In a continuous effort to improve communication and training, and to maintain good customer relationships, we created the
position of Regional Account Manager for the Texas area. Zoltan Varga from the HTL Department will take over the
responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager on a part-time basis, where he will regularly contact our customers
primarily to establish good rapport, assess needs, and receive general feedback. Other responsibilities include supervision of
the warehouse facility in Dallas and periodic quality checks at job sites. We are very excited about the new customer service
improvement opportunity, and as always welcome your input, ideas and feedback.
