where we have grown for 4 years. The goal is that if written and shared, it makes our growth<br />
aspirations more real and allows everyone opportunity to help build the business towards<br />
its goals. By writing this document, the vision has a stronger chance of becoming a reality.<br />

At the turn of a decade, BentoSMB has now<br />
been in business for 4 years. The business is<br />
booming, with a over two hundred clients all<br />
over the world. Our beliefs have not wavered,<br />
and our offering still continues to build on our<br />
love for SMBs.<br />
When we started, our monthly system wasn’t a<br />
new concept, however our ability to deliver,<br />
grow, and expand businesses was. Our system<br />
now takes strategy, goal setting, and just getting<br />
things done and merges them together to push<br />
our clients forward. Our amazing group of<br />
professionals consistently over deliver on the<br />
needs of our clients.<br />
Because of this, our clients believe our name<br />
to be synonymous with quality, passion, and<br />
commitment, and this is proven in our customer<br />
feedback. Our constant dedication and focus on<br />
amazing customer experience has garnered<br />
this reputation and our dedication to the<br />
community we work and play in has helped us<br />
grow and learn. We have now been recognized<br />
for our involvement in the community and for our<br />
dedication to our home, Kingston, Ontario.<br />
Our focus continues to be with small and<br />
medium businesses, tailored to those who<br />
run small scale operations but need to further<br />
their local reach. We work in many cities around<br />
the world, and regularly visit our clients when<br />
given the opportunity.<br />

We continue to double sales, year after year.<br />
Our profit continues to grow, and while we<br />
reinvest in the business, we also make sure to<br />
share the love with our team and our clients.<br />
We continue to reach out to small businesses in<br />
various communities to help them get further<br />
ahead in the digital landscape. Our core<br />
customer base is still small business and will<br />
continue to be moving forward.<br />
Sales have increased significantly outside of<br />
Kingston. With stronger presence now in the<br />
US, Australia, and the UK, we are providing<br />
services globally. With that, Kingston still holds<br />
a place in our heart and we regularly work with<br />
businesses in Kingston.<br />

EXPENSES<br />
From the beginning, we took a hard look at what<br />
we spent money on and focused only<br />
on what was needed.<br />
We continue to work in a basic office, but invest our funds in things that are important.<br />
Our staff has cutting edge technology to ensure they are able to perform at peak speed.<br />
Our sites are professionally hosted with the highest security. Our customer support system is<br />
built around the best software and is utilized to its highest. We always look at an expense and<br />
determine its need and its value to our client.<br />
