3-cable Multiband Antenna<br />
Mobile Mark’s SMW-UMB & SMW-301 antennas are<br />
three-cable multiband antennas providing coverage for<br />
three different wireless devices. The antennas are used<br />
for Cellular, WiFi and <strong>GPS</strong> combinations.<br />
The broadband “cellular” element covers all wireless applications<br />
from 800-2700 <strong>MHz</strong>, including US and European<br />
Cellular channels, AWS, UMTS, WiFi and WiMAX.<br />
The difference between the two models centers on the<br />
WiFi element. The SMW-UMB covers 2.4-2.5 GHz and<br />
can be used for 802.11b/g systems.<br />

The SMW-301 provides dual coverage on both 2.4-2.5<br />
GHz and 4.9-6.0 GHz so it can be used on 802.11a/b/g/n<br />
systems. The SMW-301 could also be used for Public<br />
Safety 4.9 GHz or for DSRC 5.9 GHz.<br />
This surface mount multiband antenna mounts easily to a<br />
roof, trunk or bulkhead. The stud mount design uses a ¾”<br />
feed thru (19mm) for securing to the vehicle. It is extremely<br />
weather resistant and rated IP67 for water ingress. For<br />
best performance, the antenna should be mounted on a<br />
metal surface or groundplane.<br />
Both series are available in a mag-mount configuration.<br />
