Fabrication Process
Our manufacturing facility near Magdalena De Kino-Mexico, utilizes the latest
technology and premium materials for the insulation and nishing of our
products. However, most of the actual door construction is done by hand using
forges and artistry to create a matchless hand-forged nished product that is
an exceptional work of art.
San Juan Iron recognizes the importance of translating
our client´s criteria into original functional designs.
Our representatives work with builders, contractors, designers,
home and business owners to gather technical specications
and ideas. This information is then communicated directly to
our Design Department to guarantee that the nal product is
both technically accurate and beautiful.
We offer a 10 year structural guarantee on all units. Doors and jambs are

Wmanufactured with 14 gauge steel.
Special heavy-duty hinges come standard for ease of weight distribution
and functionality of the door.
We have a large selection of glass to choose from. All glass selections are 3/4"
thick insulated and combined with Low E for better energy efciency.
Also, upon customers request we offer powder-coating.
San Juan Iron has been providing quality craftsmanship for over 15 years.
Our doors are built to last a lifetime and will also make a wonderful addition to
you home.
Iron scroll work is available in 1/2" or 5/8" based on design. Anti.corrosive primer
and protective lacquers are applied so that paint will withstand the elements of
nature for many years to come.
