Industrial Visit
Students of MBA II Sem visited "Jakson Group" head
office at Noida as well as their plant at Greater Noida,
Uttar Pradesh on 6th April, 2016 as a part of their industry
interaction. Mr. Rohit Bhatia (Training & Development
Manager) & Ms. Aparijita R. (HR Manager) interacted with
the students and shared their experiences that could help
them to grow in future. In plant Mr. Gagandeep Singh,
Manager Solar Generator Plant & Mr. Vikas Shrivastava,
Manager Diesel Generator Plant gave an insight related to
the working of the plant and its production. Students
were briefed about various processes, products & supply
chain. He explained about the two main kinds of
generators they are dealing with, their manufacturing
process and their market demand at various places inside
as well as outside the country. During interaction,
students asked questions related to their operations and
strategies towards their competitors. Thereafter,
students were taken around the plant. Students got to
see the factory layout, organizational structure and entire
production process of the generators. Students were
delighted to see their production process.
VISAKA
(Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyan)
In order to celebrate the success of “Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyan” (VISAKA) and to chalk out a
programme of action for a long-term initiative for digital financial literacy, a National
Convention of Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyan (VISAKA) was held on 08.03.2017 (Wednesday) at
Plenary Hall, Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. The convention was addressed by the Hon’ble Union
cabinet Minister for Information technology and the Hon’ble Union cabinet Minister for HRD.
The convention was attended by the following: Dr Ritesh Singhal, Prof Neeta Sahu, Amit
Kumar Senger, Shipra Mahelia, Nitin Jaiswal, Prashant Kumar Garg, Rashid Hussain, Anshika
Goel, Harshika, Bhavya Goel , Akash Tyagi, Ashish Agarwal.
