.

healing as well as science, and that
warmth, sympathy, and understanding may

STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL
PRACTICES
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Clergy members will
uphold the welfare and protection of the
counselee as the main priority in

their ministry. Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Clergy members will only represent themselves
to the public with their correct level of
membership, education, and certification/license.
The following standards of professional practices
are to be adhered to by Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Clergy members.
1. Members will apply their knowledge and
training for the benefit and edification of the
persons they serve.
2. Members will not use their unique position of
trust for personal gain or unfair advantage at the
expense of those they heal.
3. Members will only advertise and refer to
themselves by professional terms that identify
them as pastoral, clergy, or biblical healers, and
make full disclosure of this to each healee.
4. All financial arrangements and fees, will be
discussed clearly, professionally and ethically
with any potential healee.
5. An inability to pay for counseling services,
crisis intervention or emergencies will not be an
appropriate reason to deny service as a pastoral
healer.
6. Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Clergy members
will not, and should not, make unprofessional

professionals, colleagues, or counselees.
7. Members will be open, truthful and factual to
counselees, sources of referrals, third-party
payers, and/or insurance companies with regard
to credentials and services rendered. Members
will correct any and all misrepresentations of our
professional and educational qualifications.
8. Members will ensure that they will engage in
the practice of INFORMED consent. Informed
consent consists of three elements: disclosure,
competence, and voluntarism. The Temple of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church Pastoral
Healer has a duty to fully and fairly disclose all
pertinent, professional information as well
as the expected benefits, risks, and possible
alternatives to healing to a competent healee so
that he or she can make a voluntary decision to
engage in the process of healing.

STANDARDS FOR HEALEE
RELATIONSHIPS

Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft clergy members will
maintain professional and respectful
relationships with their healee. The
following are representative standards of the
professional pastoral healer/healee relationship:
1. Members will demonstrate respect, love, and
value to each healee, regardless of race, religion,
gender, income, educational level or social
status. If any of the above issues would interfere
with your ability to render pastoral healing
services, then it is the responsibility of
the healer to make a professional referral in the
best interest of the healee.
2. Healee neglect or an inability to provide
reasonable service, even for appropriate reason,
is unethical and unprofessional. Every
responsible effort should be made to refer to
another professional for continued healing and
care.
3. Each healee has the personal freedom to make
informed choices. Healees are responsible
to make their own life choices. The healer will
not make life choices or decisions for the healee.
The only permissible exception to this criterion
is when the healee is unable to do so, because his
and his or her physical, emotional, or spiritual
safety is endangered

(professionally determined).
4. Pastoral healers will conduct themselves in a
professional Sarahith-like manner toward
healees. Emotional pressure, exploitation, and
inappropriate language shall never be any part of
the counselor’s behavior.
5. Sexual exploitation or harassment on any
level is unethical. All forms of sexual
exploitation, is strictly forbidden.
Sexual harassment is defined as, but not limited
to, all forms of unwanted overt and covert
seductive speech, gestures and behavior, as well
as inappropriate physical contact, etc.
6. The healer/healee relationship places the
healer in a trust and power relationship.
In recognition of this, sexual behavior and
harassment with any and all healees is to be
avoided.
7. Unrealistic statements to healees as to the
outcome of the healing process is unethical and
unprofessional. Goals and outcomes of healing
will be ethically and professionally stated within
the scope and limitation of the counseling
process.
8. Given the complexity of some pastoral
relationships, healers are required to avoid

exploiting the trust and dependency of healees
and/or parishioners.
STANDARDS OF HEALEE
CONFIDENTIALITY
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Clergy pastoral
healers are required, as a matter of privileged
communications between them and the persons
with whom they provide healing, to safeguard
any and all information obtained by
them in a care-giving relationship.
1. A healee’s confidential information, obtained
during the pastoral healing relationship, may be
shared with another professional by the pastoral
healer only, with a healee written consent.
2. Duly credentialed pastoral healers of the
Temple of Sarahith Clergy will, at times, have
conversations that shall be regarded as
EXTREMELY CONFIDENTIAL. This shall be
PROTECTED, PRIVILEGED
COMMUNICATION. AN ACT OF
CONFESSION made by a penitent to a
confessor (pastoral healer) may be personal,
liturgical, devotional
or sacramental. This is PRIVILEGED
COMMUNICATION and, as such, is intended
only for

