Mr. Vasay, 63, Filipino, is the Chief<br />

Financial Officer and Treasurer of<br />

the Company since October 2010.<br />

He has been with the Lopez Group<br />

since 1997 and held appointments<br />

with First Gen Corp. under various<br />

capacities including his current<br />

position as Senior Vice President.<br />

Prior to joining First Gen Corp., he<br />

worked with Metropolitan Bank and<br />

Trust Company, Chase Manhattan<br />

Bank and International Exchange<br />

Bank where he held key executive<br />

positions responsible for the credit<br />

review of institutional and corporate<br />

clients, portfolio management, risk<br />

management and Treasury and F/X<br />

Operations.<br />

Mr. Vasay holds a Diploma in<br />

International Executive Management<br />

from Chartered Management<br />

Institution of Ashridge Berkhamsted-<br />

London (2006). He earned his<br />

Bachelor’s Degree in Business<br />

Administration from the Angeles<br />

University (1976), and passed the<br />

Philippine Government Board<br />

DOMINADOR M. CAMU, JR.<br />

Mr. Camu, 55, Filipino, was<br />

appointed by the Board in March<br />

2012. Prior to this, he served as Vice<br />

President and General Manager for<br />

First Gas Corporation from 2009<br />

to 2012 and has also held various<br />

key positions in General Electric<br />

International Inc, Covanta Power<br />

International Holdings Inc and<br />

Ogden Energy Philippine Holdings,<br />

Inc.<br />

He has 30 years of EPC and<br />

O&M experience coupled<br />

with comprehensive expertise<br />

encompassing asset management<br />

and O&M of power plant and<br />

energy facilities. Experienced in<br />

Combined Cycle Gas Turbine,<br />

Coal, Diesel, Waste to Energy<br />

and Geothermal power stations.<br />

Experienced in Project and<br />

O&M Management of diverse<br />

international owners and in the<br />

management and direction of<br />

both internal and external EPC &<br />

O&M contractors on projects of<br />

over 2,000 MW at demanding and<br />

remote locations.<br />

Worked in various capacities and<br />

key cross-functional roles driven<br />

by his ability and reputation to<br />

consistently meet the expectations<br />

of his peers and stakeholders<br />

in complex and time sensitive<br />

energy projects, both locally and<br />

abroad. Past experience in working<br />

with project proponents and in<br />

dealing with project agreements<br />

(in the context of EPC, Lenders,<br />

Shareholders, PPA, Fuel Supply/<br />

Energy Conversion and O&M<br />

agreements) on both sides of the<br />

aisle manifested by his ability to<br />

Mr. Camu graduated with a Bachelor<br />

of Science Degree in Electrical<br />

Engineering from Mapua Institute<br />

of Technology (1983). A member of<br />

the Philippine Society of Institute of<br />

Integrated Electrical Engineers, he<br />

passed the Professional Regulation<br />

Commission Board Examinations for<br />

REMAN A. CHUA<br />

Vice President, Head - Wind Ilocos<br />

Norte Business Unit<br />

Mr. Chua, 46, Filipino, has been<br />

with the Energy Development<br />

Corporation from 2007 to<br />

the present, leading business<br />

development projects for solar and<br />

wind, most notable of which is the<br />

company’s 150 MW Burgos Wind<br />

Project.<br />

Before his assignment to <strong>EDC</strong>,<br />

Reman began his career with the<br />

Lopez Group in 2002 as a Manager<br />

for Business Development under<br />

FGP Corporation. For a time, he<br />

was studying natural gas power<br />

vehicles as an extension business<br />

for the group and as an entry to<br />

non-power market for natural<br />

gas in the Philippines. He was<br />

assigned to the Manila North<br />

Tollways Corporation as manager<br />

for marketing, compliance and<br />

Business Development from 2002<br />

up to 2005, during which the<br />

rehabilitation and expansion of the<br />

North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)<br />

was undertaken and successfully<br />

completed in 2005. He led the<br />

marketing communications efforts<br />

that managed the increase of the<br />

toll rates in NLEX. Thereafter, he<br />

returned to First Gen Corporation<br />

and led various acquisition projects<br />

in the power sector.<br />

Reman graduated with a Bachelor<br />

of Arts degree in Economics from<br />

Ateneo de Manila University,<br />

and holds a Masters in Business<br />

Management degree from the Asian<br />

Institute of Management (AIM).<br />

Assistant Vice President of Negros<br />

Island Geothermal Business<br />

Unit (NIGBU). With experience<br />

in strategic planning, business<br />

development, and other commercial<br />

functions, he is leading major<br />

organizational changes and multiple<br />

growth initiatives.<br />

MARK D. HABANA<br />

Mr. Habana, 39, Filipino, has been<br />

the Deputy Head of the BacMan<br />

Geothermal Business Unit since May<br />

2014. He was previously Manager<br />

of Business Development with<br />

Occidental Petroleum (2012) and<br />

Venoco (2007). Prior to that he held<br />

positions in Risk Management and<br />

Deal Structuring with Constellation<br />

Energy (2005) and Sempra Energy<br />

(2002).<br />

He has a Master’s Degree in<br />

Petroleum Engineering from<br />

Stanford University (2002)<br />

and attended the Program for<br />

Leadership Development at Harvard<br />

Business School (2009).<br />

JAMES ARNOLD D. VILLAROMAN<br />

Mr. Villaroman, 42, Filipino, has<br />

been with the Company since 2012.<br />

Prior to joining <strong>EDC</strong>, Mr. Villaroman<br />

was an Executive of ExxonMobil<br />

Corporation in charge of corporate<br />

planning and business analytics<br />

for Canada. In this position, he<br />

handled various strategic initiatives<br />

from 2006-2012. Mr. Villaroman<br />

also held key positions in several<br />

financial institutions like the Asian<br />

Development Bank, JP Morgan<br />

Chase Securities and BZW Asia Ltd<br />

(Investment Banking Subsidiary of<br />

Barclays bank, UK).<br />

Mr. Villaroman earned his MBA<br />

– Finance General Management<br />

from the Richard Ivey School of<br />

Business, University of Ontario,<br />

London, Ontario, Canada (2006),<br />

and his Bachelor’s Degree in<br />

Industrial Engineering from the<br />

Ateneo de Manila University (1995).<br />

He completed his training in the<br />

Six-Sigma Black Belt in 2010 and<br />

received ExxonMobil designation<br />

as a Continuous Improvement<br />

Mr. Virata, 56, Filipino, was<br />

appointed by the Board in<br />

December 2010. He started<br />

working for <strong>EDC</strong> in 1982 and held<br />

various positions including Field<br />

Maintenance Manager for LGPF,<br />

Maintenance Manager, Production<br />

Manager and Resident Manager for<br />

BGPF prior to his current position.<br />

Mr. Virata graduated with a Bachelor<br />

of Science degree in Mechanical<br />

Engineering degree from the<br />

Mapua Institute of Technology<br />

in Manila (1981). He became a<br />

Registered Mechanical Engineer in<br />

1982 and a Professional Mechanical<br />

Engineer in 2006. He completed<br />

the Refinery Operations Course<br />

at Shell Refinery Clyde, Sydney<br />

New South Wales, Australia (1988),<br />

Management Development<br />

Program of AIM (1996),), and<br />

Diploma Course in Maintenance<br />
