What is your name? Teresa Gittens
Where are you originally from and currently
located? I am originally from Staten Island, NY.
I currently reside in Atlanta, GA.
When did you fall in love with fitness and
why? I have always loved to exercise since I
was a little girl. I fell in love with running
when I joined my high school track team. I was
a Cross Country and mid distance
runner. Going through College and Graduate
school I became consumed by my
studies which made it difficult to make time
for the gym. About 5 years ago I went to my
first bodybuilding competition and fell back in
love with fitness. I initially attended because
my Husband was a competitor along with 2
other ladies who he had trained for the
competition. During the bodybuilding
completion I was amazed by all of their
physiques and inspiring weight loss stories.
This inspired me to not just be a spectator of
the sport but to actually compete. With a
weight loss goal in mind of my own I started
training and lost 45lbs in the preparation
process.
How long have you been interested in Fitness
course! Modeling? I have interested in Fitness
modeling about a year after I won Pro Card
with Supernatural Bodybuilding Federation
(SNBF) in 2013.
Are you interested in video promotions? Of
If you could go anywhere in the world and
compete, where would you go? I would love
to travel and compete in Australia.
What gym are you a member of, and do you
provide personal training? I trained primarily
out of L.A. Fitness. I do train out of other gyms
when I go out of town.
How can my readers follow you on social
media? On my IG (TJ_GIT_FIT) and FB (Teresa
SNBF PRO), I currently have over 2,500
followers for both sites.
Would you like to give anyone a shout out at
this time? I would like to shout out my coach
Lance Gittens, without his training, love and
support I would not be were I am today. The
GITT FIT TEAM for their on going support on
and off of the stage. My competition posing
coach Kim Frempong who showed me how to
display all of my hard work with sass and
grace. Lastly, Waterbabies Bikini which is the
swimsuit brand I am modeling.
So what?s next for you? I will be running the
Peachtree Road Race 10k on July 4th of this
year which I am super excited about! I am
currently in the midst of scheduling
photoshoots, fashion shows, and bodybuilding
competitions for the rest of 2016.

Danielle- How long have you been modeling?
Hajj- well, for some few months now. Yeah.
Danielle- Where do you prefer to shoot? Indoors or
outdoors?
Hajj- indoors and outdoors because, I love what I do and it
doesn?t really matter where. Danielle- Are you a runway
model as well?
Hajj- I haven?t been on any runway show but I tell you I am
good at what I do and I know I will nail it even on my first
runway show.
Danielle- What company or agency do you represent?
Hajj- I represent the Pressure Models (PBMD)
Danielle- How long have you been with Pressure Bois Inc.?
Hajj- for a year and some few months now. Oh yeah!!
Danielle- Tell me about the company and what kind of
things you all do?
Hajj- PressureBois Inc, is the next big thing to hit Ghana,
Africa and the world at large. Well, people have the idea
that, the ?Bois? in the name represents ?Boys? NO it doesn?t.
What it means is (BRAND OF INTERNATIONAL STATUS). Well,
PressureBois Inc is into event planning and promotions,
music (PressureBois Music Group ( PBMG) ) , Modelling
(PBMD) ? .I don?t think I will finish listing what we do
beautiful. Just expect more from our office. We Are Large.
Danielle- Where do you see yourself in the next few year?s
career wise?
Hajj- I wouldn?t say much but by the grace of God , I see
myself doing more great things and making more
appearance on your screens , magazines and in the
international front and making a fortune oh yeah !!.

Hajj- oh yeah I did. I graduated with a Diploma in (Information Technology) from Accra
Institute of Technology in Ghana. Danielle- What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Hajj- taking pictures, hanging out with friends and playing video games and sometimes
writing computer codes yeah.
Danielle- What?s your favorite snack or food to eat?
Hajj- Ghanaian homemade Jollof, Waakye. You should join me sometime to have them for
lunch .hahaha.
Danielle- Sure why not I love Jollof rice and plaintain it?s so yummy!
Danielle- Do you plan on leaving Ghana anytime soon?
Hajj- at the moment no, but when the time comes, why not ? you could invite me over for a
week. Hahahah what do you think?
Danielle- I think I?m old enough to be your mama young man? however I?m enjoying the

