• The louvers are made of a wood composite product. The louvers are hung vertically, but twist and bend depending on the optical
permeability desired.
• The tabs are made of laser-cut, break-form thin gauge steel. They support the louvers, and depending on what angle they are
set to, they guide the degree to which a louver twists.
• The support rails are made of laser-cut, break-form, and welded thin gauge steel. They attach to the building’s primary structure,
and support the entire assembly. Depending on what angle they are set to, they guide the degree to which the louvers bend.
Construction Assembly:
• Support rails are set-out and secured to the building’s primary structural walls.
•Tabs are fastened to the individual louvers on the ground.
•Louvers with tabs are lifted into place and secured to support rails starting at the top, using the reinforced top tab, and reinforced
top support rails to support the full weight of the louver until the other tabs are attached.