the healer and is expected to remain in this oneto-one
relationship of trust. It can be released
only with the written consent of the one who
confessed or revealed it. This grows out of a
religious orientation and seals the healer from
releasing any information to anyone.
3. A duly credentialed pastoral healer of Temple
of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Clergy who
knowingly violates confidentiality or discloses
information as described in the above paragraph
is subject to revocation of his/her Temple of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church Clergy
membership/affiliation.
4. When a healee or other person receiving
pastoral care makes a statement to a pastoral
counselor in the presence of a third party, that
statement is not protected by confidentiality
privilege. The presence of a third party negates
any inference that the statement was intended to
be privileged communication or an act of
confession, and the pastoral healer shall
document same.
5. All members of the Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Clergy will carefully protect the
privacy and identity of their healees and their
situations. The healer will avoid revealing
information about counselees, whether publicly
or privately, unless the counselor has been freely

given informed consent of the adult counselee or
legal holder of confidentiality privilege for minor
healees, in the form of express written
permission, and the release of such information
would be appropriate to the situation.
6. All records of persons receiving pastoral
healing care are to be stored, handled, or
disposed of in a way that assures security and
confidentiality of those healees and their
situations.
7. In the event that a situation would require the
disclosure of the healee’s identity in order to
understand the case fully, only the first name
will be used during pastoral healing or
supervision.
Written permission of the healee must be
obtained prior to that healing. Situations where
more than one healee (i.e.; couple, family or
group healing) is involved, written permission
from all legally accountable persons who have
been present during healing must be obtained
before any disclosure can be made. It is the
primary healer’s responsibility to impress upon
the other healing or supervising professionals the
importance of confidentiality in the case.
8. Written consent forms will be obtained from
healees before any audio or videotape recording,

or permitting third-party observation of their
sessions.
9. The healer will take every precaution
necessary to safeguard, and protect, current or
former healees’ identities, particularly when
using references to them within the publication
of an article in a professional journal, giving
classroom examples, or in a public presentation.
10. These standards of healee confidentiality are
not designed to be used to avoid appropriate
intervention when it is necessary: i.e., when there
is evidence of child abuse or abuse of minors,
the elderly, the disabled, or the physically and
mentally incompetent. It is the legal
responsibility of each pastoral counseling
professional to be aware and informed about the
laws on mandatory reporting and other related
matters in the state where he or she provides
pastoral healing.
11. THE LIMITATIONS OF
CONFIDENTIALITY, SUCH AS THOSE
BASED ON THE CIVIL LAWS OF EACH
STATE, REGULATIONS AND JUDICIAL
PRECEDENT WILL BE EXPLAINED

TO EACH HEALEE AS PART OF THE
INTAKE PROCESS PRIOR TO
ANY PASTORAL HEALING SERVICES
BEING PROVIDED. Examples of limitation
or exceptions to confidentiality include, but are
not limited to, such situations as:
a. Legal mandate, where child abuse or elder
abuse is suspected or apparent.
b. When revealing the information to someone
else would prevent a clear and immediate danger
to a person or persons.
c. Legal proceedings in which the member,
pastoral counselor, care-giver, or minister does
not have the privilege.
12. When healing a healee under eighteen years
of age, the specific content of communications
with the pastoral healer is confidential; however,
the minor’s guardian(s) may have a right to
receive general information on the process of the
healing or methodology used.
STANDARDS FOR SUPERVISOR-
STUDENT RELATIONSHIPS
The Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Church Board of Directors has an ethical concern
for their students and supervision candidates.

The welfare and integrity of both student and
candidate are of great concern. Supervisors and
members of authority who train students have an
influential position with both previous and
current students. Supervisors will avoid
exploitation of their trust and dependency. It is
the responsibility of the supervisor and the
training member to avoid dual relationships with
their students that may impair
clear decisions or judgment, or increase the risk
factor of personal or financial exploitation. These
standards include but are not limited to:
1. Current supervision candidates, pastoral
healing students, or persons in our employ are
prohibited from ongoing counseling relationships
between each other.
2. Inappropriate sexual or other forms of
harassment that violate these standards of ethical
behavior and biblical standards of relationships,
between supervision candidates, pastoral healing
students and employees are prohibited.
3. All types of sexual behavior that are to be
engaged in with supervision candidates, pastoral
healing students, research subjects or colleagues
must be done so in agreement and proper care.
4. Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church
supervisors, candidates, students and employees

are advised against engaging in, or holding
themselves out to the public, church, or private
involvements as competent to engage in
professional services beyond their training level
of experience and professional competence.
STANDARDS FOR INTER-
PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
As members of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Clergy, it is our intent to communicate and
cooperate with other professionals in the
communities we serve and beyond. Each
member is encouraged to develop and maintain a
network of interdisciplinary and interprofessional
relationships with health-care
professionals. These standards include but are
not limited to:
1. Providing healing ministry services or clinical
pastoral services to persons currently receiving
healing from another professional without prior
knowledge or consent of the other healer. The
other professional must be consulted or
communicated with, even if the healee
has presented an “informed consent” form. A
healer who professionally engages in services
with a counselee under treatment by another

