Upcoming Worship Series All In September 10-25 In one of our offering prayers we pray: “we offer with joy and thanksgiving what you have first given us—our selves, our me, and our possessions, signs of your gracious love. Receive them for the sake of him who offered himself for us, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.” In this series, we celebrate and explore these great gis that God gives to us that we can offer back to God: our me, our selves, and our possessions. Re-Formation of the Church October 1-30 In celebraon of the 500th Anniversary of the Lutheran Reformaon, we explore the reformaon of the church then and now. We look at the five major developments from the Lutheran Reformaon and set them next to the five corresponding “re-formaons” for the church today. Enemies of Gratitude November 12-27 This series offers an opportunity to learn gratude by calling out the things that keep us from being truly grateful. Each week, we will see how a misplaced focus—on how things could be or used to be beer, how we’re not geng what we think we deserve, or simply how life’s struggles are keeping us down— prevents us from seeing all the blessings that are right in front of us. 6
