and they march out even if their guardians, husbands and<br />

creditors forbid them.” 30<br />

Ibn Tayyimiah said: “If the enemy enters a Muslim land, there<br />

is no disagreement that it is obligatory for the closest and then<br />

the next closest to repel him, because the Muslim lands are like<br />

one land. It is obligatory to march to the territory even without<br />

the permission of parents or creditor...” How many years has<br />

it been since the enemies of <strong>Al</strong>laah entered the Muslim lands,<br />

that in our present era we don’t even have a state? So how<br />

many times is the obligation multiplied for us?<br />

<strong>The</strong> great scholar of Islam, Ibn Tayyimiah said:<br />

“To defend that which is sacred and the religion from the<br />

aggressor is obligatory, as unanimously agreed upon. For the<br />

enemy who creates havoc in the life and in the religion, there<br />

is nothing more obligatory after basic belief than defence from<br />

him.”<br />

“Let those who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter<br />

fight in the Cause of <strong>Al</strong>laah, and whoso fights in the Cause<br />

of <strong>Al</strong>laah, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on<br />

him a great reward.” 31<br />

<strong>The</strong> priority for the Muslims right now, the minimum for their<br />

religion is the establishment of an Islamic state, where they can<br />

establish and secure the rule of <strong>Al</strong>laah Υ. Once we manage to<br />

do so we will have presented an example to the rest of<br />

humanity of the rule of <strong>Al</strong>laah’s Υ Law to compare with the<br />