professional is considered unethical by this
professional association.
2. Inter-professional communications. When a
counselee seeks our professional services, and in
our judgment they appear to have terminated
services or treatment with another counselor,
then inter-professional communication and
courtesy is advised.
3. Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church
Clergy members will resist the perspective that
implies the superiority of our discipline to
the negation of other disciplines. It is our desire
to present a holistic, cooperative approach with
other counseling and mental health professionals.
STANDARDS FOR PRESENTATION OF
SERVICES
Members of the Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church Clergy shall present, promote,
or advertise in such a manner that the public can
make “informed choices” regarding our pastoral
counseling services.
1. Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church
expects all members of clergy to advertise their
ministries and services with integrity and clarity.
Members must clearly identify their ministry
services as Temple of Sarahith Satanic

Witchcraft Church professionals in their level of
competence.
2. Advertising shall not mislead persons seeking
these services as to professional affiliations,
qualifications, certifications, educational levels,
training, and specific areas of competence.
3. Members may use the following items of
information to describe themselves and the
services or ministries they provide:

Your academic degrees
The institution from which you received your
academic degrees
Certification level or licensure type Source of

4. Any and all forms of advertising shall be clear,
understandable, and free from “all appearance of
deception”. Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church integrity is vital.
5. Brochures should clearly describe your
ministry and services offered in a professional
manner, in agreement with the above stated
standards.
6. Statements in any advertising format which
violate the following are considered unethical
and unprofessional by Temple of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Church.
Statements which lead to incorrect conclusions
such as: being vague, using half-truths or partial
disclosures.
Statements which may become true in the future,
but are not true at the present.
Statements implying exaggeration of services
offered.
Statements that may play on the counselee’s
anxieties and phobias.

Statements which require supporting evidence to
substantiate a claim, and none is offered.
Statements of sensationalism or uniqueness, such
as: “I am the only one who can” statements.
Any of the above may constitute fraudulent
statements and may not be in the best interest
and welfare of the public.
STANDARDS FOR LIABILITY OR
MALPRACTICE INSURANCE
1. Each pastoral counselor, clinical pastoral
counselor, or Professional Clinical Member of
the Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Church Clergy in the professional ministry and
practice of pastoral counseling should carefully
consider the value of professional liability
insurance, as Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church will NOT accept
responsibility or liability, for any actions or
misconduct of any Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church Clergy member.
2. Members may contact the Temple of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Church headquarters for
recommended carriers and providers of liability
insurance.
3. A lawsuit, whether justified or not, could drain
the financial resources of your ministry. Be

aware that individual misconduct is the sole
responsibility of the pastoral counselor, clinical
pastoral counselor, or Professional Clinical
Member of Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church Clergy member. Membership
in Temple of Sarahith Clergy does not, in any
way, imply culpability or liability on the part of
the Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Church for any individual’s misconduct,
unethical behavior, or criminal actions.
GENERAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
AND REVOCATION POLICY
FOR MEMBERSHIP / CERTIFICATION /
LICENSE
The following are the general procedures,
currently in place, for filing a formal complaint
with the Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Church regarding a member of the Temple of
Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church Clergy who
is held to be a member in good standing. These
procedures may be modified from time to time,
and it is incumbent upon the complainant to
review the process and the procedures of the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. to determine if the action
of complaint to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. is the

proper forum for filing the type of grievance held
by the complainant.
Disclosure notice: Any formal complaints
submitted against Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church Clergy members in good
standing must be pertinent to sanction or censure
membership in this organization. Temple of
Sarahith has no duty, ability, liability, or
culpability, to police or chaperone, any of its
members in their personal private pastoral
ministries, churches, or pastoral counseling
practices. Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Chuch Pastoral Healing Board is a credentialing
body that licenses the proficiency of its’
members. Such licensure speaks to a certain
acceptable level of demonstrated proficiency in
the course work completed. The
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. does not hold out any
guarantees or promises to the general public that
any Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft
Church Clergy member or licensee, will
honorably uphold the member’s personal
obligation to their agreement of the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. Code of Ethical Standards.
Should a fellow member of the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. or a member of the general
public, believe a member of the Temple of

Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft Church Clergy is in
violation of the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. Code of
Ethical Standards as agreed to by the member,
then the following is the generally accepted, and
Sarahith Biblically-based process:
1. Complaints regarding the actions and
behaviors of a member of the Temple of Sarahith
Satanic Witchcraft Church Clergy must be sent
to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. in writing, and must
be signed by the individual submitting the
complaint. Additionally, the individual who is
filing the complaint must provide the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. with their address and
telephone number(s). Anonymous complaints are
not accepted and the complaint must be
submitted to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. within 180
days (six months) of the member’s alleged
failure and/or unethical action/behavior.
2. The complainant should provide certain
minimum elements of fact and documentation as
support of the written complaint, and attach
corroborating materials to the complaint.
Complaints regarding the actions and behaviors
of a member of the Temple of Sarahith Satanic
Witchcraft Church Clergy must address only
those actions and behaviors which would bring
reproach on the member’s professional standing
in the Temple of Sarahith Satanic Witchcraft

Church Clergy and might be determined to be in
violation of certain ethical codes, or behavior
standards, as espoused by the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. and agreed to by the
member.
3. Complainants understand that the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. may be the proper
organization with which to file a complaint
against the professional conduct, actions, or
certain behaviors of Temple of Sarahith Clergy
members as applies to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
Code of Ethical Standards. T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
is not the proper organization with which a
person should file a complaint seeking certain
recourse against a member for a matter that may
be civil, or criminal in nature.
The T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. reserves the specific
right to advise the complainant that the nature of
the complaint as submitted, is beyond the scope
and extent of the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. policy for
disciplinary procedures as pertains to member
correction, sanction, disciplinary action, and/or
licensure revocation.
4. The T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. will forward a copy
of the signed complaint, via Certified Mail, to
the Temple of Sarahith member (subject of the
complaint) along with notification that a written
complaint has been received and that the matter

will be investigated by an Ethics Committee
and/or the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
The member must respond back to the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. in writing, within 30 days
of receipt of the certified letter notification of a
filed complaint.
5. Upon receipt of the written complaint, the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. will, if determined
necessary, appoint a multi-member committee to
serve as the Ethics Committee. This committee
will receive and gather information regarding the
complaint by any means deemed necessary.
Upon review of the matter, the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. will make a determination
regarding the necessary action. The member, and
the complainant (or a legal representative),
will be notified by Certified Mail as to the final
decision/action that has been determined, which
will be consistent with the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
policies and membership standards.
6. The member, against whom the complaint was
filed, is expected to provide full and honest
cooperation with any and all members of the
appointed Ethics Committee and/or the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. Failure to do so will result
in immediate revocation of all the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. credentials held by the

individual who is being investigated. The
member, as subject of the complaint, must
submit, within 30 days, a written response
directly to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. and/or
Ethics Committee, limiting the response to
address only the scope and content of the
original complaint.
7. During any time in the process of
investigation of any complaint against an
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. credentialed member, the
member may elect to resign their membership
and relinquish any and all held credentials. The
action of resignation, as elected by a member,
and put in writing to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
would not be construed as an admission or denial
of guilt. The T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. will send
notification to the member, Certified Mail, of
acceptance of the resignation, and will render the
case “Closed by Member Resignation.” As such,
the matter will be mutually resolved. Member
election of resignation is considered a permanent
status and, under no circumstances, will the
individual’s membership and/or credentials ever
be restored. All T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
certifications held by the member must be
immediately returned to the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
as an attachment to the resignation letter, for the

matter to be concluded. Additionally, the
member is required to immediately cease any
advertising or inference of affiliation, or
relationship, with the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
8. Should discipline necessitate revocation of a
member’s license, certifications and/or
membership,
the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. shall notify the member
by Certified Mail. Upon receipt of this
notification, the member is immediately
required to return to the T.O.S.C.P.H.B. any and
all certificates or licenses awarded by the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. Additionally, the member is
required to immediately cease
any advertising, or inference of any affiliation, or
relationship, with the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B.
NOTICE
Acceptance of membership in the
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. is a pledge to abide by this
and all the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. policies, and
members covenant to hold harmless, and its’
staff, members, and Board of Directors, etc.,
regarding any disciplinary actions taken against
members by the T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. The
T.O.S.S.W.C.P.H.B. reserves the right to deny
membership, certification and/or licensure to any
individual without providing reason or cause.

• Expect that your pastoral counselor should
not involve you in any social or business
relationship that conflicts with your
pastoral counseling relationship.
• Ask questions about your pastoral
counseling.

