CKI South<br />
Crazy Kompetition for Infants South<br />
(CKI South) was a Cal-Nev-Ha district<br />
fundraiser that took place during the<br />
beginning of the year. On Saturday,<br />
October 22, members from around<br />
the district met in Stanton, California to<br />
compete in a day full of fun minigames,<br />
relays, and activities while<br />
embodying the tenet of fellowship! In<br />
fact, this was the first district event<br />
where many new Circle K members<br />
met each other from different schools<br />
throughout the Cal-Nev-Ha district.<br />
Some of the funds from this event<br />
were donated to the Pediatric Trauma<br />
Program (PTP), which is a campaign<br />
that strives to alleviate and reduce the<br />
incidence rate of children killed or<br />
injured by trauma.<br />
The winner of this year's CKI South, for the third<br />
time in a row, is UCI Circle K's<br />
#TeamDiane2TheReturnofTeamDiane!<br />

I'll gladly admit that I<br />
felt a lump in my<br />
throat when I learned<br />
of the amazing things<br />
that our collective<br />
funds had managed<br />
to accomplish. For a<br />
relatively small price,<br />
we managed to do<br />
something incredible,<br />
and that was by far<br />
my favorite part of<br />
CKI South.
