SUSPENSION FORKS | TECHNOLOGY
GERMAN SUSPENSION TECHNIK –
100 % MAGURA.
Riders out there have been relying on our brakes
for a long time. What could be better than doing
the same when it comes to suspension forks?
There are many good reasons for this.
Genuine quality shows in the detail. Constructional
solutions shouldn’t just be gimmicks that give up the
ghost after the third weekend, but should be so technically
developed that they keep on fulfilling their
function, even after many years of demanding use.
MAGURA puts particular emphasis on long-term
troublefree function that makes you ride instead of
being bothered with expensive and time-consuming
service intervals. Our suspension program is being
completely developed and manufactured at our main
factory in Bad Urach, Germany, which gives our suspension
range the quality seal of ’Made in Germany’
as well.
External on/off of
platform compression
damping.
Toolless externally
adjus t able height of the
platform, no pump necessary!
New 2010: with
improved shim setup for
an even more responsive
fork. New adjuster knobs
made of high quality aluminium
offering better
ergonomics.
New improved cable fixing
for remote version.
Cable end disappears
within the adjuster knob
for a clean and elegant
look.
Available with Thor.
<
Dynamic lockout, that
maintains the sag, thus
featuring better ground
traction than standard
LO systems. New 2010:
Improved shim setup for
an even more responsive
fork. Now with real
blow-off which allows
the fork to reactive to big
impacts even with the
fork being locked out.
Typical scenario: You
fought your way to the
top with the fork being
locked out and then
without freeing the fork
again dive into the first
descent.