• Request that the pastoral counselor inform
you of your progress.
• Know if there are supervisors, consultants,
students, registered pastoral counselor’s

Rules for Wiccedites and Wicced’s
RESPECT
A serious HMCC club commands respect for one
reason. Those who are
correctly informed recognize the deep level of
personal commitment and selfdiscipline
that a person must demonstrate and
sustain in order to wear a
patch. They realize that a club’s “Colors” are
closely guarded and the
membership process is long and difficult. Other
factors notwithstanding,
they respect Patch holders for what they have
accomplished by being able to
earn and keep the patch they wear. This is
respect born out of recognition of
dedication and accomplishment. The HMCC
Club strives for respect for this reason. This is
especially true as it pertains to those persons
outside of the Heavy Metal community. This
segment of society is by far larger, and therefore
represents a larger market for any fund-raising
activities that the group might undertake. It
stands to reason that cultivating a relationship
with these people is important, and to be
perceived by them as “Scum” would not be
advantageous to the group.

They will therefore conduct themselves as
upstanding citizens in every way…” Good
neighbors” so to speak. The goal is to be
admired and respected by the general public
rather than feared. The serious HMCC club, and
all or its members and guests, will always
conduct themselves publicly in a highly
professional manner.
CLUB COLORS
The general public does not draw a distinction
between different club
colors. In many cases, they simply can’t tell the
difference: we’re all “Scum” to them. If one
club causes a problem that touches the public
sector, the offending club’s identity is either
confused or ignored and the heat comes
down on all clubs. The general public does not
make the distinction between
a MC, a Riding Club (RC), HMCC or
Motorcycle Ministry (MM), therefore
EVERYONE needs to be aware that no matter
whether they are in an MC,
RC, MM, HMCC or an Independent (Lone
Wolf), their actions reflect on all in
the motorcycle and metal community. The
HMCC clubs tend to police themselves to avoid
such incidents.

PARTICIPATION
A patch holder will not discuss any club business
whether it’s about membership numbers, club
goings on, or any member’s personal
information with anyone outside of the
club. They understand that they are a
Patch holder 24 hours a day whether or not they
are wearing their colors.
Everything they say or do in public can affect the
club. They also understand that if they get out of
line, that they are subject to be counseled for
their own good and for that of the club. Wearing
a patch is more than getting together
for good times. It also means getting together
for the other times, too. It
constitutes a lot of work. It’s committing
themselves to a lifestyle in which
they do not look for how their brothers or sisters
can help them, but for ways
that they can be of help to their brothers and
sisters. They always look to
give rather than receive. All of this may seem
very idealistic, and in some
cases it’s just that. But it is an ideal that all clubs
profess and are always striving for in principle
and practice.

Always be aware of the “Golden Rule” of
conduct while traveling in or
ministering in club circles: If you give respect,
you’ll get respect. If you act
with disrespect, then you’ll be treated with the
same.
LEVELS OF COMMITMENT
When someone earns their patch, it does not
mean that he or she has reached the ultimate goal
and from that point on they can kick back and
coast. Moving from guest to prospect to Patch
holder is not climbing from the bottom to the
top, but rather more like climbing a
constantly ascending slope, and in time
becoming a stronger and more
committed brother or sister. A person’s
probationary rocker and later their
patch are merely presented in recognition of
what they have demonstrated along the way. In
this fashion, the more senior the Patch holder is
in the club and the more they experience, the
more of a brother or sister they should be
to all.
PURPOSE OF HMCC PROBATION /
PROSPECTING

Probation is not an initiation, as you would find
in a fraternity. It is instead
a period of time that is sustained until the person,
in every sense, conducts
himself or herself with the respect that is
mandated to be a Patch holder. It’
s a time in which:
• The attitude is conditioned so that he/she
displays a sense of
responsibility and respect toward the patch
holders of the club, without
which they will not develop a sense of respect
for the group.
• He/she is educated in MC protocol and
etiquette.
• He/she is given time to develop the habits that
are basic to good security
and good communications.
• To get in to the habit of participating.
• To become accustomed to trusting the
judgment, at times blindly, of those
patch holders who will someday be his or her
brothers and sisters.
The list could go on but the point here is to
demonstrate that the
probationary period has definite objectives and
that a person will go
nowhere in the club if he/she is not aware of this

and does not apply
themselves to those ends. It’s not possible to
make a checklist of what is
expected from a person in all cases. There isn’t
any formula for success, but
the key is ATTITUDE AND
RESPECT. Everything else can be learned in
time, but a person’s attitude comes from the
heart.
Temple of Sarahith Clergy MEMBERS
While in public places always conduct yourself
with your association with
the Temple of Sarahith ministry in
mind. Remember that what you do, people will
remember, good or bad, a good attitude is always
the kind of
perception we should present.
Remember, in this day and age never let
someone go off alone without
someone keeping an eye them.
Never use the term “Outlaw Club” or any of the
other names they are known
by when speaking to strangers (you never know
when one of them might be a
member of an MC, be a support member or