Miss Ri Ri needs no introduction! The Pop
princess turned mogul is killing the fashion
industry! She kicked off 2016 with a bang!
Robyn Rhianna Fenty was born in St. Micheal
Barbados however she grew up in a place
called Bridgetown. Her singing career took
flight when she met Jay Z. Her first major
single "Some pon di replay" dropped and it
was wrap! She's released hit after hit since
making her one of the largest Pop stars in
the world.
On another note this year has been crazy
for Rihanna, from performing at the British
Award Show with Drake to winning an award
at Black Girls Rock. To top it off she
launched not one but 2 different shoe lines
year. The Bad Gal linked up with Puma
bringing us the dopest furry sandles. But
the ultimate for her was her recent
contract with the fashion tycoon Manolo
Blahnik. She actually sat down with him as
he sketched out the designs and brought
her creations to life. The whoa moment for
Ri Ri was seeing Jlo rocking the boots in
her new video. In a recent instagram post
she stated " She wore the 9-5 in a video!!!

Danielle- Well hello there gorgeous how are you doing?
Le?Aun- I am doing amazingly well thank you Danielle, thank you
for asking, and thank you for this opportunity. I hope you are just
as well.
Danielle- So where are you from, and where are you currently?
Le?Aun- My full name is Leanne Joseph, and I am from
Birmingham, born and raised, and currently still reside here.
ar for yourself tell me about it.
Le?Aun- Yes I do Danielle, there is a lot of positive movements
happening at the moment, 2016 has been like a very powerful but
amazing whirlwind. Firstly, I hope to complete my Degree this
year in Business & Human Resources Management, which I am
currently in the middle of exams for. Next on my list is my
modelling career, which has been prosperous so far this year. I
recently competed in the one of Birmingham?s biggest fashions
shows Rule The Run Way with some fantastic designers such as
Dive VIPz Only and Mr Plobz, In February. I have since been
working more on my portfolio, and now entered a Beauty Pageant,
Mr and Miss West Indies UK representing an Island of my dual
heritage, Grenada. I am also a singer/ songwriter, working on my
debut E.P. ?New Chapter?, which will be 3 part E.P. expressing my
journey throughout the new life I am building for myself and my
beautiful 6 year old daughter.
On top of all of this, I am the Founder of my organisation, Le?Aun
La Femme, which is basically the French way of pronouncing my
name and female unity. Under this organisation, I have my
business, Le?aunz Occasionz, which is a party/ wedding planning
service and equipment hire, cakes and Events management. My
team and I, including aDanielle- You have some awesome stuff
going on this ye fellow pageant contestant, are in the process of
organising a fundraising event. I also promote myself under
myself as a musician and model under this umberella. My stage
name is Lea Lea Official.
I am also trying to get into acting. I have done a bit of acting over
the years in music videos and a short flim, but I would like to
further expand that this year.
Danielle- How long have you been model?
Le?Aun- I have been a model now for just over a year, and I am
loving the journey thus far. My 1st catwalk show was for Yaneek
in Wolverhampton. It was a charity fundraising event and a great
show. I met some amazing designers and a few models I still keep
in touch with now. I have always been told from a young age that I
have the height and the look of a model, and that my natural walk
looks as though I am continuously on the catwalk, which is exactly
how I view life now. The catwalk is a place of focus, confidence,
and continuing to move forward even if you fall down. Always
walk strong with your head high to be successful and to reach
your destination in life, and show everyone around you just how
amazingly bright your light shines. This is what I try to teach my
daughter, and I am still learning myself. "

