Khái niệm: Qúa <strong>trình</strong> tạo hợp chất <strong>este</strong>r bằng phản ứng giữa acid carboxylic với alcol, xúc<br />
tác acid vô cơ được gọi là <strong>quá</strong> <strong>trình</strong> <strong>este</strong> <strong>hóa</strong>. Ester <strong>hóa</strong> là phản ứng thuận nghịch:<br />