know members of an of an MC).
Never call a member of a motorcycle club (MC)
“Brother” or “Bro”. If he is
a friend and you two consider each other
brothers, wait for MC Patch holder
to address you as such in public.
These are some things for you, as Temple of
Sarahith Clergy members, that
you need to consider when dealing with
motorcycle clubs. Additionally, they
are also some things you should consider if and
when you are going to be
around motorcycle clubs and their patch holders.
1. Motorcycle club Patch holders are people
too. They have good days and
bad days, they have jobs, families, and normal
everyday problems and
concerns just like anyone else. There are those
who no matter what you say
or do, it will not be right with them. Just like
with any group, you will find
both good and bad.
2. Protocol and Respect are primary rules when
dealing with a motorcycle
club (MC) patch holder.

If you are formally introduced to a MC patch
holder, make sure either the
person doing the introduction (or you) makes
sure they know what you
belong to (Temple of Sarahith), what position
you hold (i.e., Wiccedite or a
Wicced). Under no circumstances do you
interrupt to correct a mistake
while that person is introducing you or while
they are talking. Wait till the
introduction is done and politely introduce
yourself correctly. Remember to
use your name – not your nickname it may come
latter as you get know them
better. Remember, it’s always polite to face the
individual or group and make
eye contact with who you are talking to.
3. Greet them, as you would meet anyone else
and wait until the offer is
made to shake hands or slap each other’s
(Remember DO NOT EVER
TOUCH a MC Members Patch unless they have
extended the offer by
slapping yours first) patch. DO NOT interrupt,
wait for them to recognize
you. DO NOT, be offended or make a big deal
out of it if they do not offer to
shake your hand. Many times they want to get to

know more about you and
your club or ministry a little before they will
offer to shake your hand and
most certainly before they will touch your patch
and allow you to touch their
patch.
4. Never, Ever, Lie. Never lie to anyone. Either
answer the question or
refer the questioner to someone who can. Be
prepared to answer questions
about what the Temple of Sarahith is all
about. Such as…
a) Temple of Sarahith is a Heavy Metal Church
and Club
b) Temple of Sarahith is not in “competition”
with any MC club or other
ministry and we have no intention of ever trying
to become a motorcycle
club.
c) Temple of Sarahith is a church, band and club
members are called Wiccedites, clergy members
are called Wicced’s
We are the first for profit church
d) Temple of Sarahith has a $5 a month "Pledge
Support" due annually ($60) or bi-annually ($30
X 2).
e) We do not “claim” territories but will wear
home rockers.

f) Never refer to your patch as “Colors” and
learn what the different parts
and colors of the Temple of Sarahith patch
represent so that you can explain what they
represent if asked.
g) We are a “NEUTRAL” ministry and do not
wear any MC support patches.
h) All makes and models of motorcycles and cars
are welcomed as well as all Metal Heads in
Temple of Sarahith.
j) Do not volunteer personal information unless
you know that the person
being asked about wants it given out: that’s only
common sense. If they ask a
question about the ministry answer it if you can,
or refer the questioner to
someone who can.
k) DO NOT brag about how large the local
Temple of Sarahith Chapter is or the national
membership is.
5. Women, in leadership positions or being a
patch holder in a motorcycle
club, while not totally unheard of, are
rare. That’s just the way it is. Most
MC’s would rather deal with a man if there is
business to conduct. Most
motorcycle clubs (MC) realize what a

motorcycle ministry (MM) or riding
club (RC) is about and will for the most part
accept a woman as an officer,
and a motorcycle riding club “woman officer”
will most likely be allowed to
attend any meeting. Whether or not they will
deal directly with a woman or
not depends of the individual
MC/Chapter. There is no set rule for this and
they will let you know if it’s OK with them or
not. Many MC’s do not care to
deal with National Officers. They would prefer
to deal the local or state
representatives.
6. If anyone knows a motorcycle club patch
holder, don’t throw the
patch holder’s name/nickname/club’s name
around like you’re a great buddy
of theirs (even if you are). Many clubs consider
that as a major disrespect to
the whole club.
7. Watch where you are when speaking about
motorcycle clubs, and never
say anything about them in public because you
never know when that woman,
man, or kid in regular clothes standing near you
might be one of them, or a

“support member”. Patch holders do not always
wear their colors (patch).
By the time the story gets back to the top club in
your area, it will have been
changed many times over and could be blown up
way out of proportion.
8. Anything said about them between MC
members is club business ONLY.
If comments, even those said in a joking manner
were to get out, problems
could start. Discussions about or around any
MC member or strangers
outside the privacy of the Temple of Sarahith
members can start rumors that could cause a lot
of problems for not only the local Temple of
Sarahith chapter, but also for other Temple of
Sarahith chapters in and out of the state.
9. If for some reason you have to say something
while in public about a
motorcycle club (MC), take the person you’re
talking to aside, alone, and say
ONLY what you need to say to get your meaning
across. Say as little as
possible so anyone else standing near by can’t
overhear it and misunderstand
what you’re talking about.

