Fertilizer Analysis 19-0-11 Active Ingredients Dimethulamine Salt: 2,4-D Acid - Dimethulamine Salt of Mecoprop-p Acid (Contains the single isomer form of mecoprop-p) - Dicamba Acid What it Controls This product is designed to promote lush green growth in lawns and control many broad leaf weed (see label for list of other grasses and weeds controlled). How to Use For optimum results (1) Avoid mowing 1 to 2 days before and after application; (2) Apply when grass is moist (after a rain, sprinkling or dew); (3) Avoid unnecessary disturbances, including water of treated areas for 48 hours after application. Watering will wash off weed killing material; and (4) Avoid applying if rainfall is expected within 48 hours following treatment. Possible re-treatment in approximately 30 days may be necessary if lawn is heavily overrun with weeds or if adverse low moisture conditions prevail and weeds are in a state of poor growth. Do not exceed recommended rates because damage to lawn may occur. This product may be used on Bahia, common Bermuda, Blue Grass, Centipede, Fescue, Rye, St. Augustine, and Zoysiagrass. If suitable signs of renewed insect activity become apparent and re-treatment becomes necessary, applications must be limited to no more than one application per a seven-day period and at the instructed rate to obtain best results. Best results will be obtained by thoroughly watering the treated area immediately after application. Spreader: Shut off spreader anytime you stop. For complete coverage make each pass about five feet from the previous one, so some overlapping occurs. Avoid applying this product o n flower, vegetable, and shrub plantings. Ornamental Flower Beds: Evenly apply 1/2 lb. of this product for every 500 sq. ft. (or 2 ounces for every 50 sq. ft. area). Repeat application as necessary only if there are signs of renewed insect activity. Repeat applications must be limited to no more than once per 7 days. Home Invading Insects - Barrier Treatment Around House Foundations: Apply a 2-foot band of this product next to the house foundation. Use 1/2 lb. for each 500 sq. ft. (2 ft. x 250 ft.) (or 2 ounces for each 50 sq. ft. (2 ft. x 25 ft.)). Repeat applications every 2 weeks only if there are signs of renewed insect activity. NOTE: Can be used with or around the time of a fertilizer application because there is no NPK in this product so there is no risk of burning your lawn.