Danielle - Heeeeey Bianca, how are you?
Bianca - Hey hey ! Im very good thank you Danielle- I'm am
doing fabulous darling thank you!
Danielle - Where are you from?
Bianca - I?m currently living in Manchester, England.
Danielle - You have been in the entertainment industry for
quite some time now - tell me about your experiences.
Bianca - Oh gosh where to begin! (laughs) I guess I?ve always
known deep down that I?m a creative and always wanted to be
"on stage" in a sense, performing one way or another. I?ve
covered acting, modelling , singing, songwriting, dancing, and a
little film crew work experience. This covers all different
genres including TV and Film, interactive/ musical Theatre,
music videos, etc.... variety is the spice of life. (gives us a
cheeky wink). I?ve had some of the best times of my life doing
this type of work, experiences are essential in life. We only
have one go at life ? you have to make things happen. I
actually have a part-time delivery driving job as well... don?t ask
where I fit stuff in, some weeks are beyond crazy!
Danielle - I read that you have been on several TV shows. Can
you name a few, and tell me about your overall experience as
an actress?
Bianca ? I have yes. Oh gosh lets see: Shameless, Peaky
Blinders, Coronation Street and No Offence are some. Acting is
a great passion of mine. I love it. I just love being on set and
meeting different people all the time, all walks of life really,
and losing yourself in your character. My best experience to
date is in Channel 4s "No Offence" last year (written by Paul
Abbott). I played "Tatu 2" - a butch lesbian part of the riot
response for the Police Force! So much fun, yet an adrenalin
rush to be able to play a cheeky, yet rough-and-tumble part to
the programme. Our first day filming involved me smashing a
door down with a real-life iron battering ram, and the ram was
as big as me i tell you! But i took that door fully off its hinges
good and proper, I think the Director was impressed! (laughs)
That alongside the rest of filming was an amazing experience.
And of course working alongside talent like Will Mellor, Joanna
Scanlan and Elaine Cassidy...i feel very lucky to be able to do
what i do. Overall, for me it?s just an incredible feeling when
you get a chance to be a part of some of the nations most-loved
programmes here in the uk, doing what you love alongside
some amazing talent.
Danielle - Music is a huge part of my life, and you sing, write -
tell me about your music career thus far.
Bianca ? Ah is it really, yes it?s also one of mine too. Ive always
loved singing from being a child. I always used to be singing in
my bedroom with the hairbrush , the usual stuff that girls do !
(laughs) . Then I took vocal training up with a lovely lady called
Jill Maxwell when I lived in Fleetwood ( England). I always
doubted myself, never felt I was good enough, you know? Then
as I got older the confidence grew. The song writing came
about in 2011 when I was approached by an independent
company with a sample track? which turned out to be my first
solo written track released on iTunes! I was gob smacked.
There?s actually a video for the track too, and others I?ve done
on YouTube. It?s called ?Up Your Game? under Tianna B which is
my stage name. Not the best video I?ll admit, but we all start
somewhere! Haha. I think I?ve just grown from there really. My
vocal coach (Jill) was always supportive getting me into
showcases, competitions, singing in hotels etc. and telling me
?you can do this?. My close friends Paul and Darren (Dj?s) have
allowed me to sing at various events with them too. I?ve
headlined at a Football Club, I?ve been very lucky really.

Anita Limbu is a 5 foot 6in, 24 yr old model who
has modeled for Rule the Runway UK, and is Miss
Sparkling Beauty Swindon 2016. She has modeled
in commercials and in an afro beat song that is yet
to be released. We look forward to seeing what
this beautiful aspiring young lady will do next,

His ?Royal Bhimness? Stonebwoy Burniton
has done it again this year at the 2016
Vodaphone VMGA Award show in Ghana.
He showed up on the red carpet wearing a
blue and black tuxedo totally swagged out.
He was awarded Reggae/ Dancehall artist of
the year and the Reggae Dancehall song of
the year with his global hit ?Go Higher?.
During the event he also put on an
electrifying performance. The entire stage
was lit up with Bhim all over the place.
"Stone" rocked all white trimmed in black
with one of his ?signature Stonebwoy?
shirts. He sang ?Go Higher? of course and
my ultimate fav. Mightylele. Oh my
goodness the crowd went wild. Everyone
stood up as they were singing each tune
word for word as loud as they could while
dancing, jamming with the king.
On another note Stonebwoy just released
another hit ?People Dey? on May 1, 2016.
The video was filmed and directed here in
the states while he was putting in ?work
work work work work? on the Go Higher
world tour. During the tour he performed in
Ohio, Canada, Atlanta and NY twice even
sharung the same stage with Lauryn Hill at
"Disapora Is Calling. The show was
streamed via Tidal worldwide.