10. Watch where you wear your patch
(Motorcycle Ministries and
Motorcycle Riding Clubs don’t wear colors,
colors are earned, not bought)
and it’s just common sense to stay in numbers
when wearing your patch.
(Some MC’s can be very territorial and some
clubs don’t see any difference
between a MOTORCYCLE MINISTRY,
RIDING CLUB, or
MOTORCYCLE CLUB, good or bad.) If you
are unsure of the areas or
places normally frequented by MC’s, find out
from your Chapter Elder. If
you are planning on traveling and are concerned
about MC’s in the areas you’ll
be traveling through or staying in, talk to your
Chapter Elder and ask if
they can find something out by contacting the
MC officers in the areas you
will be in.
11. If you already know a patch holder, or get to
know one in the future, don’t
just walk up to him/her and interrupt when they
are with other MC
members. Wait till he/she acknowledges you
first and NEVER touch them
or put your arm around them like a

uddy. Don’t put your hand out to shake
theirs; wait for them to extend their hand first. If
for some reason you’re not
acknowledged at all, then just keep walking. If
you need to talk to an officer
of a Motorcycle Club the proper way is to go
through the clubs Sergeant at
Arms or one of their other patch holders.
12. You have to decide whether or not you want
to show respect by going to
any of their functions or if you want to avoid all
of them all together. If you
choose to show respect and go, you can do this
in a way that may make you
feel more as ease by going to one of their
“support clubs” functions instead of
the top club’s function (if they have a support
patch then you’re still
indirectly showing the top club respect). But if
you do go, then you also have
to go their rival clubs’ function or you’ll be
telling everyone that you’re not a
“NEUTRAL” ministry as you said you
were. (Example: If you go to Club A’s
function then YOU HAVE TO GO to Club B’s
function, etc…) You have to
decide how you want to stay neutral, by going or
not going too, so they’re not

in the dark and we can ALL stay on top of
things.
****NOTE**** A better way to support them
and still give the appearance of
being a neutral ministry is to attend only “open
to the public” events that a
motorcycle club may be sponsoring.
If you feel that you do want or need to go to a
“limited event”, then you’ll
have to go representing yourself as yourself,
preferably without wearing any
patches identifying Temple of Sarahith or your
club. Remember, if you’re wearing your patch,
you are considered by everyone to be
representing the whole Temple of Sarahith
ministry. If anything were to turn sour, then
your whole ministry or club
could wind up with problems down the
road. Also, once the rivals of that
club you visited find out (and they will within a
day or two), then those rivals
will see you as no longer being neutral and you
could be considered a rival of
theirs too.

13. If someone from a MC requests that you
remove your vest/patch, don’t
argue. The best reply is, “No Problem” and
politely take it off and let your
Chapter Elder know what MC it was so they can
deal with any potential
problems. You normally will only get asked
once.
14. If an establishment has a sign indicating “No
Colors”, even though your
patch is not considered “colors”, your vest or
jacket should be removed out
of respect to the other motorcycle clubs and the
policy of the establishment.
While you may just be part of a HMCC,
Motorcycle Ministry or Riding Club, it’s only
respectful to honor the house rules. Motorcycle
clubs that honored the
“house rules” would likely be deeply offended
that you didn’t do the same.
Also remember, many establishments choose to
have this policy and it
applies to all clubs and ministries that use any
kind of patch; they do not
distinguish between a MC, RC, or a Motorcycle
Ministry. Be aware of the
local MC hangouts and it’s best not to wear your
Temple of Sarahith patch into them

without an invitation.
15. Do not wear your Temple of Sarahith Patch
into a MC clubhouse unless you have asked if
it’s OK to do so or have been invited as a
Temple of Sarahith Member, to attend a function
there.
16. In regard to women who are with a MC club,
but not in the club: Old
Lady is not a negative or derogatory term, it’s
just a slang term commonly
used. “Property Of” patches are their way of
showing support for their man
and the club he’s in. AND please remember, a
man in the MC world is
judged along side the manners of his
woman. Keep her in check. It not her
ass she’s putting on the line it’s her man’s that
will be in jeopardy.
17. A MC patch holder may not, and many times
will not acknowledge your
wife or girlfriend, especially upon a first meeting
and this should be
understood ahead of time to avoid any problems.
18. DO NOT touch or sit on a patch holder’s
bike unless invited to do so. Do

