wrong with the tried-and-tested way of doing things,

Just ask South African Ludwick Marishane. He was
only 17 when he invented DryBath. As he puts it, his
idea was born from something we’ve all experienced:
pure laziness. He didn’t want to have a bath so he
came up with a game-changing alternative. DryBath
is a germicidal gel that eliminates the need for water
when bathing. Take a moment to think about the
impact it could have on people who live in areas
with no access to clean water. Or how it could
benefit the city of Cape Town, which is currently
going through a major water crisis.
