last 20 plus years, Bruce Williams,<br />

CFP®, and Jeb Brown have joined<br />

Jeb Brown and his wife, Tracey,<br />

have five children. He has been involved<br />

Bruce Williams and his wife, Mary,<br />

have two children. He is involved in<br />

local youth sports including coaching<br />

Youth Soccer, Futsal (indoor soccer),<br />

and Volleyball.<br />

Main Street Association/Business<br />

Improvement District<br />

(BID) drives the downtown economy<br />

with more than 180 members representing<br />

retailers, restaurants, pubs,<br />

wine tasting rooms, banks, offices<br />

and professional services. The Design<br />

and Economic Vitality Committee<br />

recently completed The Guide to Locating<br />

Your Business in Downtown<br />

Paso Robles; outlining the advantages<br />

of starting a business and the<br />

services provided through the Main<br />

Street Association. Additionally, it<br />

contains information on securing<br />

building, conditional use and sign<br />

permits, building codes, applications<br />

fees and processing timetable, contact<br />

information for the City’s Planning<br />

and Building divisions and monthly<br />

schedule for city council, planning<br />

commission and development review<br />

committee meetings.<br />

To further assist, the Design Committee<br />

provides, without charge, design<br />

assistance and consultation for façade<br />

improvements to include color scheme,<br />

signage, awnings and architectural enhancement<br />

as well as planning and feasibility<br />

issues regarding codes, ordinances,<br />

seismic retrofit and process and procedural<br />
