that BC has to offer. All participants and ticket holders will dine together in our<br />

club’s badminton hall, the oldest of its kind in North America.<br />

Live entertainment will be featured in the pub after the banquet!<br />

Enjoy relaxed dining for breakfast and lunch in the <strong>Player</strong>s’ Lounge. For casual<br />

and fast food service, pre-packaged meals to go, or sit down service, we invite you<br />

to visit the <strong>Player</strong>s’ Bistro. The Pub offers fresh casual fare, and the inviting Pub<br />

deck overlooks the pool and tennis courts, offering some of the best views!<br />

Proper tennis attire is mandatory and must be worn by all<br />

guests while using the tennis courts. Leggings and tights<br />

must be accompanied with a skirt or shorts. Light and<br />

smooth soled, non-marking tennis shoes are the only<br />

shoes allowed on court. Guests who do not have the<br />

proper dress code will not be allowed to play.<br />

One court on Friday Aug. 18th: 4pm-10pm; two courts<br />

on Saturday Aug. 19th: 3pm-10pm. Contact the<br />

Racquet Office to book a ½ hour time: 604-241-3707.<br />

Gala event hosted by the Shaughnessy Golf Country Club<br />

An exquisite evening taking place inside the clubhouse and outdoors on the<br />

lawn, with complimentary appetizers and paired-beverages. An opportunity<br />

to enjoy the wonderful setting, while connecting with old friends, on the first<br />

day of the tournament. This function is for players only.<br />

Dress attire at this function is Smart Casual. No denim (jeans) or tank tops.<br />

If you’d like to attend and didn’t reply when you entered the tournament,<br />

please contact Suzanne Brenton: brentons@shaw.ca. The deadline is<br />
