BSNL GSM Prepaid Mobile Service (2G & 3G)

Procedure to avail Reduced call charges facility under prepaid plans and Friends &
family facility under Student Special Plan
� All Subscribers under normal prepaid plan can enjoy reduced call charges facility on 3 BSNL numbers.
Two on-net Local numbers (MP & CG) and one on-net STD number is allowed.
� Similarly Customers registered under Student Special Plan can avail Friends & Family facility on 5
numbers. The numbers can be either on-net or off-net.
DIAL 241 (IVR Announcement):
To consult to your friends and family number list : Dial 1
To add a new number : Dial 2
To modify a number : Dial 3
To Remove a number (This announcement is Not Applicable as numbers cannot be removed): Dial 4
To quit : Dial 5
Dial 1 -- your friends & family list contains the number ----, the number ---,
Dial 2 -- please enter the number prefix with 0 & then followed by #. To confirm dial 1, to cancel dial 2
Your request has been taken into account.
Dial 3 -- please enter the number you want to modify, prefix with 0 & then followed by #.

(Rs. 5 will be deducted from prepaid account on every modification)
Dial 4 -- you don't have access to friends & family management service. Please contact your customer care.
For all Prepaid Plans (except Student Plan) Off-net numbers are not applicable as reduced call facility
numbers. For Student Special Plan STD on-net & off-net numbers are not applicable as F&F numbers. The
customers may be informed about the same. However system can accept these numbers via IVR 241 but
charging will be Normal (without any concession) and Rs 5 per modification will be deducted from
customer account.
