Welcome to your local magazine Dear neighbours It's been more than three years since LoveEast began and there have been many changes over that time. Some of you may remember E9 Magazine, and I hope you'll agree that we're now much better looking and have a greater variety of content. Three years on, we've decided to make another change and move from monthly to bimonthly. So from this edition, LoveEast will appear every two months. That gives us the breathing space to increase the circulation so that more people can see it and, gradually, it will become bigger with more content. I hope you enjoy this latest edition as we celebrate more local heroes, makers, charities, restaurants and businesses. Angie Gough interviews Ken Greenway, a community superhero who is doing wonderful things at Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park (p6); there are beautiful things to be found at Urban Makers East market (p10), delicious food and drink (28-32), and our What's On guide is bigger than ever, covering events for anyone and any age group (p12-14).
