Highlights of All Pak-YMUN’15 Expected Conference dates 6 th -September - 9th September, 2018 Conference venue The Roots Millennium School Conference participants Approximately 500+ Teams age group 15+ from all over Pakistan Experienced directors: All the directors of the committees have had plentiful chairing experience and have won many accolades and awards, some even going overseas to participate in international Olympiads. Opening and closing ceremony: The opening and closing ceremony of All Pak-YMUN’15 will be attended by inspirational Personalities in Pakistan from different walks of life. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the closing ceremony along with awards handed to the outstanding delegates. Benefits of sponsoring All Pak-YMUN’15 The Roots Millennium Campus has previously organized many events, even though an Olympiad is the first of its kind from the institution, the campus is well reputed for its events P a g e 6 | 10
and promises to attract a large number of eager students and participants from all over Pakistan. Targeting the youth, sponsors will have the advantage to reach out to a large number of attendees. Youth Olympiad provides the excellent opportunity for sponsors and event partners to not only introduce themselves but increase consumer base at an Interactive platform. Sponsors will be able to market their products effectively as the event not only supports conventional marketing methods such as Print Media, Radio Partners, Roll-up Banners etc. but understanding the influence of innovative marketing techniques, the event will help the sponsor communicate and meet their target audience directly by setting up their own booths during the conference. This will be more viable during the Social Events of All Pak-YMUN when there will be approximately 800-1000 Participants present. Through constant screenings of the respective sponsor’s advertisements and product AVs, we will be able to help our sponsors create the brand image through the strongest brand vehicles. Most importantly, such an event is a huge contribution to the Corporate Social Responsibility of our credible sponsor as they promote Sports, youth empowerment and global peace solutions.
