Box Office/Will Call opens one hour prior to performance.<br />
House: Opens thirty minutes prior to performance.<br />
Gift Shop: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm upon request; S<strong>at</strong>urday, 10am-2pm<br />
Opens one hour prior to performance and through intermission (if applicable).<br />
Galleries: Glass Doors, Gumenick Family, Midway, Slantwall:<br />
Monday-Thursday, 9am-9pm; Friday, 9am-5pm. Also open during performances<br />
and special events. S<strong>at</strong>urday 9am-5pm and Sunday noon-5pm. S<strong>at</strong>urday and Sunday hours<br />
are subject to change.<br />
DURING PERFORMANCES<br />
Out of respect for the performers, please do not use cameras, camera phones, or video<br />
equipment during the performances. Out of respect for the performers and other p<strong>at</strong>rons,<br />
please turn off cell phones or switch to vibr<strong>at</strong>e and please refrain from texting.<br />
Individual Tickets<br />
Starting July 8, 2019 individual tickets may be purchased for any show in any number or<br />
combin<strong>at</strong>ion of performances <strong>at</strong> the st<strong>at</strong>ed ticket price. Purchases th<strong>at</strong> do not fall into<br />
subscription guidelines, do not qualify for a discount. A $1 fee applies to all mailed orders.<br />
Senior Citizens (65+)<br />
Take $2 off regular ticket price (cannot be combined with other discounts). To enjoy this<br />
discount, simply call the box office. This discount is not available online, for 2nd Stage or<br />
m<strong>at</strong>inee performances.<br />
center season Group Sales<br />
Discounts for groups are as follows:<br />
10+ people, receive a 10% discount; 20+ people, receive a 15% discount. No group discount<br />
on m<strong>at</strong>inee performances. To make reserv<strong>at</strong>ions for a group, call 804-261-ARTS (2787)<br />
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.<br />
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges<br />
All ticket sales are final. Exchanges are available only for subscription holders. If tickets<br />
are unable to be used, they may be don<strong>at</strong>ed to the annual fund as a tax-deductible<br />
contribution.<br />
Lost Tickets<br />
If tickets are lost, the box office will reissue tickets to the purchaser on record. Call the box<br />
office as soon as possible to report lost tickets. For your protection, duplic<strong>at</strong>e tickets will be<br />
held <strong>at</strong> Will Call.<br />
