The course will cover a wide range of current issues relevant to residential conveyancers. To ensure topicality contents are liable<br />
to change to reflect latest concerns but will include: on-going issues of fraud, latest negligence cases, avoiding liability by<br />
limiting terms of retainer (recent case law),common problems with planning and building regs, latest case law on easements and<br />
covenants, meaning of 'private dwellinghouse' covenant and impact on buy to lets, CML handbook requirements, restrictions on<br />
title to leasehold flats, problems and solutions when change of landlord/management company.<br />
