Gallopade’s Approach Gallopade Curriculum uses multiple evidence-based theories to achieve success in education. Core strategies throughout the program include chunking of content, interactive learning methods, and an emphasis on standards-based instruction. By using the concept of chunking, or "small bites," students efficiently process and place knowledge into their short-term memory without overwhelming their cognitive load. We pair this approach with reinforcement activities that support interactive learning. As students work through lessons and activities, they engage in critical thinking exercises related to the content, therefore gaining a deeper understanding as the information solidifies in their long-term memory.
