THE PRODUCT<br />
<strong>BIO</strong> <strong>CURAR</strong> is n - butyl 2 - cyanoacrylate and is a medical grade <strong>Bio</strong>-adhesive.<br />
Cyanoacrylates are derivatives of acrylic acid. It is liquid in its monomer form and polymerises quickly as it<br />
comes into contact with water or body moisture.<br />
The polymeric matter forms a thin layer on the skin which holds the skin edges together tightly.<br />
This Property enables the use of <strong>BIO</strong> <strong>CURAR</strong> in the closure of incisional as well as post-traumatic wounds.<br />

DIRECTIONS FOR USE<br />
o<br />
1. Remove <strong>BIO</strong> <strong>CURAR</strong> package from storage (below 15 C not to be<br />
freezed) and bring to room temperature. Remove the ampoule<br />
from the blister.<br />
2. Clean the oozing blood and dry the wound area as fast as possible.<br />

3. Take the <strong>BIO</strong> <strong>CURAR</strong> ampoule and snap the tip at the marked area<br />
holding it vertically with both the hands.<br />
4. Approximate the wound edges precisely. Forceps can be used to<br />
hold the edges of the skin in case of larger wounds.<br />
5. Apply a thin layer of <strong>BIO</strong> <strong>CURAR</strong> throughout the approximated<br />
wound and allow it to dry for about 2 minutes.<br />
