Problem Statement<br />
A large campus compromised of<br />
many buildings pose challenges to<br />
visitors who visit the campus<br />
infrequently. Some visitors can’t read<br />
maps especially if not in their first<br />
language. Design and compare<br />
alternatives to allow visitors entering<br />
any point of a campus to be given<br />
“directions” to some location inside<br />
the campus especially the new<br />
buildings.<br />

Conceptual Design<br />
* The first alternative was to use the sense of sight<br />
by sticking landmarks in different places of the<br />
campus and direct people to their distentions<br />
according to these landmarks.<br />
* The second alternative was to use the sense of<br />
hearing by creating an application that contains<br />
voice memos to direct people according to their<br />
selected destinations<br />

The winning design seeks to use QR codes<br />
that lead to websites containing the most<br />
important places that visitors will probably<br />
need and how to get to them easily without<br />
suffering from handling difficult maps and<br />
reading them.<br />
