Returns Policy 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange 

or refund your order within 7 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition 

and packaging with the original invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed. 

4. Delivery 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For high volume periods 

such as Christmas and Holidays, this time frame may be slightly longer. 

Items not in stock will be ordered and sent as soon as possible. We will advise you of these 

delays and provide an anticipated shipping date. Should you wish to cancel a back-ordered 

item, please provide your request in writing. If within your order some items are in stock and 

some are not, those in stock will be sent immediately and shipping will only be charged once. 

Any additional shipping charges for remaining items will not be billed if sent by standard mail.