not expect the invitation.
19. A prospect can usually be identified by the
back patch they are wearing.
There are many different ways MC’s identify
prospects. They can have the
rockers without the main patch. They can
actually have a patch saying
“PROSPECT”. Some do not wear any patch,
because all the Patch holders
know who the prospects are. You want to treat a
prospect or even someone
you suspect is a prospect the same way you
would treat a patch holder – with
respect and courtesy.
20. Have absolutely no doubt that a motorcycle
club (MC) is serious and
many have been known to physically educate a
person who shows disrespect
or displays a bad attitude toward them.
21. Be aware of the behavior and attitude of the
other Temple of Sarahith members who are with
you (especially if anyone has been drinking
“REFER to attached
Temple of Sarahith Policy on public
consumption of alcohol”) at events. If necessary,
try to take action to avoid problems before they

happen. For example if someone is
getting too angry or loud and possibly
disrespectful, take them aside or
suggest going somewhere else until things settle
down. If other Temple of Sarahith
members are in the area you should explain the
situation to them and all of
you should attempt to take the person aside, and
strongly suggest that they
go somewhere else and settle down. If an
incident should occur in spite of
your efforts, make sure to let your Chapter Elder
know about it as soon
afterward as you can.
22. Be aware that problems created in one part of
the country by a Temple of Sarahith
member or issues with the Temple of Sarahith
ministry in one area have the potential to affect
Temple of Sarahith members in other areas and
states.
23. The term “Brother” of “Bro” has special
meaning to a MC Patch holder,
do not call a MC Patch holder Brother or
Bro. Their Brothers are fellow MC
Patch holders and those that have earned that
term.

What is a “Brother” in the MC world? Once
you’re gone through the
hang around period, the members of the club
have viewed your behavior, your
attitude, your dedication, trust and loyalty, to be
there. If you’ve actually
completed this period, then you may be asked to
become a prospect. During
this time you are put under a much more intense
review. You and the other
members of the club find out if you are suited to
be part of the club and if
you can accept the other members as Brothers
just as much as if they can
accept you and call you Brother. Can you
dedicate yourself to the others as
close as you would to your own flesh and
blood? Many times it is an even
closer commitment than family. The person you
call Brother becomes family
as a part of his as well as being a part of
theirs. A common phrase used in
MC circles is “I am my brother’s keeper”. This
means you will support him
and help him in any way you can, sometimes to
the point of selling your bike
to help him, quitting your job to go help him and,
in some cases, Brothers
have even done things that they already know

could get them put in jail
because they were willing to take that step to
help a Brother out.

throwing around the word “Brother, or Bro”
lightly within their midst, it
could cause them to aggressively educate those
whom they feel disrespected
them by abusing the word. Next time you feel
the need to call someone
“Brother, or Bro”, just what is behind it?

member’s colors, which
includes the vest or jacket it’s sewn on. That is
considered serious
disrespect, which could cause them to

25. MC’s tend to police their own, and don’t take
kindly to interference from
the so-called establishment enforcers. Yes they
live by a law. Simply put You
Mess with one, You Mess with all. But as long
you live and ride the streets
as they do you have little to fear from MC’s
unless you let your mouth
overload your rear. “SHOW THEM
RESPECT.” That’s A #1 with them!

I was five when I started to teach myself how to
sing, I was 6, 7 years old when I started playing
the organ

At 12 I started a lawn service business, at 15 I
got my first guitar and started to teach myself
how to play guitar, at about 16 I started my first
publishing and record label company and I
recorded my first album on a shoe-box
recorder, I also dropped out of high school.
At 19 I attempted suicide and was committed to
a mental hospital which over the years would
become a recurring theme. I graduated from a
vocational school when I was 20 and moved to
Chicago where I worked in a couple of nursing
homes than at about 22, 23 I hitch hiked to Texas
and started a freelance writing business and spent
the next 13 or 14 years on and off drifting, being
homeless, becoming more and more addicted to
pills and alcohol, doing just about every type of
work I could, construction, landscaping, flipping
burgers, washing dishes than at 37 I got clean
and roughly 4 years after getting clean I went
back to playing the guitar with the intent of
recording my second album and having first and
last official release, now at 50 I have 4 books
written and published, an art magazine
published, a line of t-shirts published, developed
4 different guitar models with which I have used
to start my own guitar company, I still have the
publishing company I started, I just changed the
name.

and I have 13 years clean using the Sarahith
Philosophy.
Education- I dropped out of high school when I
was 16 and I have had some college over the
years but I never graduated, all my education and
learning have come from life experience and
reading.
