“NOMIN Union” Savings and Credit Cooperative in 

2000. When they started first, their goal was to set 

apart some assets to provide loan service to less 

fortunate people in our society and help them to 

build a better life. 

Through the course of our many years of operation 

we became trustfully the largest SCC in Mongolia 

and set a standard for providing financial services to

In this year, with the investment from Nomin Holding, we built a plastic factory with a capacity to manufacture 

plastic bags, plastic sheets, Rods and tube from recycled plastic. Currently our factory is manufacturing 

nature friendly secondary raw materials. 

Ecoplastic factory is able to capacity of all different types of plastic products as well as plastic bags. Our 

factory’s very own attribution is to produce huge diversified types of plastic products with high quality. The 

relevant materials can be come from China and South Korea, but since we launched our recycling process in 

Mongolia, we could recycle any disposals and produce many types of feedstock.

Workshop of Iron and Wood: The old term of Ulaanbaatar Impex's iron workshop and wooden workshop have been restored 

and we work to make iron and wooden designs based on our capacity. Project Implementation: To build new stores and 

supermarkets by the expansion of NOMIN Holding LLC's operation, we will build creations up by implementing projects under 

the supervision of our division's engineers and technicians' skill and art.

In July 1924, today's State Department Store started 

its history as the “Central Shop” with 20 employees 

near the Builder's Square. As the number of

moved to the Art Gallery building in 1933 and was 

called the "Department Store". 

The State Department Store was regularly financed 

by the state budget. All renovations, equipment and 

maintenance was regulated until the 

economical transformation to the free 

market in 1990. This caused sales to 

decrease and with that problems 

increased for the further 

business development. 

In 1999, the Mongolian Parliament decided to 

reorganize the State Department to the public 

company.

laboratory in Mongolia. The chemical laboratory provides a wide variety of chemical

Empire fitness center 

Nowadays the government of Mongolia has been encouraging and contributing public health such as active 

exercising. As “Nomin Holding” LLC has been established and organizing its own fitness center to support 

public health of Mongolia. 

Empire fitness center was founded as “Nomin fitness” by “Nomin Holding” LLC at State Department Store in 

2010. Our fitness center is open for public and training course sessions such as:

The kids and youths are our future brightness 

“Nomin Kids” kindergarten has opened in September of 2013. “Nomin Holding” LLC has established this kindergarten in 

order to increase our social responsibility of the company. At this time, our kindergarten has 2 subsidiaries which is locate 

in “Nomin Tenger” complex that under state protection and “Nomin Office” in Khan-Uul district. Also our kindergarten has 

over 15 employees and about 150 kids are coming to our kindergarten for daily bases, and 60% of total kids are “Nomin 

Kids” employee’s kids. 

The kids and youths are our future brightness and their education and knowledge is has to be the most important thing for 

us to keep in our mind constantly. The occupation kindergarten instructor requires highly intensity of professional skills to 

treat kids properly and ability to give them perfect advice that needful for building up their future attitude on everything. In 

fact, this occupation needs high skilled and potential experienced employees, so we hired people who have identified as 

suitable candidates for the occupation. And our employees are fully satisfied for their condition of working environment 

and loved what they do day-to-day bases. 

Our company’s nearly goal is to open more kindergartens in different locations. If we could do that, we would become 

biggest chain-kindergarten for the first time in Mongolia. Right at this time, Mongolian social service to the kids is poor and
